Cameron Heil joins us for an interview while he debuts new products at the Independent Grocers Association Conference in Las Vegas. Cameron is the operations and marketing director for Ounce of Hope Aquaponic Hemp Farm in Memphis, TN. They are vertically integrated, making their own products and using aquaponic growing methods as a key part of their branding. Cameron describes how Ounce of Hope's innovation with hemp retail products as well as aquaponics branding is bringing positive responses in the marketplace as he visits with decision makers in the grocery business. This is also a great perspective on trade shows with larger industries, exposures, and potential partnerships in market distribution. Enjoy!
