In this episode of The Secret KeepHers Podcast, I had the honor of sitting down with Shona Moeller, a spiritually led empowerment coach, cancer thriver, teacher, and soon-to-be author of Hope in the Forest.
Shona's story is one of resilience, miracles, and faith. At 20 weeks pregnant during the height of the pandemic, her water broke. Doctors prepared her and her family for a funeral, but instead, Shona carried her son for 13 more weeks without amniotic fluid. Against all odds, she gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby boy. Her story touched millions through Good Morning America, People Magazine, ABC World News Tonight, The Tamron Hall Show, and so many other platforms.
But Shona's journey didn't end there. She later faced a rare breast cancer diagnosis, walking through the fire of fear, grief, and rebirth. In our conversation, she shares how she:
Anchored herself in an unshakable knowing instead of fear
Transformed unimaginable challenges into opportunities for spiritual growth
Turned her healing into both a practical and mystical journey
Became a light for others navigating their darkest seasons
Her forthcoming book, Hope in the Forest, is a prescriptive memoir that blends her powerful story with real-time updates, tools, and wisdom to help others face their own challenges with courage and trust.
✨ If you've ever felt overwhelmed by fear or wondered how to lean into your inner knowing in life's hardest moments, this conversation will inspire you and remind you that miracles are real.
Five years ago, when Shona's water broke at 20 weeks, doctors told her family to prepare for the worst. Instead, she carried her son for 13 more weeks and delivered a healthy baby at the height of the pandemic.
Today, Shona is a spiritually led empowerment coach, author, teacher, cancer thriver, and inspirational luminary whose life is proof that miracles are not myths. She has been featured on Good Morning America, People Magazine, ABC World News Tonight, The Tamron Hall Show, and across media worldwide.
Her mission is to bridge the gap between despair and hope, fear and intuition, darkness and light. Through her work and her writing, she helps people remember their wholeness, rewrite their stories, and rise into lives that feel grounded, whole, and miraculous.
Her forthcoming book, Hope in the Forest, continues that mission and gives readers a way to experience her journey while uncovering the wisdom in their own.

🔑 My Takeaway from This Conversation:
Shona reminded me of the power of giving ourselves intentional space to listen—to our intuition, to Spirit, and to the wisdom already within us. In that silence, healing begins, fear softens, and we discover strength we didn't know we had.
