Speaker 1 (00:01):
Okay.
So it is that time of yearagain.
I create one of these episodesat least once a year where I
break down my entire tech stack.
So if you've been around herefor a while, you may be like,
well, crystal, don't you justuse the same tools all the time?
No, and because we recently didthe episode where we broke down
(00:29):
why we moved from Kajabi toMighty Networks, I was thinking
this is probably a good time togo kind of behind the scenes and
share with you some of theother really cool tools that
we've adopted and some thatwe're really trying to implement
more of, now that it's almostbeen a year since we did an
episode just like this.
So if you're wondering, whatare you using behind the scenes,
crystal, to create all yourcontent?
(00:50):
That is exactly what we'regoing to talk about today.
So let's get right to it.
Welcome to the Profit Podcast, where we teach you how to start,
launch and market your contentwith confidence.
I'm your host, crystal Profit, and I'm so excited that you're
here.
Thanks for hanging out with metoday, because if you've been
trying to figure out the worldof content creation, this is the
(01:13):
show that will help be yourtime-saving shortcut.
So let's get right to it, shallwe?
Well, hello and welcome back toanother episode of the Profit
Podcast.
If we have not met, my name isCrystal Profit.
I am your podcast coach andcontent strategist and today,
like I said in the beginning,we're breaking down behind the
(01:34):
scenes of our tech stack and Iwanted to categorize these in
ways that would make the mostsense to the broader audience
here.
So we have podcast productionand editing, which is super
important right.
Then we have marketing andaudience growth.
Of course, we want to go intothe details behind those.
(01:56):
Then we're going to dive intocommunity building and our
membership tools.
So I will share with you what Iuse and some of the suggested
ones for building your audienceand communities.
Then we're going to dive intodigital products and course
creation and then my digitalmanagement and productivity
tools.
So I mean you can tell wealready have a lot going on.
(02:17):
So I just want to dive right inand we just we're going to
start with the top ones, theones that are most used, the
ones that I log into all thetime, and these are our podcast
production and editing tools.
So if you've been around here awhile, you know I love
Buzzsprout, like they are mypeople.
I have been using them since2018, since the beginning of
(02:38):
this podcast journey and I lovea few key things about what they
offer that other platformsdon't.
The first one is dynamiccontent feature.
I mean, come on, like beingable to add a podcast ad to all
of my episodes with just a clickof the button.
It makes it so simple, so easy.
(02:58):
One of the other ones is I'mable to monetize my podcast with
Buzzsprout ads and I can runads on other Buzzsprout podcasts
.
So I just love all the nativeintegrations between all the
features they have.
Plus, I would not get anywherewithout their magic mastering
and also co-host AI.
These are some of the ways thatI'm able to cut some of my
(03:22):
other costs down for editingtools or having other features
with multiple differentplatforms, and it's why I mean
it should be no shocker aroundhere I love Buzzsprout so much
and so many of these tools thatwe're mentioning today.
We are proud partners andaffiliates with them, and
Buzzsprout is the longest one.
Now that I think about it, Iwas going to say, oh, it's one
(03:43):
of the longest.
I think it is the longest onethat I have partnered with, so
I'm glad we started right at thetop in saying that.
But I love Buzzsprout forpodcast hosting and people ask
me all the time well, what aboutthis one, what about this one?
And I'm like, honestly, I can'teven do a good comparison
because I only I love Buzzsprout.
I love Buzzsprout.
But I do love to see whenpeople like say in the comments
(04:05):
like, oh well, I've tried thisand I've tried that and
Buzzsprout is clearly the winner.
So I feel good in my choices.
The next one that I use forpodcast production is actually
Riverside.
I'm using it right now torecord this here today.
I use Riverside for recordingmy podcast episodes, I use them
for my interviews and I love howthey've been continuously
(04:28):
upgrading their features.
So it's really a greatinterface behind the scenes to
record content.
And then I have my video editor, jay, or myself, if I'm going
into, if he's getting the videoor I'm going in to get the audio
.
It's really cool behind thescenes what you can do in there.
You can actually edit insideRiverside too.
So if you're kind of on areally tight budget, you could
(04:51):
just use Buzzsprout andRiverside and pretty much be
good to go.
Some of the other tools that Isuggest as well we have
CastMagic, descript, squadcastand Swell AI.
