(00:26):
Hey guys, welcome back to thetipsy guest.
I am Marco, your host, and todaywe're going to be talking.
I mean, it is the Tipsy Guest,so we're going to be talking
about alcohol.
Alcohol, alcohol, and drinks.
And for that, I have Erica and Ihave Gabby, the owners of the
(00:46):
Luxe Spritz Mole Bar.
Hello, ladies.
Hello, Marco.
How are you today?
SPEAKER_02 (00:54):
We are doing
amazing.
We're happy to be here.
Thank you so much.
SPEAKER_00 (00:57):
I am so glad that
you guys are here.
So let me let me just do alittle background story here for
our listeners.
So Gabby and Erica, and thenthere's a third uh person that
she she wasn't able to make itout today.
Carla, shout out.
Um, so they um recently startedthis adventure.
I mean, so Erica got married nottoo long ago, and of course,
(01:21):
we're gonna go, we're gonna getinto that with her in a little
bit.
But yeah, so she is a a a bride,a recent bride, and then they
decided to start a weddingbusiness.
So that's what we're gonna jumpinto right away.
I wanna hear everything.
I mean, Erica, I want to hearyour journey as a bride.
(01:44):
I want to hear now your journeyas an entrepreneur, as a wedding
vendor, and the difference, Iguess, from when you were
planning your wedding to nowyou're dealing with people
planning their wedding.
I want to hear it all.
Give me all the cheese, my girl.
SPEAKER_02 (01:58):
Thank you.
Yes, it was an incredible um18-month-long engagement.
Uh, so definitely a lot ofplanning went into place.
There was so many vendors.
I didn't even think I neededthis or that.
I mean, it was just aneye-opening experience.
Everyone was super kind in theprocess, uh, but it was very,
(02:20):
very much narrowing it down towho connected with us the most.
And so that really was the bestpart is just really connecting
with the vendors, becomingfriends throughout the process
and seeing them, um, how they'veevolved even in their business
throughout the time.
And so I knew that as soon as Igot back from my honeymoon in
(02:42):
December, that I was gonna starta new year as a newlywed.
And I just said, you know what?
Like, some, some, I gotta dosomething crazy.
I never thought I was gonna bean entrepreneur, um, never saw
that, you know, for me.
But I just said, you know what, this is the industry to be in.
It was an insane experience.
And I was just like, you knowwhat?
(03:04):
I need to be on the other sideand I need to serve these, you
know, amazing brides and groomsand just give something that's
unexpected, something that's notreally in the industry right
now.
And so I just wanted to standout a little bit from the crowd.
SPEAKER_00 (03:19):
I love that, and I
love how you mentioned right now
that the wedding industry is areally good industry to be in
because honestly, there'sweddings all the time, and
weddings are never gonna end,honestly.
I mean, we of course wentthrough COVID in 2020, but even
then, the weddings did not stop.
I mean, the big events obviouslywere not happening, but the
(03:41):
weddings were still happening, and then of course, eventually
we got through it, and weddingscame back, and they came back
bigger and better, and and itwas just uh it was incredible
when we were allowed to haveweddings or events again, it
honestly became a bigger market.
So I think um I like the idea ofyou, you know, being fresh out
(04:04):
of planning your wedding becauseyou know, and I guess now that
you're on the other side of it,you know how to deal with those
potential clients.
I mean, you know what they'regoing through right now, you
know exactly what you know, theymight be stressed, they might be
excited, they might, you know,be overwhelmed.
Like you went through it not toolong ago.
(04:25):
So I think that is that that'sthat's the perfect combination.
All right.
So now let's go to Gabby overhere.
So, okay, so we have, you know, the bride over here.
Yes.
But okay, so I want to know, Iguess because there's three of
you.
Yes.
So I'm assuming you'redelegating different tasks.
(04:45):
You know, absolutely.
It sounds like you guys are agood team.
Yes.
Okay, so I have, you know, thebride over here.
SPEAKER_01 (04:51):
Right.
SPEAKER_00 (04:52):
What is your what's
your role in this uh in this uh
team right here?
SPEAKER_01 (04:58):
Yeah, absolutely.
So a little bit about me.
I am a nutritionist, I own aprivate practice, so I'm not new
to the entrepreneurship.
And so I know what it takes tobuild a business, right?
