the-sober-butterfly_6_12 (00:00):
Hello,
beautiful people.
Welcome back to the SoberButterfly Podcast.
If this is your first time here,my name is Nadine.
I've been sober since July 5th,2021, and this podcast is a
space where we talk aboutsobriety, self-trust, growth,
travel, dating, healing, anddesigning a life that actually
(00:21):
feels good to wake up to.
Today's episode, though, is alittle quieter.
It's a little more spacious,expansive, I should say.
It is the day after Christmasand that strange, cozy, timeless
stretch where the year hasn'tended quite yet, but it's no
longer what it was.
(00:42):
And instead of doing atypicalNew Year's resolution episode, I
wanted to talk about somethingdeeper.
Quantum physics.
Manifestation and how tointentionally create your dream
life in 2026, especially assomeone living an alcohol-free
conscious life.
This episode is meant to belistened to slowly, maybe on a
(01:05):
walk, maybe while you'recleaning, maybe while you're
just lying on the couch, lettingyour nervous system land.
Let's get into it.
the-sober-butterfly_7_1 (01:16):
There's
something really special about
the days between Christmas andNew Year's.
The pressure is off.
You've done the Christmasshopping, the presents have been
opened.
The expectations are quieter.
Most people are not workingduring this time of year.
Time just feels.
Different in psychology andspirituality, there is often a
(01:38):
liminal space, which is athreshold between what was.
What hasn't fully arrived yet,and interestingly in quantum
physics, reality works in asimilar way.
At the quantum level.
Particles don't exist as solidthings until they are observed.
They exist, as potential asprobability.
(02:02):
Therefore, nothing is fixed ordefinite until attention or
focus is applied, and that'swhere we are right now.
Your 2026 doesn't exist as afinished product yet.
Currently, it exists as a fieldof possibilities, which means
that this moment right now isincreasingly powerful.
the-sober-butterfly_8_12-26 (02:26):
Let
me break this down in a way that
doesn't feel like a collegephysics lecture.
Okay, so at the quantum level, energy is everything.
Energy moves in frequencies.
Your thoughts, emotions andbehaviors all emit frequency.
And here's the key part.
(02:46):
Reality responds not to what youwant.
But to what you repeatedlyembody.
I'm gonna say that again.
Reality responds not to what youwant, but what you repeatedly
embody you are never actuallyexperiencing reality.
(03:06):
You are always experiencing yournervous system.
So your nervous system is goingto dictate what you perceive to
be real.
That's why, for example, twopeople can live essentially the
identical day.
They can go through the samehabits, the same behaviors, the
same patterns, same schedule andreport back.
(03:29):
Vastly different experienceseven though they had the exact
same day.
Because you are not actuallyexperiencing reality.
You are responding to events asyour nervous system feels.
So going back to this key tenanthere, that reality responds not
to what you want, but what youembody, who you are, essentially
not what you want, where youfocus your attention.
(03:51):
Creates the reality that youwant.
And by the way, another keycomponent of quantum physics is
that there are infiniterealities that coexist all at
once.
Which on a basic level is everypossibility exists at once.
So if you want to quantum leapinto your dream life in 2026,
you need to align with theversion of self that ultimately
(04:13):
you were trying to embody ormanifest.
the-sober-butterfly_9_1 (04:17):
Quantum
physics is logical.
Spirituality, once again, youdon't attract what you want.
You attract who you areManifestation isn't magic, it is
simply feedback.
Your nervous system, yourhabits, your self-talk, your
boundaries.
Those are the signals that youare sending into the field.
The quantum field sobriety playsa massive role.
(04:40):
Here.
When you remove alcohol, youremove distortion.
You remove emotional static, youremove numbing, dissociation,
and delayed feedback.
Sobriety sharpens your signal.
That's why so many peopleexperience career ships,
relationship clarity, financialgrowth, creative breakthroughs
(05:02):
after getting sober.
the-sober-butterfly_10_12-2 (05:04):
And
that's not because sobriety
guarantees an easy life, butbecause clarity collapses,
timelines better and faster, oneof the strongest tools to
quantum leap into your dreamlife is visualization.
All of the experts, that studyquantum physics, manifestations,
(05:25):
affirmations, to architect, youknow, another reality.
Because all of these realities, all of these timelines coexist.
One of the strongest tools thatyou can employ is visualization.
