A group of people gather virtually to watch a group of people gather in the California desert to watch a “film” set in the late 1990s featuring a sentient, homicidal car tire named Robert. The assembled crowd of internet reviewers witness the assembled crowd of onlookers (in the movie) watch as Robert becomes obsessed with a beautiful and mysterious woman and goes on a rampage through a desert town as The REEL BOYS rampage through all of Phil Better's podcasts!

Rubber is a 2010 English-language French independent horror film about a tire that comes to life and kills people with psychokinetic powers. It was directed and written by Quentin Dupieux. The film was produced by Realitism Films. It was shown at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010, where it received positive reviews from critics.