So I knew that if I teamed upwith my two besties, which Carla
is really bringing in thatdesign, she has a wonderful eye
(05:19):
to things and she knows how toput on a party, she can make it
beautiful.
Anytime you see our unit, it'sgonna look beautiful, and that's
with Carla.
And Erica is our marketingqueen.
Um, and you know, me, I come inwith the social media, I know
how to do websites, I know theLLCs, um, I have the brook and
(05:40):
mortar for my nutritionistbusiness.
So, you know, that's kind ofwhere I fit in.
Um, and you know, fun fact, Iwas a bud uh Bud Light girl.
Oh back in uh when I was doingmy undergrad, I was a Bud Light
girl.
SPEAKER_00 (05:55):
Look at you!
SPEAKER_01 (05:56):
Yes, so I know a
little bit about the mixing of
the cocktails and how to serveit, how to make it look pretty.
So, yeah, I mean, just a littlebit of everything, and this is
how we do the dynamic trio.
SPEAKER_00 (06:10):
I like the
combination, and then of course,
nutritionist, I did not knowthat about you.
I am gonna be talking to youabout that.
I'm a foodie, I am a foodie, butI feel like I am a bad foodie.
I honestly, I mean, I love toeat.
I travel a lot, so I always say,you know, I'm gonna be
(06:32):
traveling, so I'm gonna beeating bad and blah blah blah.
But even when I come back, I eatbad here at home too.
SPEAKER_02 (06:38):
Yeah, be your girl.
SPEAKER_00 (06:40):
Yeah, so okay, so so
you know what, and that actually
that gives me an idea.
We might even do an episodeabout that.
I mean, because I feel like Ifeel like couples, I I mean, I I
feel like couples go through somany things that sometimes they
lose track of of other things.
(07:00):
I know I've heard of couplesthat you know that they hire
either a personal trainer or oryou know, like a like a stylist,
but honestly, I haven't heardmuch about them talking to a
nutritionist.
I feel like that could be a goodtopic for another episode.
SPEAKER_01 (07:16):
Absolutely, girl.
SPEAKER_00 (07:18):
Okay, we're gonna
talk after this, girl.
All right, so okay, so now goingback to your business.
I mean, it's your new baby.
Yes, you guys, I'm sure you guysare so excited about this.
Talk to me about the process ofhow someone can book you for
their wedding.
I wanna I wanna hear from themoment they reach out to you to
(07:41):
the moment you show up to thewedding.
SPEAKER_02 (07:43):
Absolutely.
Um, so you start by getting acustomized quote for any and
every event, uh, because itreally depends on the size, the
amount of guests, and what you'dlike to serve.
Uh, and that all comes into playin a consultation.
Uh, but you fill out an inquirewith us, we connect.
Uh, one of the main things thatI love the most when I was going
(08:07):
through the process is thecommunication.
What's your vision?
How do you want to execute thatvision?
So we we come through with thatand we're really uh we come with
a lot as far as our basepackage.
It really comes with everything.
We are a dry bar service.
Uh, so alcohol is provided bythe host or the couple.
(08:27):
And um, a lot of venues mightsay they have an exclusivity to
bars, but that doesn't matterwith us because it's a dry bar
service.
So they still go with theiralcohol uh vendor, and then we
come in as the we serve thealcohol.
You you provide the experience.
We provide the experience, theunique experience.
(08:47):
Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00 (08:48):
I love that.
And then I guess um when itcomes to the uh restrictions
right now that you mentioned forfor the for the venues, um
nowadays most venues require forbusinesses, of course, to have
insurance, to have all thesedifferent things, you know, just
legal purposes.
Um, so I am assuming that youguys, you know, for our
(09:09):
listeners out there, of course, you know, we want to have just
this is a tipsy um guest a protip make sure that you hire
vendors that are completelyinsured, you know, that are
actual businesses, because Imean you gotta make sure that
you're hiring the right people.
So, you know, my question, ofcourse, which I'm sure I know
(09:29):
the answer, but you guys haveeverything in place.
You guys are a real business andeverything.
SPEAKER_01 (09:36):
So yes.
So we are licensed, we'reinsured, we um have our TABC
license as well.
And a tip that I can give youbecause what happens a lot of
times too, is that businessesget insurance but then they
cancel.