So these are other tools andfeatures that I'm not going to
go into great depth and detail.
I don't personally use theseall the time.
These are ones that I've usedkind of on a rolling cycle.
(05:14):
I used CastMagic a lot when itfirst came out and then ChatGPT
like soon followed, like Istarted getting more familiar
with it.
But what I do love aboutCastMagic is being able to
categorize things in a reallysimplistic way that you can't do
with ChatGPT.
So, for example, if you'resomeone that records, let's say,
(05:36):
virtual events maybe you havevirtual meetings or workshops or
coaching calls that you do withyour clients Cast Magic really
is great for you to transcribethose and figure out.
Well, what can I do with thisto help my audience consume
these in a more digestible way?
So I think that they have thatfeature going for them and just
other ways for you to grab shownotes and quotes and social
(05:58):
content.
They do that really really wellover there.
And then Descript is a fantasticediting tool.
I mean, come on, like they werepioneering before, like editing
text was even a thing, like itwas so cool to see that, and I
know so many of you use thisplatform.
So if you have not checked itout, I highly encourage you,
(06:20):
because you can edit a podcastepisode like it's a Google Doc,
or edit a video like just gothrough and you're like, oh my
gosh, I said the word um so manytimes.
I want to cut it out.
You can do that very easily bygoing in, clicking, you know,
remove filler words and all thecool editing things you can do.
So I highly recommend Descript.
(06:40):
I know a lot of people in thiscommunity use it.
And then you have Squadcast.
So squad cast is another greatone for recording interviews or
your episodes.
I know Zach and rock they uhwere actually acquired by
descript, which is really cool, but they were on the podcast, uh
, when they were just squad castand, uh, I just I still think
that they have such a coolfeature for being able to record
(07:03):
in a high quality studiosetting and I definitely
recommend them.
You should go check them out.
And then Swell AI we had Codyon last year, so he's the
founder of Swell AI and there'sa bunch of really cool clips
like cutting that you can do.
We actually created some videosabout it, so we'll make sure
and link to those, but I thinkjust any tool that you can test
(07:25):
out when it comes to AI, findingthe one that's going to work
best for you is definitely theway to go, because some people
love this one, some people lovethat one.
So I try to test them all andlet you know the best features
and which ones you should gowith.
So go check out Swell AI andsee what you think about it.
Okay, that wraps up our podcastproduction and editing tools.
Now let's move on to ourmarketing and audience growth.
(07:49):
Now, some of these I cannotbelieve that they exist, because
it's like I sat down and said,oh my gosh, I wish that this
existed.
And boom, there it is Like it's.
Oh, I found it.
I found it.
Creator Hooks Pro.
This was a game changer for melast year.
In the last year, I used it andwas just like oh my gosh, like
(08:11):
this is the thing that I've beenlooking for to help me with my
podcast titles and my YouTubevideo titles.
So what this is?
It's actually a tool forhelping you create higher
converting episodes, and what Imean by that is like it's a tool
that will help you get moreclicks based on what you're
(08:32):
trying to achieve.
So, for example, I could writein this video is about
podcasters and wanting to learnhow to edit, create.
You know so many different, Ican't remember if it spits out
like six or 10, all thesedifferent titles, and then it
could be curiosity based, or itcould be an open loop, or it
(08:53):
could be about a question, or itcould be for beginners.
Like they have all thesedifferent options.
So if you know the angle thatyou want to take for that
specific episode, you can say, okay, I definitely want to use
this.
And I recommend getting ontheir newsletter, because even
on their newsletter, if you'relike I don't know if I'm ready
to commit to the tool, like juston their newsletter, I get
(09:14):
ideas every single week becausethey give it this score of like
well, this is why this specificvideo performed really well.
This is why this one didn't youknow and like not so much.
And they give like I get ideasfor the podcast all the time.
Just on that newsletter alone,I'm like, oh my gosh, that's
such a great title, I should usethat for the podcast.
So definitely check it out.
(09:35):
Creator Hooks Pro highlyrecommend.
Another one for marketing andaudience growth is Interact Quiz
.
So this is a quiz builder forlead generations and I think
quizzes are such a fun way togrow your email list.
I actually sat down with it wasDamaris, over at Interact last
(09:56):
summer when I went to the craftand commerce event this is Kits
annual event in Boise, idaho andI sat down and she helped me
build this quiz.
