Taking a deep breath in.
We're going to feel the breathall the way to the bottom of our
stomachs and we're going torelease the breath.
Let's take another deep breathin, all the way to the bottom of
our stomachs and then we'regoing to release the breath.
We're going to picture ourconnection tube to the center of

(00:28):
the earth.
It's a green tube and we'regoing to put a rose in front of
it and we're going to blow it up.
Blow it up.
Now we're going to picture agreen ball of light at the top
of our legs and that green ballof light is spinning and all of
a sudden it goes straight downinto the earth, all the way down
into the earth, all the waydown into the core of the earth,
and it creates a green tube.

(00:49):
We're going to send anynegative energy, any big
emotions, any negative thoughtsor feelings deep into the earth.
So breathe into the center ofyour tummy, the bottom of your
tummy actually, and blow outthose emotions.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe into the bottom of yourtummy actually and blow out

(01:12):
those emotions.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe into the bottom of yourtummy and blow out those
emotions.
Now we're going to picture awhite light spiraling all the
way around us from the top ofour heads to the bottom of our
feet.
A gold light spiraling all theway around us from the tops of
our heads to the bottom of ourfeet.
A gold light spiraling all theway around us from the tops of
our heads to the bottom of ourfeet.
We're going to picture rootsgrowing deep into the earth and

(01:32):
we're going to say positiveenergy only.
No negative energy allowed.
We're picturing that we'rewalking along a black sand beach
.
How magical to feel this blacksand under our feet.
As we squish our toes into it,we feel the waves starting to

(01:53):
come over our feet.
As we get to the edge of thewater, we feel the ocean breeze
on our face and we can hear someseagulls, often in the distance
.
Seagulls, often in the distance.
We look out at the glimmering, glistering ocean and we see a
little fin.
Oh, it's not a porpoise fin.
I know you were thinking that.
We look out carefully and westart to go into the water.

(02:15):
We see that it's the fin of asea turtle and she's going up up
out of the water down into thewater.
As she continues swimming along, she looks over to you and she
says hey, guys.
And you say, hi, sea turtle,I'm so excited to see you.
She says I'm so glad you'rehere.

(02:36):
Isn't it fun to coast alongthis water?
It's so lovely on my fins andmy face.
And she says Did you know thatwe are all here with a mission
in life?
We all have something in ourhearts that's driving us along,
that's helping us to connectwith who we truly are.

(02:58):
Sometimes it's really bold andloud to know our mission.
Sometimes we don't know ourmission.
We're just following the beatof our heart and seeing where it
takes us in our journey.
So, guys, as you're going alongand you're swimming in the
water, the turtle says as you'regoing along in life, just like

(03:20):
we're swimming in this water, the road can sometimes get bumpy
.
Just remember that you are inthe right place and in the right
time for where you're meant tobe.
Your path is unfolding in frontof you.
Don't give up along those bumps, but keep going along your
journey.
And she says I'm so glad I metyou today.

(03:43):
I'm off to find more food.
Bye.
She turns around to swim out tosea.
You turn around to swim back toshore.
You climb up onto the shore andyou sit at the edge of the
water.
You look up at the sun notdirectly into the sun, but
toward the sun and you feel thesunlight on your face.

(04:05):
You feel it entering into yourtummy and it fills every cell in
your body with love andhappiness.
You feel more sunlight comeinto your tummy.
It fills every cell in yourbody with peace and content, or
being happy with where you areright now.
You feel the sunlight come intoyour stomach one more time.

(04:26):
It fills every cell in yourbody with happiness and peace.
You feel so calm in your skinand you get up to walk along the
shore.
You say thank you sun, thankyou sea turtle for all you
brought me today.
And you slowly oh, and so it is.

(04:48):
You slowly wiggle your fingers, you slowly wiggle your toes,
you slowly open your eyes andyou tip your head over toward
the ground to let out any extraenergy that you don't need.
And so it is.
