(00:10):
The stars made me do it. Welcome back to the Stars Maybe
Do It podcast. You got me Mimi and Sierra over
here and we got a very exciting topic today, a very conceptual
topic in astrology that I'm really excited to get into.
We yeah, we're talking about Draconic cart.

(00:32):
Oh my God, carts charts today. And this is like this is a Mimi
topic. I'm along for the ride for sure
with all of the listeners here with like, you know, some
astrology knowledge coming in, coming in clutch, I'm sure.
But I'm kind of, you know, yeah,I'm along for the ride here and
I'm excited to dive into another.
I don't know if it's necessarilylike a niche topic, but it's

(00:54):
definitely not an overly talked about astrology topic.
Yeah, I would say it's a more advanced topic.
It's one that I definitely went down a rabbit hole, I want to
say like two or three years ago about Draconic Charts.
And I was so mesmerized by the idea of it.
And then I put it away and just recently I was like, we have to
bring this to the forefront and it's like a stand alone episode.

(01:14):
It's not part of any series. Like maybe if we had a series of
advanced kind of concepts in astrology, it would be in that.
So if you are fairly new in astrology, you'll still be able
to follow along. We'll talk a little bit about
aspects and what they mean. It would be really helpful if
you know about the nodes. So we have an episode out on the
nodes N node and South node because the Draconic chart is

(01:38):
very heavily related to what thenodes have to mean in our
charts. So should we get straight into
what a draconic chart is? Before we do, let's quickly plug
our awesome selves. And if you don't already, follow
us over on Instagram and TikTok at the stars made me podcast and

(01:59):
we are also on patreon@patreon.com/the stars
made me do it. We have discord, we have early
release episodes and we have exclusive episodes of the month
ahead where we go over the actual in real time astrological
transits over there and we get alittle unhinged.
We are, you know, are chatty, fun selves and definitely a

(02:20):
little more personal with how our lives are affected by
astrology over there. It's a a good time and then if
you like to check out Mimi's small.
Well, isn't. It is a real time.
You know, it's entertainment foryou guys.
There we go. There we go.
If you wanna check out Mimi's small business, it is on

(02:42):
Instagram at Harvey Mountain dotAlchemy and you can check out my
small business at Magical dot Book Club and you can also go to
Mimi's website, harveymountainalchemy.com.
She's got all of her magical crystal candles and repurposed
glassware, all the I wish you could smell on the Internet.
Like if you could just. You're telling me?

(03:05):
I am. That's all like that's all I
think about. I'm like if I could just produce
smell through my website it would be done so but that's why
I love selling in person cuz it's like yes smell it.
Let me see how you feel. Tourist places, everybody.
Yeah, I could go on such a tangent about smell, Sorry.
Keep going and then if you wannacheck out my website, it is

(03:27):
sierraautumn.com. So that's all of our things, our
special individual magical projects.
And then yeah, us together starts with your podcast.
Thanks for being here. Thanks for checking out this
episode. Thanks for liking, reviewing,
subscribing, sharing all of the good things.
We know it's like a normal plug at the beginning of an episode,
but it genuinely helps. That's why we do it.
So thanks for doing all the things and let's let's get into

(03:50):
it. I'm I'm ready to be your
audience. Rumble OK, let's do God.
All right, so let's just start with what is a draconic chart
and how do we calculate it? You know me, I love a math, a
math equation formula, but basically a math moment, A
draconic chart is calculated by noting the degree difference

(04:13):
between your Natal N node and then that of 0° of Aries.
So essentially what we're doing is we're dragging every single
one of our placements back untilthe North Node is 0° of Aries.
So it's going to change absolutely every placement in
their sign and house. I mean depending, unless you

(04:34):
were born with a 0° Aries N nodethen nothing will change.
But it's going to change absolutely every sign and house.
But it'll keep all of the aspects that you already have in
your Natal chart because they'reall going to be moving at the
same exact rate. Does that make sense?
That's super fascinating. It's like if you have your sun

(04:54):
and moon sextal one another, it's still going to be sextal
one another, but they're all just dragged to a different
placement based on that 0° AriesNorth node.
Do we? Do we have information why it's
the 0° Aries N node? Yeah, well, 0° of Aries is the
absolute beginning of the Zodiacwheel.

