Her book, Fuel Your Engines: Strength & Vitality Are Waiting for You! guides readers through simple, effective nutrition and wellness strategies.

Cara-Michele is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and well-being. Growing up, she witnessed the detrimental effects of neglecting self-care in favor of others' needs, an experience that deeply influenced her career.
