Our words hold incredible power, those both said and unsaid. Many times, our emotions can get trapped in our processes and experiences and create inner conflict and, at times, detrimental self-talk.
Unsent letters can hold a huge healing key for us, allowing us to release emotions we may keep bottled up and process unresolved feelings. There’s a real sense of freedom when we know that our expressions will only be seen and read by our own eyes. When we write without expectation, we allow ourselves to be fully authentic and real, a huge element in connecting to ourselves and opening up to healing that we all deserve.
