The company went from zero to $30-million in sales and from four to 100 employees in less than a year. Currently, the company is producing nearly $10-million a month. Business Worldwide Renewable Energy magazine name Moe CEO of the year. Without a doubt, solar energy is a growing market. In the United States, only three percent of the population has solar, so the market is in its infancy. Moe’s approach to leading a company and sales is unique. The corporate culture focuses on employee personal development, good habits, and a healthy lifestyle.
