In this episode, I speak to Mary who has been living with type 1 diabetes for over 30 years. Mary is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an advocate for self-love. Mary and I discuss growing up with type 1, her motivation for getting into this field of work. We also have a deep dive into inner child healing and how we can work towards living our best lives.

The Talking Type 1 podcast is a diabetes podcast by Daniel Newman.
