I get a lot of questions online about how to tell family, friends, and significant others that you are getting sober & quitting alcohol for good. This can be so intimidating for a number of reasons: Maybe they didn't even know you had a drinking problem? Maybe you're nervous to verbally commit to sobriety forever? Whatever your reason... I get it. All those things ran through my mind too, so in today's episode, I'm going to share how I told the people closest to me that I was getting sober.