(05:17):
So it's almost like this is the imagine like Big Bang energy of
like this is the beginning of all that is, is 0° of Aries.
So it's not just 0°, it's 0° zero minutes.
You know, it's like the very beginning.
And it's interesting because as we're recording this, the North
Node is in Pisces, which means it was just at the 0° of Aries.

(05:38):
It was exact January 11th, 2025 at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard
Time. So it's kind of interesting to
think that anybody born in that exact moment has a Draconic
chart as their Natal chart. That's so cool to think about.
That feels so like important. I don't know.
It's it's almost like we have also other episodes where we

(06:00):
compare different types of charts, like when we look at,
you know, Plastus versus whole sign type, for example.
And I love that in both Placidusand Holosine, my, the placement
of my nodes and my Chiron does not change.
And it's kind of like one of those, oh, these are really
like, pay attention to these because no matter what system
you use, they don't change. And so I love the idea of

(06:23):
somebody being born that day andlike, oh, you want to look at
your draconic chart? Well, you already have your
draconic chart. That's you are your draconic.
Chart. Yeah, yeah.
And it has so much meaning because of what the Draconic
chart represents, which we'll get it into in a moment.
But I just want to mention too, that draconic comes from the
Latin term kaput draconis, whichmeans Dragon's head, which is

(06:44):
what the North Node is said to be.
And actually the South Node is said to be the Dragon's tail.
So we can kind of see this development of an entire body of
willpower and soul's path through the Dragon's body.
Parts. I love this and when I was
looking at these notes I just started getting the Dragon Tales
theme song in. My Dragon Tales.

(07:05):
Dragon Tales. Let's all go to Dragon Land.
That was. Yeah, that was a great 1.
I loved that show, Emmy. I mean they were literally
rubbing a labradorite crystal. I know.
To get to Dragon Land. So good goals.
All right, so that is what a draconic chart is in a more

(07:25):
logistic way, like what how we calculate it, what how we just
pull it up. I use, I believe it was
astro.com to pull up a Draconic chart because the software that
Sierra and I both use as professional astrologers is time
passages. I wasn't able to find that
function on my software. So I went on to astro.com and
was able to pull up a draconic chart.
You could literally just type inGoogle draconic chart

(07:48):
calculator, enter your birth information and it'll give that
to you. So what does a draconic chart
represent? What what is the point of
pulling up this chart? I kind of think of it as similar
to like a solo return chart thatyou would pull on your birthday.
That is looking at a new chart in relation to solar energy.
The Draconic chart is looking ata new chart in relation to

(08:09):
themes of the North Node. So looking at themes of purpose,
your soul journey, your life contract, things that are much
more karmic. And because the nodes are nodes
of the moon, there's a really subconscious element to this
chart as well, that this is whatour soul is doing on a
subconscious level. On a more energetic level, the

(08:30):
work and the journey that we're on, on a much more spiritual and
soul level, rather than the Natal chart, which is this is
your personality and this is your human.
The Draconic chart is this is what your soul is working on in
this lifetime. I love that.
Like, I know we'll get into it, but just looking at a lot of my,
you know, placements in my Draconic chart and thinking of

(08:51):
that as a soul level purpose, I mean, it checks out.
Yeah, and it just gives a littleextra.
You know, it's like the tip of the iceberg.
I almost feel like your Natal chart is that tip of the
iceberg. That's what we see.
This is your human, your 3D lifeexperience.
But when we pull up the Draconicchart, this is everything
underneath it, all of the energythat has been building so that

(09:14):
your human can do that 3D work. This is like a map to your 5D
plan. Yeah.
Oh, that's cool. Yeah, I've got a couple of
quotes, 'cause I think that thisis a technique.
That's the word I was trying to think of.
This is a technique that I really would like to speak to
other professional astrologers or people who are studying

(09:37):
astrology as a science. More about South from Maria
Black here in the Astrological Journal of 2017.
She said instead of representingpsychological traits, it
displays those recurrent emotional responses and inner
impulses that we feel are beyondour control, which have to do
with hereditary issues or early childhood experiences.