SPEAKER_00 (09:50):
Oh.
SPEAKER_01 (09:50):
So you want to make
sure that they have a
certificate of insurance, whichyou can get before an event, and
we provide that every time.
SPEAKER_00 (09:57):
Yeah, and yeah, and
of course, yeah, definitely
that's good for our listenersout there.
Most of the venues, most of theuh are going to require every
single vendor to send a COI,which is a certificate of
insurance, prior to the wedding.
So, so yeah, to our couples outthere, make sure, you know, when
you have that initialconsultation with any pl any
vendor in general, you know, that should be one of your
(10:19):
questions.
Make sure that they haveinsurance because your venue
more than likely is going to askyou for that.
So it's good just to, you know,to to be ahead of the uh ahead
of the game there.
All right, and knowing that youover here, Gabby, have a
background as a Bud Light girl, which maybe we should get Butt
Light to sponsor this episodesince we're talking about that.
(10:42):
Okay, so since you have, youknow, the your background, do
you, I guess, um normally giveum when you guys say that the
guests provide the alcohol, doyou have some sort of input?
Um, are there any restrictionswith your with you guys directly
that you know that that is thereany type of lit um alcohol that
(11:04):
you can't use with your withyour equipment?
Can you do beer?
Can you do wine?
Can you use champagne?
Can you do alcohol, liquor?
Uh what talk to me about that?
SPEAKER_01 (11:13):
Yeah, absolutely.
So we can do anything andeverything except nothing too
thick or something like uh veryum slushy or anything that has
actual fruit mixed in or blendedin.
Um, for example, like an aguafresca that has a lot of lime um
pulp.
SPEAKER_00 (11:31):
Oh, I see.
SPEAKER_01 (11:31):
So things that are
very um heavy in the pulp will
get stuck through our lines.
So that's like the onerestriction.
Um, as far as alcohol, you canuse whatever alcohol you want to
use.
You want to use um 1800 or youwant to use something else, it's
up to you.
Um, we mix it, we do everything,we let our um customers try it
to make sure that they like themix, and then whatever it is, we
(11:54):
can customize it.
And um, we can even do beer, wecan do um margaritas, we can
even do cold brew.
Ooh.
So, really, whatever.
SPEAKER_00 (12:05):
I love that.
So, there's there's definitelyoptions out there, and I know
you mentioned that you, ofcourse, you do all kinds of
events when it comes to thecustomization of the actual
unit.
Is that um something that let'ssay if a corporate client comes
to you and they're like, hey, wewant to brand the entire unit,
is that something that can bedone?
SPEAKER_02 (12:24):
Yes, absolutely.
Your vision is our execution, sowe really bring your vision to
life.
So absolutely.
SPEAKER_00 (12:32):
I like that.
I mean, you guys went full uhyou have zero restrictions
there.
I like that.
You know, it's good to to havethe availability for for for
your potential clients outthere.
Yes.
And then uh, what aboutbachelorette parties?
SPEAKER_02 (12:46):
How fun.
Yes, no, we definitely can doany and every event, any size.
Um, we, when it comes down tohow much alcohol we have,
spreadsheets in place to tellyou how much you have to give
us, uh, to serve how manyguests.
Uh, so we have everything inplace for you.
We really all you have to do isprovide the alcohol and take
(13:07):
maybe 15 minutes of your timefor a consultation with us, and
we truly bring it to life.
SPEAKER_00 (13:12):
Awesome.
And then at the end of thenight, of course, whatever
alcohol is left, the clienttakes that with them.
Is that is that how it works?
Absolutely.
Yes.
Okay.
Have you guys I we love thedrama here at the tipsy gates?
Have you guys have had anyissues with a drunk person?
SPEAKER_02 (13:27):
Oh, wow.
SPEAKER_00 (13:28):
I want to hear that.
I want to hear it all.
SPEAKER_02 (13:31):
Oh my gosh, the
tea's gonna come out.
No, we have not.
We have had um people come up tous and want uh free drinks.
Okay, okay.
So um, and and they've wantedlike three at a time.
And you know, uh, yes, no, wewe've had to to limit the amount
that we serve, obviously T A B Cin place.
(13:53):
Uh, but no, we have not had anycrazy drunk stories as of yet.
We've had logistical nightmares.
Um like Gabby say that one.
