Does anxiety keep you from the success you deserve. Worry, doubt and fear are some of the common causes of anxiety. However, sometimes anxiety is triggered by a deeper calling that we may be suppressing. We will explore different causes of anxiety, and what tools and techniques we can use to help overcome the feeling of anxiousness. Ashleigh Johnson will share her struggles with anxiety and things that she did to confront and regain control of her life. Succeed in overcoming anxiety with these tips and techniques. 1. Become the observer and identify what the root causes are. Who is around you when the anxiety starts or are you alone? What thoughts preceded the physical feeling of anxiety? What were you doing when the anxiety was triggered? Where were you when it happened? and why do you believe this happens? 2. Answer these questions and write this down on paper. 3. Identify the root causes of the anxiety. 4. Apply mental duality repetitiously to correct the underlying issues. 5. Write affirmations daily. 6. Meditation to help quiet the mind. 7. Breathe in for 7 seconds and breathe out for 9 seconds. A longer exhale signals to the body that it is safe to relax. Practice breathing like this on a regular basis to self-regulate. Success means different things to different individuals; however, a true method of measuring success is through personal growth and development. Becoming aware of your mind, and your ego so that you can change your physical reality. That change is success!
