One of the biggest struggles many of us have is maintaining a consistent home routine. We might spend every weekend cleaning and catching up on laundry so that we can start the week with a clean home. The week begins and our home might be clean, but we are exhausted since we never had time to fully reset over the weekend. We continue on with the “busy-ness” of life, trying to keep up with everything that continues happening throughout the week, and our home care tasks start getting pushed off and we fall behind. Eventually, we think “I’ll get to that this weekend” and the whole cycle starts over again.
So how can we build a home routine that not only works, but also lasts long-term AND gives us time back so we can enjoy our weekends instead of spending them cleaning and catching up on laundry only to start each week exhausted? That is what we are talking about today!
Let's get to it!