Visualization is enveloping allof your senses to see the
version of self that you arebecoming or wish to become,
because eventually you'll livethat life because you already
(05:48):
know it.
You already feel it, you'vealready seen it.
You've already done the time tovisualize what that life looks
like for you.
And getting sober removes thatstatic energy, removes that.
Distortion those distractions towhere you can get super crystal
clear around the reality thatyou're currently living in based
off of how your nervous systemis responding and the reality
(06:11):
that you're trying to call in tobring into fruition to bring
into your next reality.
the-sober-butterfly_11_12- (06:17):
Most
of us are manifesting wrong.
I myself manifested.
Incorrectly for years.
Okay.
I thought manifestation justmeant that I'm asking the
universe or praying to God,begging him for, you know, a
version of life that I'm seekingor for specific things or goals
that I'm trying to align myselfwith.
(06:39):
And that's not whatmanifestation is.
That's why manifestation.
Isn't working for so manypeople.
People say things like, I'mgoing to manifest abundance.
I'm trying to manifest love.
I am hoping to manifestconfidence, but trying implies
distance in quantum terms, youcan't be tuned to lack and
(07:03):
arrival at the same time.
Deficit and abundance areopposites.
So instead of asking, what do Iwant in 2026, a more powerful
question is, who do I need tobecome so that this life is
inevitable?
Because it is inevitable.
(07:23):
There is that certainty thatfixed endpoint in quantum
physics because all of thesetimelines exist.
It's just that you're not livingin that specific timeline that
you're trying to call in.
So intention may be like thecatalyst that gets you motivated
to start thinking about what youwant out of life, but identity
(07:44):
collapses timelines faster thanintention.
So you have to embody and becomethat version of self that you
are seeking to live
the-sober-butterfly_12_12-2 (07:53):
And
by the way, it is worth noting
here that the universe or God,whatever your higher power is,
or your guiding light, anytimeyou're trying to manifest, you
could even be calling in thesemanifestations and harnessing
the power from within.
It does not need to be anoutside entity, but most people
are praying to some outsideforce or calling in something
(08:14):
from the universe as anexchange, which is what I do.
I work in tandem with theuniverse, with my higher power
with God.
And so when you are praying, soto speak, because affirmations
are a form of prayer.
You should not be praying from aspace of deficit or lack.
energy does not respond well tobegging the universe doesn't
(08:39):
respond well to begging, so youneed to decree or declare
whatever you are trying to callin or manifest as though it is a
commandment as though it hasalready been done, as opposed to
asking or pleading or begging asthough these things are out of
reach and therefore not going tocome into fruition without the.
(09:03):
Help of some outside force asthough it's a miracle.
And by the way, manifestationsare miracles, but they are
promised miracles.
You are calling it in as thoughit's already been done.
It's already been delivered.
It's almost like you're speakingfrom a place of gratitude.
You're thankful that you'vealready received said
manifestation.
It's just a matter of time.
It's just a matter of quantumleaping into that reality
(09:26):
because it already exists, because you visualized it.
You already see that version ofself living, that best life in
2026.
the-sober-butterfly_14_12-26 (09:36):
So
going back to that liminal space
that in between Christmas andNew Year's phase, or that
quantum window as I call it,I've had some time to really
hone in and focus on my vision.
For 2026.
And yes, my vision does includea vision board, but I've gone
(09:56):
about it completely differentthis year, last year, or this
year.
'cause we're still in 2025, eventhough it feels like it's behind
us, we're still technically in25.
I didn't create a vision forthis year.
Vision board.
I had some loose goals, but theyweren't written down.
And there's countless studiesout there around.
Exponentially achieving goalsbased off of writing them down
(10:20):
and actually having a clearvision behind what your goal
entails.
So when I look at my vision for2026, I'm not just manifesting
outcomes or goals, I'm anchoringinto being the woman I'm
becoming.
And here's the part I want youto hear clearly.
I don't wait for the outcome tostart behaving like her.
(10:44):
I practice her now today becausein the quantum field, the future
version of yourself alreadyexists.
I've been saying that, and I'llsay it again.
This version is already real.
Your only job is to meet herfrequency consistently.
showing up as her every day.
And does that feel silly?
(11:06):
Maybe you feel like you'recosplaying a little bit, but
your brain doesn't actually knowthe difference between reality
or perceived reality.
I should really say anddelusion.
That's why, Delusion is healthy.
