Minding the Body with a Physical Therapist with Mari Hercher

Mari Hercher was raised in southern California and earned her undergraduate degree in psychobiology at UCLA, where she developed an interest in the brain-body connection and it's effect on physical performance. After earning her doctorate in physical therapy at UCSF, she found herself settling into the local bay area community to provide care that focuses on helping people heal physically and build resilience for the future. Mari loves working with people who look at their health as a long-term investment and want help preparing for a healthy future. She runs a sliding-scale private practice, Vitality Physical Therapy in Berkeley, with a focus on treating chronic pain, traumatic and cumulative injuries.