That was super fantastic and itjust makes it so easy, and all
the AI tools they have on theback end can help you create a
quiz in no time.
(10:17):
So definitely go check outInteract.
I think that they have just afantastic platform and they have
a lot of really greatintegrations that you can use
across your entire business.
Another one for marketing andaudience growth y'all.
I would not be anywhere withoutTubeBuddy.
No, that sounds like oh my gosh, like that's a pretty dramatic.
(10:38):
It is dramatic because it is adramatic impact on what we do
for our YouTube channel.
So there's another similar toolcalled vidIQ.
I have not used that one.
I'm not as familiar with it,but TubeBuddy is the one that
I've used since probably 2019,2018, 2019.
And I love it.
(10:59):
I love it so much and it's likemy ride or die on the back end
of my YouTube channel, like ifit's all of a sudden like if it
isn't, I'm not signed in, orsomething happens and it
disappears.
I'm just like, oh my gosh, where is TubeBuddy?
Like I cannot function withoutthis tool, so it helps me with
all of the different tags andoptimization.
(11:20):
It has this checklist thatreminds me like, oh, crystal,
you didn't do the cards for this, or you forgot your subtitles,
or you need to go back and, youknow, add in this other thing.
Like it is my accountabilitybuddy on the back end of our
YouTube channel and I'm sograteful for that.
I need all the accountability Ican get because I don't
remember all these things y'all, like I should.
(11:42):
I've been doing.
I've published over 500 YouTubevideos.
I still don't remember.
I need the accountability toremind me.
Like, crystal, you gotta makesure you optimize this thing so
people can find it and they willdiscover your incredible
content.
Yes, yes, I will call mycontent incredible, because I do
think that we do a great jobaround here of planning and
(12:02):
preparing and all the thingsthat we do behind the scenes.
But we cannot talk aboutmarketing and audience growth
without giving a shout out toChatGPT.
I mean, come on, I pay for the$20 a month plan.
It is worth every single penny, every single penny.
I'm using it, my virtualassistant's using it Like I'm
(12:23):
using it to plan family tripstoo.
Like I'm using it foreverything, literally everything
.
Like there's not a day this maybe sad, I don't know, maybe I
shouldn't admit this there's nota day that goes by that I don't
have some sort of conversationwith chat GPT because I have it
on my phone.
Like I have it on my phone andI'm like oh, I really need to
plan this thing, I need to dothis.
(12:43):
And I'm like wait, why am Ithinking about this?
I whip out my phone and I saychat GPT, like help me plan you
know the next four emails that Ineed to write.
Or help me settle on a timelinethat I need to do for my next
launch.
Or my webinar title sucks LikeI need a better webinar title.
Like, help me come up with fivemore ideas.
(13:03):
So for marketing, for audiencegrowth, for all of those things,
absolutely ChatGPT.
If you have not started usingit, you should start using it.
And we have some fun episodeson how you can use ChatGPT to
actually do an interview.
That's a fun one.
If you miss that one, go backand watch it.
It's absolutely worth checkingout.
But some of the other suggestedtools that we have for
(13:25):
marketing and audience growthare ConvertHub and Deadline
Funnel.
I use Deadline Funnel for yearsand it's one of those tools
that is really going to help youfeel a lot more authentic in
your marketing.
Because what happens is youcould send someone to a page
that has a Deadline Funnel andwhat will happen is, once the
timer on that page expires likeit's truly gone you can make
(13:49):
offers expire, so you could sayyou have this offer for the next
15 minutes and after that it'sgonna redirect you somewhere
else, like it's you can'tpurchase the thing anymore.
So highly recommend DeadlineFunnel.
It's a fantastic tool.
And the other one is Sparkloop.
Now I use Sparkloop inside Kitand what this is is I can
(14:10):
actually make commissions onother people that are promoting
their newsletters and they'relike hey, you want to give us a
shout out inside your newsletter?
Great, we'll pay you X amountof dollars.
It just depends on what thebudget is for that specific
newsletter.
But I've been looking into thismyself.
I would actually love to set upa referral system for my
(14:32):
newsletter.
So I have a newsletter calledContent Therapy where I send a
newsletter to my list everysingle Friday.
It's really fun and I sharestories there.
