In this episode, we're going to explore the power of being fully present with the painful emotions we experience and how, exactly, to do this (as well as how not to do it). This topic might seem like an oddly placed one in the midst of a season of episodes that's intended to be geared towards conscious relationships. And yet, the truth is that emotional opposites are intimately entangled. Painful emotions and pleasurable emotions are, in essence, two sides of the same dualistic coin. And that's why this episode is included here in the midst of a season about conscious relationships, love, connection, etc. Because to love more consciously we must bring more consciousness to all of our feeling experiences—the painful ones included.
