Dr. M. David Stonger is the principal and founder of M. David Consulting. The practice has a focus on fixing interpersonal conflict and detoxifying office cultures. Dr. Stonger is a licensed psychologist trained to work in fast-paced, results-based environments. His areas of focus are on resetting individual relationships, improving team performance, and re-imagining the work environment for a sustainable future.

He has experience in a diverse array of industries, including healthcare, government sector, military, and academia. Dr. Stonger’s wide-ranging and extensive education and hands-on training bring a unique perspective to consulting.

Prior to founding M. David Consulting, Dr. Stonger served in the Unites States Air Force as an officer. In his time on active duty, Dr. Stonger routinely briefed generals and other leaders and was recognized for his acumen and expertise. After completing his term of service, he contracted with the Department of Defense, partnered in private industry, and continued his learning focus in the social sciences, earning a second Master of Arts degree.

He lives in Colorado with his wife, enjoying the mountain views and heading outdoors whenever he can.