I don't share anywhere else andthere's actually an audio
version, so you can check outthe audio version too if you
love listening to podcasts.
But Sparkloop is a tool that Ican use to set up where I'm
(14:57):
going to have people.
Like if you sign up, you get onmy list and then you refer a
friend, then I'm going to sendyou a special gift.
Or maybe you refer five friend, then I'm going to send you a
special gift.
Or maybe you refer five friends, then I'll send you an even
specialer gift Specialer, a word, more special.
You know what I'm trying to say.
But maybe you recommend 10people, then that's even better.
So this is in the works.
I cannot wait to use this, butI'm using Sparkloop to set up a
(15:20):
referral newsletter tool and Iam so stinking excited about it.
So those are just some of themarketing and audience growth
tools that I use.
I didn't even mention Canva.
I mean I could go on and onabout all the ones I love, love,
love Canva.
I've created so much stuffabout Canva already, but I'm
just saying these marketing andaudience growth tools can really
(15:42):
be a game changer in yourbusiness.
All right, let's move intocommunity building and
membership tools.
I'm not going to go on a deepdive on Mighty Networks because,
like I said, we just did that.
We just did that recently.
So, again, if you missed thisvideo about why we moved from
Kajabi to Mighty Networks, gocheck it out or go listen to it.
(16:04):
Absolutely worth listening to.
But this is where we host ourPodcasters Connect community.
You can go to crystalprofitcomforward slash join to learn more
about this, but what it is isall of our digital products are
now hosted within MightyNetworks.
Profit Podcasting, the UltimatePodcast Launch Toolkit, one
(16:25):
Year of Content and One Hour, the Business Booster Bundle All
of these are hosted insideMighty Networks and it's where I
recommend people.
If they want to build acommunity and they know they
want to have a digital productin a community together, where
people can talk and chat andit's not on social media.
Highly recommend MightyNetworks.
(16:45):
I want you to go check it outbecause it's really incredible.
But I want to suggest two othertools for communities If you're
looking to do something reallydifferent in 2025 and beyond.
Hello Audio is fantastic forcreating private podcast feeds.
I've done this myself and I'veseen others do this really cool
(17:07):
ways.
Whether you're creating anaudio podcast that's leading up
to your launch, like maybe aprivate podcast instead of a
webinar, or maybe it is aprivate podcast that leads into
a webinar, that leads into youroffer.
But private podcasts arefantastic ways for you to build
an intimate community where youknow like, oh, these people had
(17:27):
to opt in or maybe they had apurchase to listen to this
specific podcast episode.
They're just a lot moreinvested in what you're doing.
Therefore, they're probablygoing to be higher quality leads
to lead into whatever you'redoing a membership, a coaching
or maybe even a digital product.
So highly recommend Hello Audiofor your private podcast feeds,
(17:49):
but you can also host a publicpodcast with them as well.
And then another fun one isManyChat.
You've probably seen this onInstagram.
You've probably used it onInstagram and they recently
rolled out an integration withTikTok, which is super cool.
But you've seen this wherepeople say, hey, comment episode
below and I'll send you a thing.
(18:11):
I'll send you our latestepisode or I'll send you a free
gift or I'll send you whatever.
But it's your way of connectingwith your audience in a way
where they comment one specificword, and then all of these cool
automations happen on thebackend, so that your chat bot,
essentially, is doing all thework for you on the backend of
(18:33):
your Instagram.
Highly recommend I think it'sreally cool on how these work.
I've seen all the automationsand I think that there's a lot
of potential there.
Even if you don't have amillion followers, it's a really
cool tool that you can explorein growing your audience,
connecting with your people andjust bringing in more engagement
(18:54):
to your social media channels.
Okay, we're moving in.
Okay, we got two more to go,two more sections Digital
products and course creationtools and then we'll move into
productivity and businessmanagement.
Digital products I'm going togive another shout out to Mighty
Networks.
We just talked about them forcommunity building, but again,
they have made my life so mucheasier in my digital products.
(19:17):
They're all housed in one placeand I feel like I can just keep
a better pulse on, like, well, what's happening with all of my
products, not just this onecentral one like Podcasters,
connect, but what's happeningwith all of my other things and
how are people engaging with mydigital products that way?
So love Mighty Networks, theother ones that I want to give a
(19:38):
shout out is Kit.
