I go too fast. I have ADHD. I have two toddlers. Two arms to both of my brands and I am guilty of thinking FASTER will get me there FASTER. Erroneous on all counts. Over the past few weeks, I have heard a call to slow down. Like - to actually - once and for all - slow the f down. The wisest part of me whispers, "Don't miss it". I have come to accept, true devotion means slowing down enough to enjoy your life. To enjoy the process, so that when "there" arrives, I am present and rested for it.
