Sheila (00:01):
I've grown my business
over the years while navigating
grief, health challenges, andoften only working 25 hours a
week.
In this episode, I'll show youhow managing your energy instead
of just your time can unlock amore profitable, sustainable
rhythm in your business.
We'll talk about how to spotyour energetic peak zones,
(00:22):
protect your creative bursts, and shift from doing more to
amplifying your ROI with less.
Because if you're stillbuilding momentum the way you
did at year one, that's probablywhat's been holding you back.
Hi, welcome to the show.
I'm Sheila Botelho, and thispodcast is all about success
(00:42):
from the inside out.
You're listening to a mini sodedesigned to help you live into
what lights you up this week.
There's a conversation I keephaving with high-achieving
women, and maybe it's one thatyou've had with yourself lately.
It goes something like, I don'twant to burn out.
I've done that, but I alsodon't want to plateau.
(01:04):
So how do I keep growing?
Well, what I want you to knowis momentum does not necessarily
mean pushing.
And at this level, it'sactually costing you more when
you try to scale with the samestrategy that you used to use to
grow.
In the first few years ofbusiness, you probably equated
momentum with output.
(01:24):
You created a lot, you pushed, you showed up, you worked
nights, you know, you did whatyou needed to do to get you
here.
And it did.
But it's not going tonecessarily get you where you're
going next.
Now your advantage is inprotecting and elevating your
energetic strategy.
Because the truth is yourenergy is the most
(01:46):
under-leveraged part of yourbusiness model.
It's the thing that determineshow well you sell, how clearly
you create, and how peopleexperience your leadership.
And yet we're often taught toplan in hours, in blocks, in
sprints.
Are you familiar with this?
What if instead you planned inwaves?
(02:10):
I work with women who aremanaging teams, scaling multiple
six and seven-figurebusinesses, or shifting out of
full capacity mode into a moresovereign model of growth.
And you know what we prioritizefirst?
Their energetic cycles, theirpeak creative windows, their
(02:31):
need for rest before launch modeand after it, their hormonal
rhythms, their desire to stayinspired.
Because when your business runswith you instead of against
you, that's when you scale withsustainability.
And here's a simple shift thatI teach my private clients that
(02:52):
you can implement today.
Instead of asking, what do Ihave time for this week?
Ask yourself, what do Iactually have energy for?
And instead of trying to fillevery available hour, look at
your calendar and ask yourself, where can I build in recovery
before I need it?
(03:13):
This one habit will stretchyour revenue more for you than
any fancy automation or trendingfunnel ever could.
So if you're feeling thetension between scaling and
sustaining, remember your nextbreakthrough might not come from
a time hack.
It may come from finallyhonoring your energy as the
(03:34):
asset it truly is.
And if you're craving a morepersonalized rhythm to support
the business you're building, that's exactly what we map out
in the season's success method.
You don't need to hustleharder, you need to align
smarter with the energy that'sbeen guiding you all along.
Make sure you check out theshow notes for how to grab your
(03:58):
copy of the vision map and forways to work more closely with
me.
And I hope you have anincredible rest of your week.
I'll see you on the nextepisode.
