Sometimes working a job can be mentally exhausting and add on stress that you have already in your everyday/personal life. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 71% of working adults experience at least one symptom of stress, including headaches, and feelings of anxiety. In this episode, I share my story of quitting my full-time job and the politics that exist in the workplace. Do you enjoy your job? Does it stress you out? I chose to protect my peace and pursue other options. I strongly believe I am meant for much more and will strive to continue to prioritize my mental health.
