I recently lost both of my parents within a matter of months.
This happened after nearly a year where I (and my siblings) provided long-term care to my parents.
Which required me to be halfway across the country one week of each month.
Which started just after I began a new job. In a new Industry. In a hybrid work situation, requiring me to be in the office 3 days a week.
Which was happening while I was also trying to grow a business.
It was a lot.
We can all find ourselves in times like this. Where it's like one thing happens, then another, then another.
Until it all feels like too much.
So today, I'm sharing the six things I did to manage through that crisis with my parents.
It will work no matter what you're dealing with.
A job loss.
An illness.
A death.
These are six powerful ways to take back control over the emotions that pile up during times like this.
So you can show up in those times in the way you want to.
And do that in the healthiest, most powerful and productive way you can.
Give it a listen. And then share it with a friend who might be struggling.