(09:57):
And I feel like this brings backthis.
I feel like the first ten years or so of our life as a human is
reintroducing us to all of the lessons that we have to learn
throughout our lifetime. So a lot of the issues that we
discover in our early childhood, hereditary issues, long standing

(10:19):
ancestral traumas that we are trying to heal from, that all
show up in our early life that then subconsciously dictate how
we then respond as humans later in life.
It feels like this chart tells us the hereditary issues that
are being presented that our soul has decided we are going to

(10:40):
tackle in this lifetime. Yeah, yeah.
And then the Australian Academy of Astrology and Cosmobiology,
they this article that I read focused a lot more on like
relationships and comparing two people's draconic charts to one
another. So doing sinistry between two
draconic charts, but still very karmic and spiritual, but much

(11:03):
more about like how you can helpheal with somebody else or you
know, maybe how the challenges arise in healing with one
another. But the quote is here.
We have concluded that the Draconic chart can be
categorized karmic, spiritual and unconscious, with possible
connections to reincarnation. It pinpoint it starting over.

(11:24):
It pinpoints those we draw closeto us in our lifetimes to
resolve unconscious issues, which in turn connects to our
state of physical and emotional health.
It speaks less of free will thanthe basic Natal chart.
I really like the whole idea of reincarnation and that's really
interesting to me because when I'm looking at any typical, you

(11:47):
know, chart reading that I'm doing and I'm looking at it for
myself, like Western astrology, Placidus or even whole sign,
whatever, I feel like that's just something because those are
my personal beliefs and values. I keep that in mind.
So it's very fascinating to havethis be extra focused on
something like that because I dofind that I'm always looking at,

(12:07):
OK, well, what's, you know, whatlessons did I not learn last
time that I'm, you know, learning this time?
Or what am I like South Node? I always look at pulling from,
you know, past life experiences, which is all about
reincarnation. And so the idea that Draconic
chart is extra is categorized asextra karmic spiritual, like
connections to reincarnation. I'm kind of wondering why.

(12:30):
And I'm also like, tell me more, you know?
Yeah. And a question that I had that I
think is very natural after learning about this topic is,
well, in my next lifetime, the Draconic charts going to be
different. So how is this my soul's chart?
And I think it's not so much thesoul's chart, but the chart for
how subconscious energies are going to drive your soul to do

(12:54):
the work it's meant to do in this lifetime and throughout.
As we evolve as a soul in many different reincarnated lives,
we're going to have different work, or the work that we're
doing is going to evolve in different ways.
Where you may be healing a relationship with your mother in
this lifetime. If you do that work, the next
lifetime might be healing that relationship with a different

(13:15):
sort of connection or relationship, or healing with
yourself like the soul. Work continues to evolve, so of
course your draconic chart is also going to continue to evolve
throughout many lives. That is fascinating because,
yeah, obviously it's not going to be the same if the whole idea
of living many lives it's, you know, at different periods of
time in the world, and so you'renever going to have the same

(13:39):
chart again. But that, yeah, that's just very
curious to bring in an extra, I guess, strong focus on that
spiritual nature. Yeah, and how we move our inner
impulses that we don't even realize we are.
I don't know that we're allowingto drive us.

(14:01):
And I also think of, you know, we can use astrology, especially
whole sign as like predictive astrology looking for when
events are going to take place. And it's like, that's not what
this is for. Like this is this is much more
on a soul level. And I think in the astrology
that I'm, you know, focusing on where I'm looking at either

(14:22):
plastics or whole sign, I can pull all of those things from
that chart. But I like that we get an extra
flavor, a more potent flavor on the spiritual side of things
here. And I mean, while we're, this is
the right episode to talk about spirituality and stuff like
that, I feel like I recently hada very strong message.

