In this short and honest update, I’m sharing why I’ve decided to take a summer break from the podcast — and how a simple story about a man with an axe reminded me that sometimes the most important thing we can do is pause and sharpen.
After walking through grief, releasing the Growth in the Chaos series, and trying to hold all the things together, I’ve realized it’s time to reset. I’m reflecting on what this season is teaching me, and why giving ourselves space to rest is one of the most powerful things we can do — especially in motherhood.
