In this Episode
Karen Laos, founder of Karen Laos Consulting, shares her mission to eradicate self-doubt in 10 million women by 2030 through the power of communication and keynote speaking. She highlights the importance of curiosity, creativity, and effective delegation in leadership—encouraging leaders to ask their teams what they want to learn and to focus on what’s controllable. Karen also discusses using simple, video-based methods to communicate company vision and values clearly. In a fun moment, she recalls parking her tour bus at Wrigley Stadium back in 1991, proving that confidence often comes from doing bold things before you feel ready.