(14:43):
I was discussing Tarot with my guides, but I definitely see it
with astrology as well, because you had mentioned like we're not
here to do the predictive stuff.I I got the message from my
guides that we have to be so intentional about the questions
that we want answers to, becauseif we point questions to get

(15:06):
answers that are very accurate in timing or in what the plan
is, it's basically showing distrust in the universe.
It's showing distrust and it's showing desperation for what you
think is what's best for you, and that by asking the right
questions, you're actually surrendering and really
trusting. You know that this plan has been

(15:27):
laid out for you and that you chose this too, right?
I think so much we talked about like surrender and trust, and it
feels like complete lack of freewill.
No, you had the will when you were a soul at the table before
you came into this lifetime, at least by my beliefs, you had
that will and you did choose this journey.
And so then to question it is not only distrusting the

(15:48):
universe, but distrusting your deepest self as well.
And so I found that by asking the right questions in tarot or
astrology and for example, what those questions would be is the
only thing you can control is you and how you respond and how
you move through the world. So instead of asking, when is

(16:09):
this going to happen? When am I going to find my
house, which is my current predicament?
When am I going to find my house?
What's it going to be like? How will I know whatever it's?
What can I do to best open this Ave.
What is the skill of mine that will benefit me most?
What is the flaw of mine that isholding me back and putting that
responsibility and accountability back on me so

(16:32):
that it's not about throwing distrust out there, but rather
asking myself to expand and growand to own my abilities, my
will. And I feel like it can translate
to astrology as well. It can translate to astrology
and it's almost like, OK, if I'mreally looking for a soul deep

(16:53):
question answer situation, maybethat's when I do look to this
chart, you know, let me use the right.
Yeah, with the right question when I'm in that moment.
Yeah. And I feel like these are tools
that we can use to just know ourselves better.
Because when you know yourself better and you know your soul's

(17:14):
alignment better, you can you can reach that point of
alignment. And then when you reach this
point of alignment, things come flooding in because it's like
everything gets clicked into place.
That's how I see when you live in alignment with your chart is
just things get clicked into place and then you know your
rewards will find you. I feel like with the Draconic
chart, we're able to do that on a much more soul level than with

(17:37):
the Natal chart, which is looking at 3D like how you can
how how you can work the tangible world.
The Draconic chart is how you can work the spiritual realm.
Yes, because in like when we're looking at our chart in the
classic way that we would look at our charts, and I've talked
about in the rest of this podcast, we're looking at, you
know, so much of our personality.

(17:58):
And I feel like our personality is the way in which our soul
expresses itself. And then we go deeper into the
soul level of things where it's like, take out the fact that,
you know, I'm expressing these things in such a Sagittarian
way. What is it you know?
At the Yeah, I'm still expressing these things, yeah.

(18:20):
Yeah. Anyway, so I mean, with any time
that I'm sharing spiritual beliefs, I always want to be
careful that I'm not saying likethis is the way it has to be,
but this is the way that I live in my spirituality.
This is the way that I let things guide me and allow me to
like live in more of a flow state.
So if anybody else resonates with that, that's great.

(18:41):
If anybody needed to hear that, cool.
And if not, and if you disagree, and if you're like, I don't, I
didn't come here to get preachedat.
I'm not trying to preach, I'm not trying to convince.
If you want to join my cult, just, you know, we'll talk
later. But for now, for now, I just
felt like sharing what I believe.
And I think that the draconic chart is like the perfect kind
of parallel to trusting and justtrusting your souls path.

(19:06):
So something else that I saw when researching the Draconic
charts was that a lot of astrologers actually use it in
comparison to the Natal. So it's not just looking at the
stand alone draconic chart that they really compare the Draconic
and the Natal chart as almost sinister with one another.
So it's how your soul is workingwith your human and then doing

(19:26):
like a fine a meeting in the middle, but like bringing
together the subconscious and the conscious.
That's fascinating. That's really fascinating to
think about. So like if you are a, you know,
if you're an Aries and then in Draconic you're a Gemini, like
coming together, like the way your soul and your human come

(19:47):
together is in a tourist way type of thing.
No it's not about finding the composite but it's about
comparing the 2. So for example, I feel like most
articles I read started with where is the draconic ascendant
falling in your Natal chart? So for example, my draconic
ascendant is Capricorn, I'm a Capricorn rising in my draconic