Give us an example.
SPEAKER_01 (14:05):
Oh my goodness, are
you ready for this?
SPEAKER_00 (14:07):
I want to hear it
all.
SPEAKER_01 (14:09):
So we had an event
at La Cantera Resort, which
everybody knows it's just thisbeautiful, luxurious place.
Yes, and it was at the pool.
Uh what was it called?
The Topaz.
SPEAKER_00 (14:20):
Oh, that the adults
pool.
Yes.
Okay.
SPEAKER_01 (14:22):
So it's a beautiful
area.
SPEAKER_00 (14:24):
No, guys, it's not a
naughty pool.
It's just adults only.
You know, you no kids.
SPEAKER_01 (14:28):
Adults only, no
kids.
And it was for their jingle inJuly event.
So when we came up there, myfather-in-law was helping us
because we have to pull our unitwith a trailer, and they told us
to go to the back of the resort.
And um, so we drove up to theback and we we saw this very
small, you know, like littledoor, and I was like, There's no
(14:50):
way the unit's fitting throughthere.
There's just no way.
So I talked, I talked to thecoordinator, super sweet.
We absolutely love her, and shesaid, Girl, you're gonna go have
to go up a hill.
SPEAKER_00 (15:02):
Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01 (15:03):
And I said, Okay,
you know, I got this.
Like, what kind of hill are wetalking?
And I looked at it and it was amassive hill.
It was rocks falling.
No, and I had to drive our unitup a hill, you know, with the
it's standard, so I don't evenknow how I drove that thing up
there.
And it's you know, it's like auh motorcycle.
SPEAKER_00 (15:22):
Wow.
SPEAKER_01 (15:23):
The clutch is really
weird.
I think I even had like blistersin my hands from like the
clutch, and I was it was like asauna.
It was like 102 degrees, so youcan only imagine.
SPEAKER_00 (15:35):
Absolutely.
But yeah, this is this is so funthat you're that you're talking
about this because seriously, our people out there they don't
know what goes on behind thescenes.
You know, we just they show upto the party, we're already all
fully set up and ready to servethem, or you know, with me for
the photo boost, we're ready forthe pictures, you guys ready
with the with the drinks, butthings happen like with me the
(15:55):
other um the other day, I had anevent at one of the hotels
downtown, and downtown is isbeautiful.
I mean, I love our downtown, butsome of those hotels are very
limited with their loadingdocks, you know.
Some of them don't even have aloading dock, some of them don't
have a space for us to park.
We literally have to park on thestreet and take the stuff up,
(16:17):
you know, either the freightelevator, the guest elevator,
sometimes up the stairs.
So I was at this hotel, I'm notgonna say the name, but we were
at this hotel downtown, and thevalet people, they're like, Oh,
you just gotta drive all the wayup the parking garage, like
literally all the way to thetop, park there, and then
(16:37):
there's a set of doors.
You just go through those doorsand you're good to go.
The the ballroom is on the topfloor, so you're good to go.
I was like, okay, cool.
So I go up to the parkinggarage, I drive an SUV.
I'm a horrible driver, I don'tknow how to reverse.
I have all these differentcameras in my car, I don't know
how to use them.
So, you know, I go all the wayup there and I park, and like I
(16:59):
mean, it's very like limited topark up there.
It's not a huge parking garage,it's very, very little.
So I park right in the middle.
I'm like, you know, we're allhere setting up, you know,
nobody's gonna ask me to moveright now, so I'm just gonna
park.
So I managed to park like intoone of the parking spaces that
was available, anyways.
So I don't know, it took me like30 minutes to set up.
(17:19):
The valet guy comes up to theballroom and he's like, Hey, can
you move your car?
Uh, we're gonna we need to moveone of the cars that's there,
blah, blah, blah.
I try, I go out there and I tryto move my car, and there is
absolutely no way that I canmove my car.
I did not know how to get out ofthere.
It was so tight that I had noidea.
(17:42):
It was probably gonna take mehours for me to back out of that
space.
I was so embarrassed, I had totell the ballet guy.
I was like, hey, can you get mycar out of there?
The client never found out aboutthis, the wedding planner never
found out about this.
But these are the things that goon behind closed doors that are
fun to talk about, but we we gothrough we struggle sometimes.