I'm actually in the process ofbuilding out a Kit store and
what that looks like is all ofmy templates and little things
that don't really deserve likethat fully fleshed out like
course product, but it's morelike a hey, this is a Kempa
(19:58):
template that I use, or this isa spreadsheet that I want you to
have that tracks everything, orthis is a spreadsheet that I
want you to have that trackseverything.
Or this is a PDF download thatcosts you seven bucks.
Like that's not really worth mebuilding out an entire product
within Mighty Networks, but whatI can do with Kit is build an
entire product where it has acheckout page, it has like a
(20:21):
simple product description andpeople can actually pay me
directly through Kit and it'sall set up on the backend for me
to receive Stripe payments andit's really cool and I love it
so much.
We only have a few products.
This is actually somethingwe're building out in the next
few months where we're gonnahave a more robust store where
you're gonna have those lowticket digital products that you
(20:44):
want to buy, those like $7 forcreating a brand template for
you, or that tracker that youwant to use for your next launch
.
So highly recommend Kit for allthings email marketing, but I
think it's really one of thoselike secret Swiss Army knives
for selling things too that Ihave underutilized.
(21:07):
But I'm excited to lean in anduse this a lot more.
Let's cover some of the otherdigital products and course
creation tools that I have used.
I've used Kajabi.
I used Kajabi for multipleyears.
I still think it's a fantasticproduct, but for me personally,
when I moved to Mighty Networks,it was for the community aspect
, and that's really it.
(21:28):
I was really happy with Kajabiand I still think it's a great
product.
But I also use Teachable.
This is another one.
This was actually the veryfirst online course creation
tool that I used.
I still think Teachable is afantastic product.
Whether you're a beginner oryou've been doing this for a
long time and you're looking forsomething that's really simple
and intuitive, teachable is afantastic.
(21:51):
I was thinking of fan plastic.
No, that's not it Fantasticplace.
There we go to create products.
Another one is Leadpages.
Maybe you've heard of Leadpages, but this is a great one for
your lead magnets or gettingpeople to convert.
It's fantastic for reallysimple landing pages.
And another one is Thrivecart.
(22:13):
So this is a tool that I haveused as an affiliate.
I haven't used this for myproduct specifically, but I'm an
affiliate for a few differentprograms and they use Thrivecart
and it's so easy.
It is so easy.
So if you wanna know likewhat's a super simple tool that
I can use just to get my digitalproduct up and running, try
(22:34):
Thrivecart.
Like, check it out, because Ithink that it's one of those
that's really intuitive and canhelp you.
Okay, last one, for digitalproducts and course creation.
I put PodUp on here becauseit's one that I don't think that
anyone should underestimate.
It is a newer tool and I thinkthat it is very useful for
(22:55):
multiple reasons, but I thinkexploring what you could do for
a digital product or coursescould be really interesting.
I think that you can use it aspart of your marketing strategy
and see where it can take you,but I think throwing it into
kind of that like businessumbrella of how could I optimize
this to help me make more moneyor monetize my content is a
(23:20):
really interesting way to lookat PodUp.
So make sure you check it out.
Okay, we're rolling intobusiness management and
productivity tools.
Probably my favorite I don'twant to say I left like this is
the best for last, but it kindof is.
It kind of is Because we'retalking about Asana.
I love Asana.
I eat, sleep, breathe.
(23:40):
Asana I mean just as much asChatGPT it's the most used.
I mean, I'm in it right now, even when I'm reading this to
you today.
I'm looking at all of my notes.
They are in Asana.
I have it on my phone, I haveit on my iPad.
I love it.
I cannot function without it.
I cannot function without myAsana.
I have a paid plan and I haveused it for oh my gosh, 2018,
(24:06):
2019, maybe 2019.
That feels more honest if we'rethinking truthfully about this.
2019 is probably when I startedusing Asana, and it's my project
management tool that just keepseverything running smoothly.
It keeps the lights on.
Let's just call it that.
Because I'm in there.
My assistant is in therehelping me all the time, like
(24:28):
we're delegating differentpieces of the business, we're
mapping out launches, we'relooking at the year we're
putting when we're going to beout of office.
Like this is how we areproductive.
But even if you don't havesomeone on your team, it is what
I use forever as myaccountability buddy, where I'm
like oh, let me put some datesin here to hold myself
(24:49):
accountable, because there's alot of stuff that I need to get
done and I need to put deadlineson them, and I can do that
really easily in Asana Plus.
