Sheila (00:01):
It's such a beautiful thing when you're someone who
doesn't normally ask for help, and yet the people around you
show up and offer it anyway.
Over the last few months, aswe've been preparing for this
move, a lot of really specialthings have been happening.
And it's reminded me howconnected life can feel when you
allow others to be part of yourprocess.
And really, this is the same inbusiness.

(00:23):
There's a point where growthcomes from letting others carry
the vision with you.
Hi, welcome to the podcast.
I'm Sheila Botelho, and Ibelieve true success is built
from the inside out.
This mini soda is designed tohelp you live into what lights
you up this week.
This move has brought upsomething I didn't expect.

(00:44):
How deeply supported you canfeel when you allow people in.
Friends recommending buyers forour furniture, dropping off
homemade granola, bringingkeepsakes from our own town, and
checking in on our son who'sstaying behind.
It's all these little gesturesthat have made this season feel
so much lighter, more connected, and really more human.

(01:08):
We could have done every detailourselves.
We would have managed fine, butwe would have missed the love
that's been woven through everymoment.
And honestly, it's the same inbusiness.
There comes a point where thenext level of growth that you're
experiencing isn't abouthustling harder or doing less.

(01:29):
It's about letting others carrythe vision with you.
True delegation isn't justabout handing off tasks, it's
about letting someone else holda piece of the energy, the
intention behind what you'rebuilding.
It's trusting that whensomeone's aligned with your
mission, they're not justhelping you execute.

(01:50):
They're in fact expanding theimpact of what you're creating.
Because when one person isaligned with another and one
mind meets another, somethingnew comes alive.
It's like a third creativeenergy that breathes momentum
into your work.
The ideas that have beensitting quietly in your notes

(02:12):
tend to start taking form asyou're meeting with someone else
about this.
You feel spacious again.
And your business starts tomove forward with a rhythm that
feels natural instead of forced.
That's what happens when youstop trying to be the only one
who can hold the vision andinstead become the kind of

(02:32):
leader who invites others tobuild it with you.
This week, maybe take a momentand ask yourself, where am I
still trying to do it all on myown?
And what could shift if I letsomeone else bring their gifts,
ideas, and their energy into thepicture?
Because legacy isn't built inisolation.

(02:55):
It's built in the moments ofshared creation, in the
conversations that remind youthat you're not alone in
bringing your purpose to life.
If you're ready to expand yourimpact and empower your team so
your business moves with moreease and momentum, go to the

by your side.