When you tap into visualizationand start to get really clear
around who you're becoming andwho you want to embody, and once
(11:27):
you start showing up as her, youcan quantum leap faster.
That comes from thevisualization piece.
So when you're.
Visualizing and there's tons ofways that you can visualize.
It can be through meditation, like closing your eyes and
literally thinking about whothis person is.
It can be through journalingpractices.
There are tons of prompts outthere that have you envision,
(11:48):
your ideal day.
Creating schedules for like who?
Person is who they show up asmorning, midday, evening,
nighttime.
Like what do those routines andsystems look like?
There are just countless ways tolike actually visualize, but
once you start to visualizethat, you start showing up as
that person and embodying themand then becoming them.
So once again, your only job isto meet the version of self with
(12:11):
the frequency consistently.
the-sober-butterf (12:13):
Manifestation
is not about forcing outcomes.
It's about reducing resistance.
Small shifts repeated often.
That is, how timelines collapse.
As a bonus, I have a frameworkfor you to create a vision board
for 2026.
Now, I know vision boards aresuper trendy, very cutesy.
I like to use Canva andPinterest and put together my
(12:36):
curated dream life.
There's nothing wrong with that, and that can be a visualization
tool.
However.
If you want to maximize thepotential for your vision board,
I have six concrete steps thatyou can employ today to help you
create the best vision board for2026.
This is not something you can doin an hour, I'm gonna be honest
(12:58):
with you.
So if you're not entrusted increating what I think is going
to be one of the most impactfulvision boards you can make for
yourself for 26, then you canskip it.
You can do whatever you want.
But if you are serious aboutcreating a vision board that
actually reflects the identityshift that you are embodying at
this time.
(13:19):
Hear me out.
So step one, start with yourpower word for 2026, this will
serve as your mantra for theyear.
I think this is a powerful placeto start, because once you pick
your power word for the year.
As you're embodying and becomingthis version of self, you can
use that word to discern whetheror not you should do certain
(13:42):
things.
So for example, if your word forthe year is elevate, because you
want to elevate all aspects ofyour life and you're calling in
manifestations that align withelevating, then you can base
your decision making.
Off of whether or not somethingis going to elevate your life,
right?
So if it's not working inalignment with your power word,
(14:03):
then it's an easy no.
And that's something that I'mreally focused in on this year
and why I've done so much worktowards the end of this year to
truly work on a vision boardthat will serve me in my future.
And calling in themanifestations that I'm working
on is.
Breaking some bad habits.
I have some people pleasingtendencies, not wanting to
(14:23):
disappoint other people, etcetera.
This is an easy baseline for meto decide how I'm going to be
moving throughout 2026.
If it's not an alignment to mytheme word, to my power word for
the year, then it's a no,because you know what?
I would rather disappoint otherpeople than disappoint myself.
This version of self that I'mbecoming, and once again, going
with the embodiment phase, ifI'm already trying to channel
(14:45):
the frequency of this person, this woman I'm becoming and want
to call in to quantum leap tothat version himself, then I
have to ask myself like, wouldshe even care?
Would she even like give muchconcern or thought to things
that are not serving that powerword?
I'm not gonna actually share mypower word this year with you
guys.
Yet, because I've also learnedthrough my studies of quantum
(15:09):
physics that you have to protectyour quantum field.
So what that means is.
Move in silence at times.
I know I have a podcast.
I know I'm a chronic oversharerand I will be sharing with you
guys.
Don't worry.
But there are some things that Ineed to protect, especially in
this phase where I'm trying tocall in and manifest and become
this version of self.
(15:30):
I need to be very discerning andvery careful around what I
share.
Especially when they're still inthe works and you have to
protect your quantum fieldbecause whether or not you
realize it you are opening thatquantum field up to criticism
when you may not be ready toactually share with the world It
is so important to protect yourquantum field because when you
(15:51):
share with other people, especially if they're not in
alignment to your energy or thefrequencies that you're emitting
you invite their limitingbeliefs.
You invite their critiques youcan think about it like this,
like kids are so fearless, they're so resilient, they're so
imaginative, and it's becausethe world hasn't yet corrupted
(16:12):
them.
I'll say, right?
You ask a 5-year-old, like, whatdo you wanna be when you grow
up?
And you'll get numerousresponses everything from, I
wanna be an astronaut to aballerina, to a doctor, to
whatever it may be, right?