(20:08):
chart and then when I look at myNatal chart that's in my 6th
house. One thing I will say is I'm a
little on the fence about. Using whole sign for.
This was my question because I was looking at the Draconic
chart and it's set up in a Placidus.
Way exactly. So I was almost curious about

(20:28):
exploring and comparing my Draconic chart with my Placidus
chart. If that feels really over your
head to anybody listening, we have an episode out on Placidus
versus whole Sign. Go check it out For now, we'll
try and explain in a way that makes sense.
Regardless of if you have the information or not.
They're two different systems oftwo different housing systems.

(20:50):
So Capricorn falls in my 6th house for my whole sign and it
falls in my 5th house in my Placidus chart.
So basically what it says is your cat, your soul approaches
the world in this Capricornian way as a desire to achieve
something, to make something long lasting, to build

(21:12):
sustainable growth, to be a leader, to be a delegator and to
be seen publicly. And then I relate more to that
falling in my Natal 5th house because it falls.
That feels so much more aligned with you than 6th house to have
that. Be in that, yeah.
Joyful like you know, coming from the heart space place.

(21:33):
Yeah, expression of self, discovering my own inner child,
the Capricorn 5th house blend ofbeing like parenting myself and
giving myself authority and strength and power and ambition
through expression in creative pursuits and talents and yeah,
matters of the heart, passion, very much more 5th House Energy.

(21:57):
I wonder about 6th house. I, you know, I could try and
reflect on it a little bit more and connect to it a little bit
more. I'm not even going to go down
the path of being a potential Virgo rising, but anyway.
Not the episode. Not the episode for that, but so
that's one way that that I foundvery consistently in a lot of

(22:18):
articles that they were comparing the Draconic chart to
the Natal chart. Not so much composite like the
middle point between them, but rather just like the proverbial,
like the way you know, if you are a Gemini in your Natal
chart, but in Aries in your Draconic chart.
OK, how do these two energies work together?
That I think would be a good wayto use it rather than finding

(22:41):
the middle point. I love that.
I really, that's really fast. Fascinating.
And then I did, you know, like should we just get into our hard
Draconic charts and sort of justgive some examples?
OK, so like I said, I am a Capricorn rising in my Draconic
chart and then my N node which of course is going to be at that

(23:02):
0° of Aries. I think it's really important to
look at any aspects to the Northnode which will be the same as
in your Natal chart. But the houses and the signs are
going to change. My N node is square, my
ascendant, so that to me says that my soul's journey is one
of, and it's in my 4th House of knowing myself, knowing my inner

(23:25):
world so deeply that being perceived by others and the
struggle of being perceived by others doesn't matter because
there's such a sense of solidityin my own identity and in my own
inner world, in my home and in my family life.
That's so like it's, it's very cool to see.
Like, OK, well, this is my soul.If we think of it as, you know,
soul energy trying to express itself and when you have that

(23:50):
reassurance of solidity there, when you have the, I guess you
know, the challenges or obstacles in your, you know,
more typical birth chart that you're looking at, it's a good
reminder of like, oh, I can overcome these things because I
see that when it comes down to that soul level, this is what
I'm super strong and confident in.
And that's the purpose of. Yeah.

(24:12):
What's being expressed? Yeah, and this N node is
conjunct Pluto as it is in my Natal chart, but it being in
Aries feels like my soul is verymuch doing it.
It's in a constant battle of self transformation and then
that being trine my my Mars in the Draconic chart.
My Mars is in Leo and in the 8thhouse and it's about moving from

(24:38):
the heart space, right? Again like that Leo energy is
coming up in this Draconic chart.
I have my sun, my Venus and Marsall in Leo.
So there's very much an energy of of being seen, of being
witnessed, of shining, of showing my talents, expressing
myself and in the 8th House of expressing my deepest self.

