In this episode I speak with breath work coach, Reiki practitioner, and energy healer Brandy Keenan. Brandy is super passionate and exuberant in how she approaches her work which is infectious and inspiring.
Listen and learn all the different ways you can modify breath work to accommodate your own individual needs and how beneficial it can be to your emotional, mental and physical health.
I also want to add that the world kind of feels like a shit-show right now, but Brandy and I are doing pretty well because we have a spiritual approach to politics.
We are navigating this challenging time differently than most people right now. It might benefit you to learn how to do that too.
And to be clear, that does not mean we don't care, we are not informed, or we are not proactively trying to improve the situation. It means we feel better on a daily basis because we are processing our emotions and not letting them weigh us down.
I am sharing a a few links here where you can learn more about Brandy and check out a couple videos of her doing breath work with her clients to see if she is a good match for you.