Like they have these really big, lofty goals, dreams for their,
their life.
Visions that have not yet beenshrunken or jaded by other
(16:34):
people.
Or the world, telling them thatthat's not possible.
So sometimes you have to move insilence.
Sometimes you have to protectyour quantum build and know when
or when not to share with otherpeople.
That's not to say you can'tshare with people.
But just be mindful that whetherpeople intend to or not, their
(16:56):
seeds of doubt may.
Infiltrate your quantum field,AKA, what you're trying to bring
in, and they could have the bestintentions for you.
Life is sometimes a mirror, sopeople project their own
insecurities, their ownfailures, their own limits onto
you, and that can often bedistorted as an act of.
(17:16):
Love.
Potentially that person thinksthat they're trying to save you
from heartbreak ordisappointment, but that's not
how this works.
You have unwavering belief inthe version of self that you are
calling in because you've donethe work, you've done the
visualization.
You see that version so clearlythat nothing will infiltrate,
that nothing is gonna steer youwrong.
(17:37):
So just keep that in mind thatyou don't always have to share
your vision with other people.
So anyway, back to number one.
Number one is simply identifyingyour power word for the year,
which will serve as a compass asto how you move throughout 2026.
Number two, pick five to 10 highlevel goals for yourself.
(18:01):
This can be anything from incomegoals, like I'm gonna pay off
all my debt to hobbies, like I'mgoing to learn how to ski to
travel.
These are my big bucket listtravel places that I have to see
before the end of 26, et cetera.
You need to get super moleculararound what that looks like, and
(18:24):
not just what that looks like interms of a specific outcome that
you want to achieve in thatgoal, but what it feels like,
once again, we are embodying anidentity shift.
Nadine Mulvina (18:36):
And now a quick
word from our partners.
the-sober-butterfly_25_12 (18:38):

the-sober-butterfly_17_12- (19:53):
Once
you create your five to 10 ish
goals for 26, you can use AIlike cha, GPT to help you get
super molecular around how toembody this goal.
Once I created my list of goals,I actually had 18.
Um, once I created my list ofgoals, I took a screenshot of it
(20:15):
from my notes app, and thenuploaded that screenshot into
chat and chat GBT.
With the prompt.
It was very basic.
I just said, help me make thesegoals super specific so I can
manifest them in 26.
And so chat wrote me back, she'sso on point, she said, okay,
Nadine, this list is alreadypowerful.
(20:38):
Now we're going to turn vibesinto instructions for the
universe.
Specificity equalsmanifestation.
Fuel.
And then she said, I'll do thisin a way that feels energetic,
not corporate smart goal,boring.
She knows me so well think clearintention plus measurable anchor
plus emotional why?
She then created my 2026manifestation goals that are
(21:01):
super specific.
Somewhat of the smart goal, likespecific, measurable, like
whatever the acronym stands for.
When I say smart goals, likeaction aligned whatever.
She did give me that, clearmarkers, for example, by June,
2026, I blank blank.
That's my goal.
And then she also at the endgave me manifestations align to
(21:21):
that goal that I can recite overand over again.
For example,, one of my goals.
I don't mind sharing with youguys.
One of my goals is simple.
It's to go skiing.
So it says Winter 2026.
I take a trip, a ski trip toeither Colorado, Utah, or
Europe.
Take at least three lessons, feel confident and playful on
(21:42):
the slopes.
That's what I'm trying toembody, and my manifestation is
I try new things without fear.
That's a very basic example ofmy goal being very specific and
measurable, like By this timenext year, I should have gone
skiing.
I should take three lessons, butalso the embodiment.
How do I feel on the slopeswhere I feel playful?
(22:02):
I wanna have.
Fun.
Okay.
I feel confident.
I don't wanna feel like I'mgonna break my neck.
And then I have a manifestationaligned to not just the ski
goal, but who I'm embodying.
I'm the type of woman who triesthings without fear.
I gotta try it once, right?
I may not try it again, but Ihave to try things.
Fullheartedly the first go atit.
(22:24):
So that's just an example of.
How you can use AI to helpcrystallize your goals even
more.
the-sober-butterfly_18_12 (22:31):
Okay.
Number three, to create yourbest vision board for 26.
Once you pick your five to 10ish high level goals, you're
gonna break those goals intocategories for your vision
board.
