“My New Mantra for Health

I Am Vibrant, Whole, and Fully Restored To  The Gift of Prosperity Through the Abundance  of Healing, Health and Wholeness. 

I AM the keeper of a magnificent, divinely designed body, and I honor this sacred vessel with the nourishment it needs to thrive. I joyfully partake of foods rich in potassium and iron, knowing that every bite is a blessing, every nutrient a gift, every meal an opportunity to restore and replenish.

I DECLARE that my body knows how to balance and absorb every essential mineral, vitamin, and nutrient with perfect precision. My cells are infused with vitality, my blood is strengthened, and my energy soars as I am sustained by the abundance of the earth.

I CLAIM the gift of health, the gift of vitality, and the gift of boundless energy so that I may fulfill my mission upon this earth with zest, gratitude, effervescence, and joy! My spirit rejoices in my body’s strength, and my soul sings with the harmony of divine restoration.

I BLESS my heart, that it may beat with steady rhythm, radiating love and life throughout my being. I bless my mind, that it may think with clarity, wisdom, and inspiration. I bless my body, that it may function with effortless grace, healing and renewing itself in perfect alignment with divine will. I bless my spirit, that it may remain ever connected to the source of all light and truth, guiding me in my path of wholeness and purpose.

I AM receiving now the gift of being restored to complete health.

I AM vibrant, whole, and strong! 

I AM a radiant vessel of life, love, and divine energy.

And so it is. AMEN.”