SPEAKER_02 (18:06):
And I will tell you,
as a bride, there's stories
after the fact that happen thatyou know nothing about because
they're like, don't tell Ericaanything, and then you hear
about it either when I got backfrom my honeymoon or from you
know, just like days after youknow, did you know this?
Did you know that?
And I'm like, no, I did not.
That's insane.
SPEAKER_00 (18:25):
But you know what?
But that's good though.
That is that tells that talksgood about your vendors, that
even though it doesn't matterwhat we go through the day of
your wedding, we're never goingto make it known to where the
couple is going to be stressedabout something that we're
dealing with behind closeddoors.
We make it happen and then wetalk about it later, and is we
(18:47):
just laugh about it.
Yes, absolutely.
I love that, I love that.
All right, so now let's talkabout your favorite drinks here.
I want to know what you guysthink because of course, you
know, this is all about you.
I want to know.
Okay, Erica, talk to me.
What is your favorite drink?
SPEAKER_02 (19:04):
I would say uh a
good margarita.
All right, absolutely.
SPEAKER_00 (19:09):
Like a like a
traditional one, or do you add
anything to it?
SPEAKER_02 (19:12):
You know, uh a
traditional, you can't go wrong
with just but but fresh, veryjust you know, uh tequila, lime,
agave is the way to go.
SPEAKER_00 (19:23):
All right, Gabby,
what about you?
SPEAKER_01 (19:25):
Well, you know,
maybe this is why we're besties
because a margarita really hitsthe spot.
All right.
But I do like mine spicy.
SPEAKER_00 (19:32):
Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01 (19:32):
Like not a jalapeno
a serrano.
All right, and very tart.
All right.
Like a lot of lemon juice.
SPEAKER_00 (19:39):
I like that.
And I know you guys said thatyou guys met about 10, 15 years
ago.
Where was your spot to go havemargaritas when you guys first
met many years ago?
Girl, was it chaos?
Oh my god! I knew it! I knew it.
I was gonna say that becausethat was my spot 10, 12, 15
years ago.
Wait, was it the one on Calahanin 410?
(20:02):
Yes, that was the spot manyyears ago.
SPEAKER_01 (20:05):
Oh my goodness.
Didn't we?
What was that?
What was that club that wasright there?
SPEAKER_00 (20:09):
I don't know.
SPEAKER_01 (20:10):
The bottom industry.
No, the industry.
SPEAKER_00 (20:12):
Where was that?
Across across the highway,right?
Yes.
Oh my goodness.
Are we giving away our age here?
Oh my gosh.
That is so funny.
But yes, cha chas was a was aplace to go.
I mean, I'm sure people still goout there, but I guess now other
generations are going to chaas.
SPEAKER_02 (20:31):
That's right.
I will say too, one of the topquestions we get asked is how
did you evolve into cut becomingbartenders and and opening your
mobile bar business?
And so one of the things like wewe met each other between 10 to
15 years ago, and we all workedfor the same financial
institution.
So we come from a bankingbackground.
And then our lives like all wentthree separate ways.
(20:53):
Um, and so you know, Gabbybecame a nutritionist and Carla
became a mortgage loan officer, and then I stayed in banking um
and evolved there.
And so it was it was really justthe love for events, and and
Carla and Gabby were my maid andmatron of honor to to my in my
wedding.
And so when they created mybachelorette party and my
(21:14):
wedding um bridal shower, youknow, it really just stemmed
from how they created such abeautiful event that I said, you
know what, y'all need to getpaid for this.
Like, this is insane.
Like, this is so unique andbeautiful, it's a lot of work.
And so, from loving to host toloving to celebrate people, um
(21:35):
I'm really big on birthdays andI make birthdays a big deal, and
and likely so so do the youknow, all three of us.
And so that's really whatsparked us wanting to be in this
industry to want to celebrateother people's milestones,
whether it's their wedding or aquincinera or you know, even
just corporate events, you know, galas with a beautiful mission,
(21:55):
um, you know, things of thatsort.
It's it's just anything andeverything.
We wanted to be part ofsomeone's special day.
SPEAKER_00 (22:01):
I love that.
I love that.
And that talks really good aboutyour company because you know,
you have a passion for it.
And it's always good to hiresomebody that loves what they
are doing.
You know, of course, we're doingthis for a living, you know.
