In a move too bone-headed to be real (but it is real) apparently our new Secretary of Defense and known binge-drinker Pete Hegseth thought it would be a good idea to discuss military operations, including attack plans, on a commercial messaging app group chat ... and then he accidentally invited a journalist to the group.