I love how, when you complete atask, you hit the check button,
there's this little it's like anarwhal that flies across the
screen with unicorns andrainbows.
It's fantastic.
(25:10):
It's so fun.
It's so fun.
I think that's the other reasonwhy I truly love it.
But let me know if y'all wantto hear any more about Asana,
because we have a bunch ofvideos already on our channel
that you can dive more into mylove for Asana.
I feel like I need to makeanother video Like it's we're
due, like this is our yearlyannual video for our tech stack.
(25:30):
Like Asana is probably likewe're due for an update.
So maybe let me know in thecomments if you wanna see how I
break all of this down in Asana.
But the next one for likespeaking of like productivity, I
use a virtual support wizardfrom, or virtual assistant from,
virtual support wizard.
This is the agency that I useand I trust and I honestly could
(25:57):
not have done all the thingsthat I've done in the last year
without having support, and whatI mean by this is having a VA
that helps me keep my businessrunning smoothly.
So whether it is email supportor it's helping you plan your
content or schedule your content, or I mean I can only it's like
(26:20):
endless.
You hear it like.
I'm like speechless, trying tothink of it because I don't know
what I would do.
I don't know what I would dowithout support.
It's one of those things whereI was really rigid and kind of
like I don't want to hire anyone, I should just do all this
myself.
To now I'm like, oh, please, please, help me with everything,
because I've realized the powerof delegation and outsourcing
(26:42):
things that I am not good at,the things that I know somebody
will do this 10 times betterthan me, probably 10 times
faster, and I've really leanedinto that.
So if you wanna learn moreabout hiring a virtual support
wizard or if you have anyquestions about it, let me know
in the comments or reach out tome on Instagram.
But I would love to chat withyou about hiring a virtual
(27:03):
support wizard.
I have a special partnershipwith them.
You can go to crystalprofitcomforward slash VSW to learn more,
but I'd be happy to introduceyou to Ed and his team over
there because they are fantastic, they are incredible and they
have so many talented peopleready to work with you, and I
mean they just I couldn'trecommend them enough.
(27:24):
They are incredible.
But speaking of incredible tools, we are talking about ChGPT
again.
I got to shout it out becauseit does help me stay super
productive.
But the other tool that I loveis Engie.
So we've had Taylor on the showbefore.
Make sure you go listen to thatepisode where we talked about
Engie and all the different waysthat it can help you in
(27:46):
marketing your content andmarketing your business.
Like coming up with actualcampaigns.
Like where you can put in like,oh, okay, I wanna run this type
of campaign.
It'll spit out a list of likeoh, these are all the things
that you should do.
Here's a timeline of by whenyou should do them and what that
can look like to actually likeset a budget for advertising or
(28:07):
set a budget for this, or howmuch are you willing to invest
in these specific pieces to getthis thing up and running?
But fantastic tool.
It actually helped me realizewhere I was making most of my
revenue about a year ago.
I was like, oh my gosh, let melook at all the different
(28:27):
strategy pieces and I realizedthe majority, the majority of my
business comes from referralsand I had never sat down to
think of, well, where is allthis coming?
I'm like, well, it's justcoming, it's coming in, awesome,
cool.
But once I sat down andactually filled out my business
plan and looked at goals and mystrategy, I finally have a
(28:52):
strategy now for my business, which I'm pretty embarrassed to
say I didn't for a long time, but now I have it mapped out
inside the tool and it actuallyis super fun and cool for me to
go in there with my assistantand we can look at everything.
We have dashboards to track allof our metrics.
It's just such a fantastic tool.
So again, shout out to Taylor, shout out to Angie, go check out
(29:14):
our episode that we did becauseit was really fantastic.
But some of the other suggestedtools that we have are the Full
Focus Planner.
I mean this planner by MichaelHyatt is just so cool.
I think that because it is aquarter at a time, it really
helps you get laser focused ongetting the most done that you
(29:35):
can in a productive way withoutburning out.
I mean those are all like thecheck, check, check, win, win,
win for you to be superproductive and not feel like you
have a to-do list that's twomiles long and I can't get to it
and I get one thing done todayand that's all I could do.
