An out of balance root chakra may hold feelings of doubt, lack, fear, anxiety, depression, and more. Lower back pain, constipation, and aggressive behavior can all be indicators that the root chakra is out of alignment. A sound healing session is great for creating balance in your mind and body. Sound healing is an effective holistic treatment modality to add to your self-care routine.
