Sheila (00:01):
I've witnessed something
happen with almost every
high-achieving woman I've workedwith recently, no matter their
niche, revenue, or stage ofbusiness.
In this mini sode, I'm going tohelp you recognize whether this
shift is happening in you tooand what it signals about your
next chapter.
Imagine leading your businesswith clarity, confidence, and
(00:22):
capacity without sacrificingyour body, your relationships,
or your softness along the way.
Hi, welcome to the podcast.
I'm Sheila Botelho, and Ibelieve true success is built
from the inside out.
This mini soda is designed tohelp you live into what lights
you up this week.
Today, I want to talk aboutsomething that's been showing up
(00:45):
in so many places, in myclients, in my conversations, in
the women that I've mentored, and honestly, in my own life as
I've moved through this year.
And it's the moment whensomeone who operates at a very
high capacity realizes they'vebeen living from the part of
themselves that knows how tosurvive.
(01:07):
And now they're ready to livefrom that part that knows how to
expand.
This is the crossroads almostevery woman I coach meets right
before a breakthrough.
And I've been watching itunfold again this week.
Not in small ways, but theseare big identity-shaping things
(01:29):
that I've been witnessing.
I've sat across women who'vebuilt incredible careers, women
who hold their familiestogether, women who lead with
heart and excellence.
And they're exhausted frombeing the capable one.
And when they sit with me,their shoulders drop, their
(01:50):
breath deepens, and their voicesoftens.
This is when the truth drops.
It begins to be revealed thatthey start saying things like, I
want to lead differently.
I want to feel like myselfagain.
I want to trust my own timing.
I want to stop abandoningmyself for everything and
(02:13):
everyone.
And it's often a surprisebecause you would never imagine
this is going on from theoutside looking in.
But when they actually utterthese words, this is the moment
that my soul lights up becausethis is where my work truly
begins.
(02:33):
See, I've learned specificallyover the last five years that my
work really shines in guidinghigh capacity women home to
themselves.
Women who have spent decadesperforming strength, but are now
ready to embody it from asofter, cleaner place.
(02:55):
And I'm sharing this herebecause it's been so loud inside
my sessions recently that Iknow it's collective.
There is a very real identityshift happening as we close out
2025.
I feel it, I witness it, and Ihear about it.
So many women are finally readyto shed the overfunctioning,
(03:17):
the pushing, the bracing forwhat's next, the I'll hold it
all energy.
And they're learning somethingnew.
They're learning how to listento their body, how to honor the
pace, how to build a businessfrom alignment instead of the
adrenaline that has fueled themall along, and how to rise
(03:39):
without abandoning theirsoftness.
It's a supreme challenge in theworld we find ourselves living
in.
This is where strategy andself-trust meet, where feminine
leadership stops being just anice idea and it becomes an
embodied way of living.
And truly, I'm not speakingfrom theory.
(04:02):
This year initiated me in waysI didn't expect.
The move, the transitions Iexperienced, the grief layers
that resurfaced that I thought Ihad already dealt with, the
patterns I had to unhook from, the deepening of my marriage
through rewriting ourrelationship contract, the way
(04:24):
my body asked me, sometimesdemanded, that I slow down and
lead differently.
All of it shaped me, and it allsoftened me as well.
This really matured the waythat I work, the way I coach,
and the way I build.
And I know now, withoutquestion, that my next era is
(04:48):
about helping women hold theirexpansion without losing
themselves.
Because what I've found is yournext level doesn't need to come
from pushing harder.
It truly means coming home toyourself.
And from learning the cues thatyour body gives you, from
(05:09):
entering into emotionaladulthood, and from letting your
vision be bigger than thepatterns that you've outgrown.
That's really the heart oftoday's mini sode.
As we move into December, yoursoul is already preparing for
2026.
Your old identity is aloosening, and the new one may
(05:31):
not have fully landed yet.
And we're in that space inbetween that can feel kind of
wobbly and exciting, a littledisorienting and powerful all at
once.
And if you feel that, it's kindof a cool place to be.
There's something here for youto explore.
And in the coming days, I'mgoing to be taking you deeper
(05:53):
into this conversation, intoidentity, into vision, emotional
adulthood, and the relationalpatterns that influence your
expansion, as well as into theclarity that arrives when you
stop abandoning your own wisdom.
Because 2026 is going torequire a steadier, clearer,
(06:15):
more grounded version of you,not a busier version, not a push
harder version, a woman whotrusts herself, a person who
honors their seasons, a womanwho leads from her center, a
woman who knows exactly whatshe's building and why.
And next week, I'm hostingsomething very special that's
(06:37):
going to help anchor all ofthis.
You can find all the details inthe show notes.
But for now, just take abreath.
Feel your body and where it'spointing you.
Noticing what's loosening andwhat's strengthening.
You're becoming someone new andit's happening right on time.
(06:57):
Thanks so much for listening.