So for example, label your goalsin relation to like a greater
theme, wellness or career orfinance or love and
relationships or hobbies ortravel.
(22:53):
Categorizing your goals intodifferent subsections or
subcategories, helps and pushesyou to add the process or the
lifestyle, those daily habits orroutines systems that are going
to make you achieve your goal
the-sober-butterfly_19_12-26 (23:09):
so
now you have your goals that
have been labeled into differentsubcategories like wellness,
fitness or finances or careerlove, relationships, whatever it
may be, right?
which leads us to step numberfour.
You're gonna have differentvision boards.
I ended up having eightdifferent vision boards aligned
to different categories.
That's a lot.
(23:30):
Calm down.
Don't worry, you're only gonnahave one master vision board for
2026, but this helps youorganize your thoughts even
greater.
Now you can plug and play.
Once again, going back to my skiexample, I wanna go skiing next
year.
That ski goal is aligned tohobbies for me for next year.
I wanna learn how to ski.
That's a new skill.
(23:50):
Sometimes they can overlap.
Like that could technically gounder travel as well, because I
plan on traveling to go ski.
now I'm going to find imagesthat best align to this goal of
skiing.
And when you search for images, you wanna elicit a response like
it should have some kind ofvisceral reaction in your body.
It kind of reminds me of like.
(24:11):
Cleansing like the Marie Kondomethod way, which is like when
you're trying to declutter aspace, you're taking inventory
of everything and you'retouching it.
And does it spark joy?
Same principle applies here.
When you're looking at images onthe internet or on Pinterest or
wherever you are looking forimages, you want to get some
kind of reaction.
Do you feel joy?
(24:32):
Do you feel like, oh my God,like.
This, I could see this formyself because if you don't, if
you're trying to curate a lifethat you think you're supposed
to live, that's not gonna work.
It has to have some kind ofemotional response, once again,
your reality is based off of howyour nervous system is
perceiving reality.
So like you should have somekind of reaction from your
nervous system that will giveyou a sense of, oh, this is the
(24:55):
reality that I'm calling in,that I'm quantum leaping
towards.
So you will organize each visionboard, mini vision board at this
time with different images thatyou feel connected to, that are
aligned to your goals.
the-sober-butterfly_20_12- (25:11):
once
you've found your images, you're
going to label the sections ofyour vision board.
And this is really where we seethe distinguishment between
vision boards working instead oflooking cute.
(25:32):
So you need to create habits.
Those are daily, weekly identityactions and the one-time
accomplishments, which are themilestones that the universe can
actually check off.
Just to be clear here, habitsare who I am daily and those go
under like the, I am becoming onyour vision board.
This is mindset and identity.
(25:54):
So for example, I make decisionsfrom my future self.
I keep promises to myself.
I finish when I start.
I trust my intuition.
And then you have your one timeaccomplishments, which is what I
complete, and those go under, Ihave achieved on your vision
board.
Related to traveling andexperiences.
Again, like I went skiing, Itook three ski lessons the
(26:17):
layout for my vision boards.
On the left side, I have mydaily habits, which are
identity.
On the right side, I have mymilestones, which are proof, and
in the center I have my mantra, which is I act as the woman who
already has this life.
as a pro tip, manifest habits inpresent tense and
(26:39):
accomplishments in the pasttense.
Manifestation once again is anact of being.
You are this person, you'reembodying the frequencies of
this version of self that youare manifesting, and as an
accomplishment, it's alreadybeen done.
For any future unquoteaccomplishments that you're
trying to call in, it's alreadybeen done.
(27:01):
You're almost like speaking froma place of gratitude, like
you're just so deserving ofthis.
You've embodied this version.
It's just a matter of time.
So you're speaking in the pasttense as though it's already
been delivered.
the-sober-butterfly_22_12- (27:12):
Step
five is to create one big vision
board.
The core idea here, which isimportant, is that your board
should not be organized bycategories anymore.
Like it's not gonna be money, love, health, et cetera.
Instead, it should answer onequestion, what does a random
Tuesday look like in my 2026Life?
That's how realities collapse.
There are five zones, and thisis really where all of the
(27:35):
realities are merged.
So the way I've identified thisis zone one is identity.
It's like the centerpiece.
This is the anchor.
Everything else radiates fromhere.
So you can use words oraffirmations and place it here.
So like how do you want to feel?
What are you embodying?
