What if the universe has been speaking to you all along, and you just didn’t recognize the language? In this cinematic, narrative-style episode, host Will Rodriguez weaves together the wisdom of six remarkable guests, each a translator of unseen realms, to explore how energy, spirit, and even the spaces we inhabit are constantly communicating with us.

From Stephanie Banks, who channels Gaia and the consciousness of trees, to Ashley Gonor, who finds divine purpose in the ashes of a fire… From Benton Ryer’s ancient Japanese purification rites, to Amy Jo Ellis’s “Court of Atonement” where souls reconcile beyond ego… From Rachel Corpus’s angelic remembrance of the afterlife, to Meena Jagpal-Paré’s revelations about how our homes remember us...Will connects every thread into one profound realization:

Everything is alive. Everything communicates.

This isn’t an interview episode, it’s an immersive spiritual journey that blends storytelling, real guest soundbites, and reflective narration to reveal the subtle ways the universe whispers through nature, energy, emotion, and place.

What You’ll Discover

Speaker 1 (00:06):
I never felt like the universe was whispering to you,
but you just couldn't quite make out the words. Maybe
it's the way a tree leans towards you when you're
deep in thought, or a song that plays exactly when
you need it the most. We call them coincidences, But
what if they're not. What if the universe actually talks

(00:28):
in energy, in emotion, and in the space between every breath.
Today I'm following six voices who've learned to listen. Each
of them hears that universal language differently through trees, through angels,
through the spaces that we live in, and maybe by
the end we'll start to hear it too.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
My name is Will, and unlike moulderin Scully, believe.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
So.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
We've embarked in a journey of discovery.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
We've talked to people deeply entrenched to the spiritual and
metaphysical world.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
We've thrown ourselves into weird and wonderful experiences.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I even joined a coven of witches and wait, you
joined a coven.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Yep, all in the interest of finding something, anything, that
will prove that there's something beyond this physical.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Three dimensional world we all live in. This is the
skeptic metaphysicians.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Sephty Banks doesn't just hug trees, she talks to them.
Her ability to connect soul to soul started when dementia
made it impossible to speak with her mother, so she
learned to listen differently.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
I find that being heart connected is where it's at.
That's how I'm able to receive communication. And we all are,
by the way, this is not unique to me. We
are all channels. We're all channeling all the time.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
She didn't stop at people. See she channels animals and
even Mother Earth herself. Gaya some of.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
The messages that oftentimes the messages that come through bring
me to tears, like I am feeling the the I'm
feeling her despair. She does feel despair, she does feel harm,
she does feel all all the things that you would
expect when one you know, when your children are consistently

(02:27):
destroying your you know the life that you are nurturing
and supporting, and yet she continues to serve with the
greatest of love and generosity and non judgment. So it's
a place to when I do channel Pachamma, I really
try to do my part to stay as open as

(02:47):
I can and also not be leveled by, you know,
my own human aspect of emotionality with this, because I'm
an Earth warrior. I am here in service to the trees,
into the animals, into all the species that are going
extinct every moment, and I feel very, very deeply.

Speaker 5 (03:06):
So yeah, she wants.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Less asphalt, to be sure, she really wants us, her children,
to come back to ourselves, to come home and to
listen for what is true, and that is our interconnectedness.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Hearing that I couldn't help, but wonder maybe healing the
Earth isn't about fixing her. It's about remembering we are her.
Ashley Goneer has built her life on magic, not the
kind that happened with wands. For her, it happens when

(03:45):
everything you thought was stable suddenly burns down and you
trust that there's meaning in the ashes.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
I had a call from the fire department. I heard
the sirens and I was at sushi with a friend
and I said, oh my god, gosh, I have to
go to the SPA because there's a fire. And I
literally had just bought that house with nothing, and I
was like in this moment of like, Okay, I've finally
got a business. I have this house and now it's

(04:13):
on fire, and I really can go back to that
moment and I know that where I was at that
stage of my life, it was I know that this
is for a higher reason. I know that that was
for for me for sure, Like I always that's my
motto in this house, is especially raising the girls their
whole life, Like I won't know why that's for you,

(04:35):
But that was one of my biggest examples in your
life where you think, oh my gosh, people would just
shut down and say forget it. That kind of started
my understanding of knowing that you know in your life
that you pick the breadcrumbs up, you surrender and trust
and know that it's all leading you to what you're
supposed to be doing. And I realize that at that

(04:55):
part of my life. And yeah, and then I had
a baby, sold the SPA. Best thing. I was like,
this lady came in to me and said, you don't
want to have a baby and a spa.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
That one sentence changed how I look at everything, even
when things go wrong. Maybe the universe isn't punishing us,
Maybe it's preparing us.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Trust the process, embrace your the path, like something about
like just trust, you know, trust you're on the right.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Path, and that's the magic actually teaches, not illusion but intention.
Real magic, it turns out, is what happens when we
stop fighting life and start listening to it. Then there's
Benton Ryer, a man who could probably clear your chakras

(05:46):
just by standing next to you. He's trained in an
ancient Japanese tradition of purification called ko Shinto, which he
describes not as healing but as removal.

