(00:00):
Welcome to the Self-LoveArchives podcast.
I'm your host, Julia Salvia, also known as your best friend
or big sister, dependingon what you need more.
I'm your girl.
We have been doing a seriesand we will be doing this
series until the end of 2025.
It's called TheSelf-Love 100 100 Days
of Loving Yourself More.

(00:21):
We are officially on week 13.
I cannot believe it.
If you are just joining now, please know that you can
start the Self-Love 100 at.
Any point at any time.
You can go to episode five andwatch episode five first and
then jump to episode 10 andthen jump back to episode 13.

(00:43):
There is no specific order inwhich to do the self-love 100.
The Self-Love 100 is aboutloving yourself more and making
the choice to create betterhabits to love yourself better.
Every single day, and by theend of 100 days of doing that,
the hope is, is that you lookback and you love yourself a

(01:06):
little bit more, a lot, a bitmore, a ton more, but the goal
is just to love yourself more.
It is officially week 13,which means we only have
two more episodes of theSelf-Love 100 together.

(01:29):
And you may be wondering, well, why are you standing in
your living room right now?
And if you can't seeme, I am standing in my
living room right now.
I am standing here becauseI want you to know that this
episode, that this thing thatI'm about to share with you.
This week is going to takeyou only five minutes a day.

(01:50):
Not even.
It's going to be somethingthat you just need to recognize
within yourself throughoutthe day, five minutes of
your time, and most of theseroutines and habits that are
gonna help you love yourselfbetter are meant to only be.
Exactly that.

(02:11):
That's why I've kept allof these podcast episodes
as short as I can, becausethere really is no need
for them to be any longer.
I want you to get toloving yourself more.
I want you to take allof this information in
and go on with your day.
Love yourself alittle bit more today.
So week 13, last week wetalked about how we need

(02:35):
to trust ourselves more.
And when we can trustourselves more, we can love
ourselves more, we can setbetter boundaries, we can
do better by ourselves.
We can keep our promises.
That's kind of like what thisweek is about too, except
we're bringing it down toone small thing that seems

(02:55):
silly at first, but can makea world of a difference in
your day to day and in the waythat you speak to yourself.
And that's.
Affirmations.
So I'm standing here in myliving room because this
episode's gonna be super shortbecause what I want you to do
today and for the rest of theweek, is I want you to look

(03:16):
at yourself in the mirror andtalk to the person that you
spend your entire life with.
I want you to say somethingkind, something sweet, something
beautiful, something that you'vebeen wanting to say to yourself.
Most especially, I want it tocome from your heart, and as you

(03:37):
go throughout the rest of theweek and you are giving yourself
these affirmations that you arebeautiful, that you've got this,
that all is going to be okaybecause it is, as you're giving
yourself these affirmationsthroughout the week, I also want
you to notice how you speak toyourself throughout the day.

(04:01):
Are you kind?
Are, you mean, are thereparts of your day, like if
you drop something on thefloor, are you getting angry
at yourself, calling yourselfnames, being unkind to you?
Are you saying things toyourself that you would
never say to your significantother, your sister, your,

(04:24):
your best friend, orsomeone that you love?
How are you speakingto yourself this week?
And as you go throughoutthe week and get towards the
end of the week, if you'veconsistently kept up with
saying your affirmations everysingle day, ones that align
with you, do you feel as thoughthat noise, that unkind voice

(04:48):
in your head has quieted?
Are you able tocatch yourself more?
When something does come upor you do make a mistake, or
it might not be a good day,are you able to catch yourself
and reroute, rephrase howyou're speaking to yourself.

(05:09):
Sometimes affirmations can lookas simple as I am beautiful.
I am strong, I am kind.
But I want you to getspecific with these
affirmations to yourself.
I want you to.
Maybe sit with yourselftoday and ask yourself
where you struggle the most.

(05:29):
Where is that voice in yourhead, day in and day out?
Being unkind?
Where is thatvoice in your head?
What?
What is it saying to you and howcan you take what it's saying
and rephrase it into somethingthat is so much more meaningful?

(05:51):
Some days my affirmationslook as simple as I
believe in myself.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I love myself.
Sometimes they lookas simple as that.
Other days I geta little creative.
Most days I like to get creativewith my affirmations 'cause I
like to really be specific aboutwhat I'm calling into my life.

(06:16):
For example, I am becomingmy highest and best self, any
challenge that comes my way,I am smart enough and strong
enough to handle all of it.
I love myself as I am today.
Tomorrow and every day after, when you get more specific

(06:38):
with the affirmations and thethings that you're calling
into your life, it rewiresyour brain to have the belief
that that is who you are.
Kind of like manifestation.
I mean, it is manifestation.
And even if it might feelsilly at first, looking at
yourself in the mirror andsaying those things, saying

(07:00):
that you are beautiful, youare kind, that you are growing.
It's not gonna be sillyafter a while when you start
truly trusting and believingthat those things are true.
Because spoiler alert they are.
So that's what I wantyou to do this week.

(07:21):
To get you inspired aboutwhat affirmations might
be helpful and might bealigned with you at whatever
point you are in your life.
We are sharing some reallyamazing affirmations in
tomorrow's email, so makesure you're subscribed to