Calmness, freedom, grounded,consistent, wealthy, loved,
(27:57):
chosen, creative, expansive.
The core affirmation is yourcenter text.
For example, you could saysomething like, I act from
self-trust.
Everything else follows.
This replaces all identity basedboards that you created to help
you kind of crystallize whereyou're going with this.
Zone two is the lived life, likeyour home, your body routine.
(28:22):
This is really where we seehabits and accomplishments
blend.
So include visuals of your dreamliving.
Accommodation or your cozymornings or any like aesthetic
that you want to conjure likesoft life tennis courts.
I don't know the ski trip that Iimagined.
(28:42):
Dog energy.
If you wanna have a fur baby Andoverlay it with phrases like my
home supports my nervous system,or movement is joy, or my body
is respected.
Which will merge any sub boardsyou have related to health or
habits or lifestyle.
And then zone three.
Is more like your work moneycreation, not hustle.
(29:06):
For me at least, it's more aboutexpression.
So I have images like a laptopand travel, a podcast, mic,
writing book imagery, brandtrips, speaking engagements.
Subtle wealth cues, not veryflashy.
And my overly phrases includethings about what I'm trying to
manifest for my goals.
(29:26):
My work funds my freedom, or Icreate once.
I earn many times this helped mereplace my business and money
boards.
Zone four for me is expansion,so travel language, visibility.
This is your world self.
And I included trips that I planon taking in or I will take, I
took past tense, um, in 2026.
(29:49):
And overly phrases like.
I am fluent in confidence.
the world feels accessible tome.
And that helped collapse mytravel and growth boards.
Zone five for me is lovingcommunity.
Um, and my word, prevailing wordhere is safety.
It includes imagery frompartnerships that feel grounded
(30:09):
or friend dinners, laughterchosen family energy.
I have overly phrases like I amemotionally safe.
Love meets me where I am.
I don't chase, I attract, Ireceive.
And that helped to replace mylove and friendship boards and
the glue here, which is whatmakes it one reality across the
(30:30):
different boards is you repeatthese exact ideas in different
visuals.
All of my visuals have a senseof ease, consistency, calm,
confidence, presence,self-trust.
If something looks impressivebut doesn't feel calm, I don't
want it.
Remove it.
the-sober-butterfly_23_12-2 (30:50):
One
last note before I get to the
final step.
What to remove from all visionboards, and this is critical.
You need to remove anythingthat's frantic.
Okay?
Anything that says one day.
No, we talked about this.
Okay, it's delivered anythingaspirational but unsafe.
Because once again, your realityis shaped by your nervous
(31:12):
system.
There's sayings like, oh, growthhappens.
When you feel uncomfortable, butuncomfortability is different
from feeling unsafe, so makesure you use some discretion
there.
And then anything that feelslike pressure instead of
embodiment.
Once again, this is your dreamlife.
This is your dream 2026.
(31:34):
This is not what you thinkyou're supposed to want out of
life, and that's why it's on thevision board.
Your future self is regulated, not rushing.
And this is why this takes sometime, okay, to devote some
serious time to make this.
I don't think you can do this inone day.
The final step, which is stepsix, is creating a dream routine
(31:56):
for.
Your dream life.
the-sober-butterfly_24_12- (31:58):
this
is the routine of the woman who
already lives on your collapsedvision board.
She's calm, she's consistent,she's wealthy, she's grounded.
Think.
Random Tuesday in 2026, and thatwill guide you.
What is your regulated notrushed routine look like on that
random Tuesday?
What time are you waking up?
What choices are you making?
Really map out what that idealmorning looks like.
(32:21):
And then ask yourself, what doesthe woman who already has the
life focus on today?
What are some non-negotiables?
Figure out what things you areaccepting, what things that you
are not accepting, what doesyour afternoon look like your
evening?
The goal is to get as granularas possible and the more
specific that routine looks onthat random Tuesday, the more
(32:41):
obvious it will be for you tostart making moves to show up as
that person.
This is not something thatyou're projecting into the
future of one day.
Like, oh yeah, at the stroke ofmidnight I'm gonna start
embodying this version of self.
It's like, no.
Start today.
Who is she?
Do something to move the needle,to get you closer to that
timeline today.
That is the big thing I want youto take away from this.
(33:02):
It doesn't start tomorrow.
It starts today, right now.
the-sober-butterfly_25_12 (33:08):

(33:51):