Check out the Full FocusPlanner if you're looking for a
(29:57):
planner that can help you stayreally organized and hit those
big rocks that you want to hitin your business and accomplish
your goals.
The other one is Grammarly.
Y'all, I love Grammarly.
This episode is brought to youby Grammarly.
It's not sponsored, but I'mjust saying I couldn't have
written the whole outline forthis episode without Grammarly,
(30:19):
because I use it so much.
I use it in my outlines, I useit for my podcast episodes, I
use it for, I mean, all of myemails.
It's connected to my GoogleDocs, it's all my text messages,
y'all.
I use Grammarly on my textmessages because I'm a terrible
speller let's just be very clearabout that and Grammarly helps
me.
It helps me sound like I'm amuch better writer than I
(30:41):
actually am and that makes mefeel so special.
But the other one that I want tolist is Fiverr.
So Fiverr can help you with somany things.
So, if you're looking to createsimple tools inside your
business, I actually saw thisproductivity thing the other day
where they were sellingtemplates that you can download
(31:03):
and upload into all of thesespecific tools and they were
selling them on Fiverr.
So someone could come in,customize the backend of your
business and then it's like boom, you're ready to go.
So Fiverr is a great place tolook for outsourcing some of
those tasks that are very, veryspecific and very highly skilled
.
Then I would check out Fiverrand see how they can help you.
(31:26):
Oh my gosh, I feel like Irushed through this because we
had so much to cover.
But this is what happens when,I mean, I didn't even mention
Senja.
Senja is another fantasticmarketing tool.
I feel like we should doanother deep dive on marketing
tools in general and how I usethem.
But I just want to wrap up withreally what we're doing over the
next few months, because, aswe're breaking down all of these
(31:49):
tools, all of these strategies, you're actually going to see
how all of this works in ourbusiness, because what we have
coming up.
So I'm recording this.
We're in the middle of Marchwhen this episode goes out and
we're in the middle of launchingour Podcasters Connect program.
So this is hosted on MightyNetworks.
It's going to be integratedwith Kit, where we send out all
(32:12):
of our emails, and then it'sgoing to be like all of this is
going to be connecting together, where we host our monthly
coaching calls, we do our auditsand then we just do a lot of
engagement in between, where weask questions every single week
on what can we like.
So, for example, this monthwe're talking about getting to
know your audience and ways toengage with them, learn more
(32:34):
about them, some of the thingsthat I do behind the scenes in
my business.
So Podcasters Connect is goingto be a big deal in March and
we're going to continue topromote this program every
single month, and so all thetools that you heard about today
are getting integrated intothose launches.
So if you ever want to see abehind the scenes, let me know.
(32:56):
Comment below on what specificquestions you have about how we
do our launches and how all ofthese tools play in together,
because I know I listed.
I didn't even count how manytools we listed here today, but
so many of them were briefly, briefly mentioned and I did not
go on a deep dive.
So if you want to see a deepdive on any of these, please let
(33:17):
us know.
The next thing we have is inApril.
We are launching our kitdigital store and I could not be
more excited.
We've been working on these.
We have been digging through, trying to see like what are some
of the tools and templates.
Actually, when we launch ourannual audience survey report,
which is coming so excited.
We launched our annual surveyin January and we are coming
(33:40):
like from that y'all this iscoming full circle because we
just talked about knowing youraudience and everything.
Y'all told me that you wantmore templates, you want more
worksheets, you want more PDFguides, you want more things
that can help you be actionablein your content.
That's where the idea of thestore came from and I'm
launching it on Kit and I cannotwait.
(34:02):
It's going to be so fantasticand I can't wait to show you all
the things behind the scenesonce we get it up and running,
and how you can create your owndigital product store and what
that looks like.
And then in May we're going tobe talking about Podcasters
Connect again, because we havesome fun stuff coming for the
second half of the year and Imean, before we know it, we're
(34:23):

That's all I have.
That was a lot.
That was a lot, but that's allI have today.
This was a ton.
These tools are only a piece ofthe equation, because what
(35:04):
really matters is you.

your content that much better.
And in 2025, if you are lookingto level up, if you're wanting
to explore other ways that youcan get better at creating your

(35:25):
you really need to hone in orperfect your skills or get
better, and hopefully thisepisode today really helps you.
But at the end of the day, Iwant to know what tools are you
using.
