We’re almost two months into the start of my Fit + Famous by 40 journey and it is no joke y'all. This week I want to share four valuable lessons to remember when you're starting something new (that I’ve learned firsthand). I want you to be gentle with yourself as you embrace the learning curve of starting something new. Be patient and be willing to be a beginner. Immediate results are rare. Slow, steady growth is normal and necessary. Shift from seeking instant gratification to having deep-seated confidence in your efforts. Starting something new is about showing up daily with intention, knowing that head down, heart up consistency will lead to success. Stay in it. Stay light. LYMI.
