Joel Proskewitz has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 3 decades, with a specialisation in spinal rehabilitation for the past 20 years. Joel has worked side by side with Professor Stuart McGill (head of spinal biomechanics – University of Waterloo, Canada) in the rehabilitation of low back pathologies, and is one of only two people in the world who teaches with Professor McGill.

Founder of The Spine Xchange, which is a community for spine surgery patients, which offers guided support and comprehensive resources for all things to do with the human spine. CEO of PerformanceRx, founder of The SpineXchange, McGill Master Clinician, BackfitPro instructor, Faculty member UCL (University College London) and permanent member of a spinal MDT at a leading London Orthopaedic hospital.