(24:59):
And that being trying that N node and Pluto conjunction in my
4th is deep transformation of ofself through self-expression of
the deepest, you know, the deepest parts of me living, you
know, living as a soul rather than living as a human.
This is so interesting. Like we were just talking the

(25:22):
pre podcast podcast about how I was relating to in my my birth
chart, I'm a Sagittarius son andin the Placidus system, it's in
the 11th house, which is very Aquarian energy.
And we look at my draconic chartwhere I am an Aquarius rising
and thinking of how that is justsuch I right before this episode

(25:44):
we were talking, I was talking about how I really relate to
that 11th House Energy. And just like the whole idea of
being other and being a little weird and quirky is actually
where I feel like I can shine incertain ways.
And then I have literally right before this happened, you know,
and then I have this Aquarius rising and my in my Placidus

(26:06):
chart, my Aquarius is intercepted in the second house.
And it's an energy I've I'm becoming more familiar with and
getting to know better. And the whole idea of valuing
because it's so second house, like your values and your, your
personal finances, your personalpossessions and everything.
And that your value in an Aquarius.

(26:30):
Weird like other but also humanitarian way where it's like
that whole to find that rising in my Placidus chart in that
intercepted area, but it's also where I have my part of fortune.
It feels very like when you March the beat of your own drum

(26:51):
because of the ways in which youfeel solid in your value system.
That's where you find your luck, that's where you shine, that's
where you are a trendsetter, that's where you are unique and
rebellious and all of those things.
So I love finding that Aquarian energy that I don't have any

(27:11):
placements besides my part of fortune in Aquarius, but with an
11th house Sun, that's somethingI really relate to.
And in this draconic chart that is my rising as well as my
Mercury, Lilith, Venus. Like I have a good amount of
aquarium placements in this draconic chart.
Yeah, I feel like your soul's journey is 1 of approaching the
world with your visions of what you think a better future looks

(27:35):
like, and that in tandem with your mid heaven, which is
another important point I noticed when researching
draconic charts. Your mid heaven is Sagittarius.
So this is like bringing a vision, a new perspective of the
world and an optimism and the ways in which we can make things
work better through connecting regardless of differences.

(27:58):
I think that is very much something your soul has come
here to do. And on a more personal like the
way in which your human is affected by your Draconic chart,
your son is in the late stages of Capricorn which would be
conjunct to your Natal Moon. So it's like this lifetime.
North Node like yeah, it's so. It feels like this lifetime your

(28:19):
soul chose to shine the light onthe the ways in which processing
emotion is not natural to you orwas not given to you as a as a
very set easy tool. So it very much makes sense with
your Capricorn moon journey. What a Capricorn moon journey.
Any Capricorn moons out there, you get it.

(28:39):
Join the club. I feel like the fact that I have
a late degree Capricorn sun in my draconic chart is just like,
of course I fucking do because that is just this bundle of like
stellium energy in my classic chart that everything always
comes back to. And I also think it's really
interesting in this. It's just another example of how

(29:02):
you can see aspect relationshipsbecause both out of sign and in
sign. Because I am a 0° Sagittarius
sun in western astrology Placidus or whole sign system.
I am a 26° Capricorn moon and even though those signs are

(29:22):
right next to each other, it's Sagittarius and Capricorn in
they're technically sextal one another by degree.
And in my draconic chart I just see that so much more obvious
because there is this late degree Capricorn sun.
And in my draconic chart I have a late degree Pisces moon and so
it feels like oh wow my sun and moon energy do actually

(29:44):
communicate well with one another.
But in my Natal chart that I'm normally referencing, they still
have that within degree. It's just we've got Sagittarius
versus Capricorn. And I also love when we look at
commonalities. I've got Capricorn going on in
this Draconic chart with a Sagittarius mid heaven, you
know, like the and then I have, I have a Pisces moon, whereas I

(30:06):
have so much 12th House Energy in my Natal chart.
And I've got a Leo Mars in my Draconic chart, whereas I have
Leo Jupiter in my. You know, like you can find
these commonalities and and it's.
I love that we both have Leo, Mars.
Yeah. I think it's fascinating.
I mean, just seeing like what a lot of other astrologers are
doing, comparing Draconic chartsto one another.

