  • F – Fear Inventory: Identify three specific fears you have about being seen in your business. Write them down. Be brutally honest with yourself. No judgment here!
  • A – Action Step: For each fear, identify one small, concrete action you can take this week to challenge it. Think bite-sized, manageable steps. For example, if you're afraid of video, your action step might be to record a short practice video, even if you don't share it publicly. If you're afraid of networking, maybe it's reaching out to one person in your industry for a virtual coffee chat.
  • B – Benefit Focus: For each fear, write down one potential benefit you could experience if you overcame it. Focus on the positive outcomes.
