Nothing gets my blood boiling more than when an organization’s marketing team and sales team are at odds with one another. I see it time and time again when the revenue numbers are low, marketing is pointing a finger at sales saying they mess up all the leads and sales is pointing the finger at marketing saying there aren’t enough qualified leads coming in. STOP IT!