(30:29):
I think it's really cool to see the eye of Cap rising and you
have, you know, Capricorn sun and then we both have Mars and
Leo. So there's like this element.
I mean, talk about aversions. Hello.
Capricorn and Leo are an aversion to one another, but we
both have that within ourselves. So we both operate from a place
of practicality and wanting to build something real
sustainable, but we also must operate from a heart filled

(30:53):
space and a passionate space. And A and a space that that
takes up space. Like there's something with Leo
energy that is not, you know, itobviously wants to shine.
I find it really interesting that my Moon is in Virgo in my
Draconic chart. I feel like that speaks to and
it's basically conjunct my NatalChiron, which is at the early

(31:17):
stages of Virgo. I feel like that speaks a lot to
my journey with like humility and devotion and a desire to
serve others that maybe we don'tsee from my Aries and Leo
placements in my Natal chart. But I do have a really strong
pull and it's not the strong desire, the strong, you know,
want. It's a pull, which is that inner

(31:38):
impulse that we feel from, you know, more energetic spiritual
guides. So I, I really appreciate that
we've got this moon, I mean, andmy Blackman Lilith conjunct my
Natal Chiron that really highlight that healing, not just
for myself, but healing for others and to be of service to

(31:58):
others is a big pull from the subconscious, not just my human
ego. Yeah, yeah.
And the fact that you've got a Virgo moon and I've got a Pisces
moon, we have these opposing moons that even though you and I
have Earth moons, you know, in our other charts and they
obviously get along with one another.
This is a whole different way oflike our souls interacting.

(32:22):
Our souls are constantly offering a new perspective to 1.
Another yes, yes, but also sharesuch similarities because of
that axis, the Pisces Virgo, youknow, sister signs.
And I think that I can really relate to the Pisces moon in
ways that I, you know, I'm, I'm definitely not a pushover, but I
know that Pisces energy has a tendency of dissolving itself

(32:46):
into the needs of others and being the mirror that others
need. And that is something that I I
can I can see. But I think that that's giving
it human energy. And when we translate that to
the soul energy that the draconic chart is, it's more
being of service by offering spiritual guidance.

(33:10):
And like the dissolution of selfisn't a negative side effect,
it's this ability like a superpower.
Totally. I guess I see how that
superpower in a soul way could translate in my human like when
it when it comes to placements in my human chart.

(33:31):
But also it's more like why there is that drive?
Why there is that need and desire underneath everything
where it's like I want to be able to help you with this thing
because I understand it emotionally.
I want to be like the one who shows you the mystical pathway
to whatever it is. You know, I want to be that

(33:53):
mirror in those ways. And I love that Pisces moon
because Pisces also is just such, you know, and it just
understands emotions on such a deep level.
And even though I have this Capricorn moon journey, I
definitely feel the I guess thatme showing up in a way of

(34:14):
helping other people with their emotional journeys.
Yeah, I also think Saturn's got to be an important placement in
these Draconic charts if we're talking about karmic growth.
I mean, how could we not discussSaturn?
I've got my Natal Saturn. I mean, we both were born during
the era where Saturn and Chiron were opposite one another.

(34:35):
So I've got my Natal Saturn in Cancer opposite my OR.
Sorry, I've got my Draconic Saturn in Cancer in my 7th house
opposing that Draconic Chiron which is in Capricorn conjunct
the Ascendant. I.
Can certainly see Saturn in Cancer in the 7th as a way in

(34:57):
which my soul is healing. Fear of not belonging and
feeling like I have to protect myself but also protect others
from my emotions. And I can feel that be a very
strong pull, which again indicates to me that it's more
of a subconscious Dr. rather than a human drive.

