Financial incompatibility can be a deal-breaker and finding the right job for you can be a headache! In this episode of the RFBM podcast, I discuss the way in which your life can be impacted by money and relationships. Additionally, I express my personal opinions and provide some statistics about money in our society.
Although relationships/marriages may vary depending on the goals of each said person, I think it’s reasonable to have someone that is financially literate. Moreover, I think one should be firm on what they value from the onset in order to align with each other's financial mindset. Being realistic with your expectations matters as well. It's one thing to desire an individual with a high income however, it's another to date someone that effectively utilizes that money.
Having open discussions about money truly helps! Everyone should be able to make their own choices on what suits them best however, employing healthy communication and ensuring you understand you are on the same page with your partner saves precious time in the future.
