Dr. Ashurina Ream is a licensed clinical psychologist and the CEO & founder of Psyched Mommy, which is a community where moms can share honest motherhood experiences and learn about mental health. Dr. Ream has worked with those struggling with body image, eating disorders, parenting, health-related mood impairment, cognitive functioning and general mental health. She has courses online that address burnout, overwhelm & worry, and other topics in motherhood and parenting. Heidi and Ashurina discuss burnout, stress, what the difference is and how to not only recognize them but tips on how to avoid getting to a state of burnout or depression.
