Welcome to your Daily Happiness Meditation. Think of this as the practice you can turn to daily or anytime you need a little boost in your day. The practice itself is relatively simple, with the majority of our focus on a mantra that reminds us to be present in our lives. We follow it up with a journal prompt to help you look for even the smallest things bringing you joy in your day. This happiness meditation can be your support whether you're already feeling good or if things haven't been feeling as joyful and you need the encouragement to pull yourself back out of the mud.
