It's such a beautiful thing when you're someone who
doesn't normally ask for help,and yet the people around you
show up and offer it anyway.
Over the last few months, aswe've been preparing for this
move, a lot of really specialthings have been happening.
And it's reminded me howconnected life can feel when you
allow others to be part of yourprocess.
And really, this is the same inbusiness.

We could have done every detailourselves.
We would have managed fine, butwe would have missed the love
that's been woven through everymoment.
And honestly, it's the same inbusiness.
There comes a point where thenext level of growth that you're
experiencing isn't abouthustling harder or doing less.

It's about letting others carrythe vision with you.
True delegation isn't justabout handing off tasks, it's
about letting someone else holda piece of the energy, the
intention behind what you'rebuilding.
It's trusting that whensomeone's aligned with your
mission, they're not justhelping you execute.

They're in fact expanding theimpact of what you're creating.
Because when one person isaligned with another and one
mind meets another, somethingnew comes alive.
It's like a third creativeenergy that breathes momentum
