Moe Falah is the founder of Simple Solar, the fastest growing private solar company in the United States. The company went from zero to $30-million in sales and from four to 100 employees in less than a year. Currently, the company is producing nearly $10-million a month. Business Worldwide Renewable Energy magazine name Moe CEO of the year. Without a doubt, solar energy is a growing market. In the United States, only three percent of the population has solar, so the market is in its infancy. Moe’s approach to leading a company and sales is unique. The corporate culture focuses on employee personal development, good habits, and a healthy lifestyle. And they make sales in person, with representatives knocking on doors.  In our conversation, Moe talks about the solar market and his company. We discussed: ·        States that give federal tax breaks to homeowners. ·        100 percent of the business is door-to-door with no ad spend. ·        80 percent of the team (1099 hires) are from outside of California. ·        Making the sales process fun and training with a scavenger hunt. ·        Some employees are on their way to making seven figures this year.
