Meet Marc Braun

Marc Braun is passionate about growth—both personal and organizational. He thrives in the discomfort of stretching as a leader, pushing businesses beyond their current capabilities, and witnessing the courageous transformation of others. As a coach to CEOs and senior executives, Marc helps leaders embrace fearless leadership and build courageous cultures of growth.

With a background spanning engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership, Marc has spent decades navigating complex challenges across industries, from specialty chemicals and oil & gas to manufacturing and service. His leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that business success is directly tied to personal growth—both his own and that of the people he has the privilege to lead.

For 13 years, Marc served as President of Cambridge Air Solutions, an engineering and manufacturing company where he spearheaded a remarkable 4X revenue growth and a 10X increase in profitability. Under his leadership, Cambridge became one of the most studied mid-sized manufacturing cultures in the U.S., attracting over 5,000 visitors from around the world to witness its Courageous Culture in action.

In July 2021, Marc transitioned from his role at Cambridge to focus on coaching and empowering other CEOs to write their own extraordinary growth stories. His mission remains the same—to breathe courage into leaders and help them become everything they were created to be.