Speaker 6 (05:58):
Where I actually to rank you removals for people. The
Japanese dictionary, just the regular one has a different definition
than what people think it is. So it's one of
those things that's hidden plain sight, and once it's removed,

(06:19):
the people who do people will do it fulfill the
difference right away. It's very subtle. It's a subtle impurity.
It's just a removal. And I also doing as removing.
I'm not shooting anymore with energy. I use things like
fire and things like that to burn things away, but
it's still removal.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Benton says, energy isn't something we add, it's something we reveal.
When we let go of what doesn't belong, our natural
light can finally flow.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
Let's you don't believe that the cognitive dissonance is strong
with people. That's true. A lot of people will just
not show up or not even try. Like if someone's
in pain or they're suffering into something, they don't care
what religion it came from. They don't care because you know,

(07:12):
they're already in hell a lot of times. So if
somebody gives some relief, it means a lot.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
He calls himself a spiritual plumber, And after talking to him,
when I started thinking, maybe, just maybe enlightenment isn't about
growing brighter. Maybe it's just about clearing the pipes. When
Amy Joe Ellis first mentioned the court of Atonement I pictured,

(07:45):
Robes gabbles in a very confused bailiff, but her courtroom
exists in spirit, where higher cells meet to settle disputes
without blame.

Speaker 7 (07:56):
The court of atonement is one soul talking to the
other soul and coming to a happy conclusion as to
what and why it happened.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
She says, when souls reach understanding, the body relaxes. The
argument might still exist, but the charge, well it fades.

Speaker 7 (08:16):
Where it works really extraordinarily well, on old wounding, where
we've kind of given up on that, and when it's
not so excellent.

Speaker 8 (08:24):
We have to look in ourselves here for a minute,
because their soul is ready to I'm going to say,
there's two.

Speaker 7 (08:29):
Different things going on.

Speaker 8 (08:31):
We've got a spirit, which is that consciousness of who
we are, and then we've got the soul, which kind
of knows everything. We get like an epiphany of have
you ever been walking along? And all of a sudden, Oh,
I know why that person's upset.

Speaker 7 (08:45):
I get it.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Okay. I started wondering what if every fight we ever
had could dissolve that way, not with an apology, but
with understanding. Amy Joe's work reminds us energy doesn't hold
the grudges, only egos do. Rachel Corpus calls herself an

(09:08):
angel in human form, and after hearing her story, I
don't doubt it. At four years old, she died in
a car crash and came back with memories of another realm.

Speaker 9 (09:18):
When I was taken out of my body because I
had serious damage to my body, I was seeing angels
around me that I had been seeing in mass and
so I zipped out of my body and I was
hearing my own voice, my four year old voice, and
this kind of screechy scratchy voice, which is.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
This girl right here.

Speaker 9 (09:38):
I'm like that And they said, well that's you, that's
your consciousness. And I was seeing all of these other
angels around, and they said, well, we're going to go
on a field trip today.

Speaker 10 (09:47):
We're going to take you home.

Speaker 9 (09:49):
And they took me to the Seraphim realm and they said,
this is who you are. My consciousness came in, and
I was also very aware of what they were telling
I was starting to remember what they were showing me.
Oh yeah, that's where I hang my jacket. Oh I
remember these celestial hallways. They were showing me that the
heavenly dimension is an energetic field.

Speaker 1 (10:11):
Yes, she remembered it, all the light, the beings, the
choice to return. When I asked why she came back,
her answer was simple love.

Speaker 9 (10:23):
They showed me some things about what would be happening
on earth, both in my personal timeline and in the
greater world timeline. And when it came time for the choice,
I don't remember making the choice. I remember going into
my four year old self and not wanting to make
my mom sad. And as soon as that came into
my consciousness, that was back into my body.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Rachel doesn't preach perfection. She laughs. She swear she argues
with her husband like everyone else. But she lives with
one foot in heaven and one foot on earth, and
that might just be the point of all of this.

(11:07):
We've talked about souls and angels, but what about the
places we live? According to Mina Jack Paul Parrey, your
home has memory and emotion.

Speaker 10 (11:18):
How often do people move in their lifetime? Now? Apparently
in their lifetime it's eight times. And so I was
quite surprised to hear that, because that means that x
number of previous occupants, their energy, their sadness, sickness, illness,
relationship breakdowns, financial hardship. It's all in the walls, ceiling, paint, carpet, belongings,

(11:39):
and it just continues to multiply.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
She's a classical function master who maps the energetic blueprint
of a house like it's a living being.

Speaker 5 (11:48):
Energy is not seen, it's felt, it's felt. It's what
is supporting us. It's our energy. How are we waking
up in the morning. It's the energy of the space.
It's the energy of herds and dreams. I teach functionary
vision board courses. What do they equate to manifestation. What
is the backbone of manifestation, our own energy. Once we

(12:09):
release that previous energy, which is not hard to do.

Speaker 10 (12:12):
We rebalance the home and we've given it a clean slate.
But at the same time, life will happen. So you know,
we can bring in sadness or people come into our
home or place of business, and that sadness can and
until you renew and you remove it, it will once
again start to multiply.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
I love that because maybe our homes aren't just shelters.
Maybe they're mirrors reflecting our own vibration back at us.
When we declutter, smudge or just open the windows. Maybe
we're not tidying up. Maybe we're healing. Six different voices,

(12:55):
six different ways of hearing the same universal truth. Stephanie
to Gaia. Ashley trusts the fire, Benton clears the unseen, Amy,
Joe reconciles the soul, Rachel remembers the light, and Mina
harmonizes the space that we live in different frequencies one message.

(13:15):
Everything is alive and everything communicates. The universe doesn't just
speak in words, It speaks in synchronicity, an intuition in silence.
Maybe the reason we can't always hear it is because
we're listening with our ears when we should be listening
with our energy. So next time you feel the urge

(13:38):
to talk to your plants, forgive someone, or open every
window in your house, go ahead. It's not you being weird.
That's you responding the universe called, and you just picked
up I will. And this has been the skeptic metaphysicians

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