(35:20):
That's so, that's so interesting.
I've got in my Draconic chart mySaturn in Pisces and my Chiron
opposite it in Virgo. And that, that's something I
have to sit with more. I think having there be a lesson
when it comes to boundaries, when it comes to I guess, yeah,

(35:47):
like there there being an element of surrendering and
trusting. But yeah, you know, that comes
in with like that lesson. I can see that for sure.
Yeah. Any other questions as audience
or you know, as someone who's just been introduced to
Draconic, like what is anything that you're like, wait, this

(36:10):
feels like I need some blanks tobe filled in.
I I guess I'm curious, as you know, would you look at what
transits are activating your draconic chart?
You do. Yes.
Yeah, and I didn't know if I we should get into it because
obviously that is, you know, again, more advanced of a
technique, but this is an advanced episode as it is.
So yeah, you can absolutely pulltransits in accordance and

(36:34):
relate it to your Draconic chartinstead of your Natal chart.
So for example, right now we've got Jupiter in Cancer.
So that tells me I'm going to feel a lot of reward and
expansion and growth over that Saturn in Cancer in my 7th
house. Also like collectively if we all
have N node at 0° Aries and we are experiencing Saturn and

(37:00):
Neptune that have just entered that 0° Aries area, we're all
feeling soul level influence andyou know.
Activation obvious, like I cannot express enough how much
everybody is feeling intensely right now or experiencing life

(37:24):
intensely right now. And Aries is a very potent sign.
That 0° point of Aries is the new year, right when the sun
enters this Aries sign, it's thenew astrological year.
It's all possibility. It's this, I exist now, I am
here, I am the warrior. I will fight all the battles.

(37:45):
There's this presence that comeswith this eruption of the 0° of
Aries Point. It's the beginning of life.
So yeah, to have anything transit that 0° of Aries Point
is going to be potent on a collective level.
That's a great point. I think that just makes a lot of
sense for a lot of things happening right now.

(38:06):
But I also really love the idea of looking at your draconic
chart with transits that are happening.
And I'm like, oh, all of that Saturn in Pisces.
I was, you know, looking at it, squaring my Sagittarius,
especially my ascendant. That was such a potent, potent
time. And now I'm like, oh, well, I

(38:29):
have Saturn in late degrees of Pisces and Mitraconic chart.
I've got my Moon in late degreesof Pisces and Mitraconic chart.
Like, yeah. Your soul was experiencing a
Saturn return like on a cellularlevel.
It really fucking was. And that's the moment this
episode became explicit. I don't take it back.

(38:53):
It needed that. Like, Oh my God.
Yeah, I know. So there you have it.
That's the Draconic chart. If you guys have any questions,
if you have any follow-ups, go comment on the Instagram post.
You can comment on Spotify. You can comment on YouTube.
I mean, this is such a fascinating topic and I would
love to hear, I mean, I'd love to hear what you found in your

(39:15):
own Draconic chart. But if you're feeling
overwhelmed and like, this is soover my head, but I want to know
the information. I don't know, maybe by the time
this episode what comes out I'm going to offer it as a reading
on my website harveymountainalchemy.com.
I love that who and like who's who's to say?
Maybe you will and and this willbe like a whole, I don't know,
exciting new. I think it's just so fascinating

(39:37):
because I find like with my services, I'm always trying to
get beyond the human like, OK, yeah, yeah, yeah.
This is, I mean, not that I'm like heartless, like yeah, this
is stressful, I get it. But like what?
Let's get to the core of it. Because once you get to the
core, the symptoms wash away. But you need to get to the core,
the root of an issue. And once you get to that, then
everything heals from from thereonwards, right?

(39:59):
It starts at the pit and then itlike that healing self gets
absorbed by the surface. So.
Anyway, I think Kaputrakonis, he's got a lot to say.
Thank you very much. This has been really
interesting. I I am wondering if anybody
listening who's like, you know, more advanced astrology brained.

(40:20):
If you do use this, do you use placidis?
Do you look at whole sign? I would love to know for any
listeners that are, you know, inthis world and also if you are
listening and you're totally like looking at your charts
right right now comparing the difference between them.
Love to know what similarities you find.
Like I've got the Sagittarius mid heaven with these Capricorn

(40:41):
placements and everything. Like have you found similarities
there? I'd be very curious.
And and what other maybe advanced topics that you can't
find a lot of info on that you might be interested in having
one of these episodes on, even if it's not technically in one
of our series. Definitely reach out and let us
know and this has been great. Good.

(41:01):
I'm glad. All right.
Well, Sierra, why did we talk about Draconic charts today?
Because the stars made us do it.