We we definitely want to makemoney off of this, but we want
to make sure that we love whatwe do because it's a reflection
of the services that you'regoing to provide.
(22:22):
The experience that you'rebringing to these couples.
I mean, this is the best day oftheir life.
You know, you want to make surethat you provide an experience
that their guests are going tobe talking about it.
There, that the couple is gonnabe talking about it, and they're
gonna be making they're gonna bethe ones that are gonna be
recommending you to uh to theirfriends, to to their clients, to
(22:44):
their people.
So, so I love it when uh youknow when I talk to other
vendors and I know and I can seethat they love what they do,
like it it's such a great, it'ssuch a great thing to to see,
you know, amongst uh us vendors.
Because it's it's just I mean,it's what we do, and we have to
enjoy what we do because I meanif you don't if you don't love
(23:04):
what you do, then you're justgonna go to work.
And I that's the way I see it.
I feel like every time I go to awedding, I don't even see it as
me working, I see it more aslike me having fun and giving
providing an experience to agroup of people that I know are
going to love what we are doingfor them.
SPEAKER_02 (23:24):
Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00 (23:25):
I love it.
All right, ladies, so I want youto tell our listeners where they
can find you on social media, your website, phone number,
LinkedIn, wherever you guys are.
I want you to tell them wherewhere they can go find you.
SPEAKER_01 (23:38):
Absolutely.
So our website istheluxpritz.com, and then uh we
are on uh Instagram, TikTok, andum all other platforms as the
Lux Spritz.
SPEAKER_00 (23:51):
I love that, guys.
Make sure that you go followthem.
If you need uh a quote, makesure that you reach out to them,
have a consultation with them.
And now um we are running out oftime.
It flies.
Oh my gosh.
But I want you guys to, I guesslet's close out the episode with
some amazing advice for ourlisteners.
(24:13):
So we'll start with you, um,Carla.
And we why did I say Carla?
Carla's not even here today.
SPEAKER_02 (24:20):
Shout out to Carla.
SPEAKER_00 (24:21):
Shout out to Carla.
Let's start with you, Erica.
Since you are, you know, sinceyou are a recent bride, what
would be your advice to ourcouples out there that are that
are looking not just to hire aspecific vendor, but just in
general with the planning oftheir wedding?
I mean, you went through it, youdealt with all these different
(24:43):
vendors.
What's your advice to make iteasy for them to do and to make
it fun?
They planning a weddingshouldn't be stressful.
SPEAKER_02 (24:51):
Absolutely.
Um, making it fun and making ituh interactive.
I think there are some vendorsthat are very hands-off.
Um, what really attracted myselfand um my husband, fiance at the
time, was vendors who werereally wanting to make our day
perfect and really wanting to beinteractive.
So finding those vendors thattruly have an eye for making
(25:14):
your day special and aren't justthe people who, you know,
everything they deal withthrough email and stuff, like
making it personable.
And that's what I'm gonna takegoing into our new business is
really making it um we come, webring in experience to your
event.
And so uh standing out amongstthe rest of the vendors, even
someone even in in our line asother mobile bartenders, I think
(25:38):
it really is just how you standdown, how you made that person
feel and how you impacted theirday that's really gonna make a
difference.
So, really uh getting reallyattracting just the can the
connection between the vendorand the the couple.
SPEAKER_00 (25:55):
Perfect.
That's that's great.
Yeah, because I mean they'regonna spend time together.
I mean, the planning process islong.
So those vendors are gonna beyour BFFs for a few months.
So make sure that that you dobuild that connection.
Absolutely.
All right, and Gabby, I want youto tell our listeners, um, you
know, like uh, you know, we justmentioned there are many
companies out there, you know, there's so many vendors out
(26:18):
there.
I want you to tell our listenerswhat makes you guys special,
like why hire you versus hiringsomebody else out there?
SPEAKER_01 (26:28):
Yeah, absolutely.
So I think that we really bringin a beautiful experience.
So not only are we bringing outour piaggio, we're bringing out
the good energy.
We want to make sure that we'recommunicating with you at all
times, making sure that yourevent looks beautiful, that
we're complementing everything,um, but also that we, you know,
(26:49):
have everything perfect for you, that the drinks came out good,
that the personalization of themobile car uh the mobile bar
looks up to your standard.
Um, just bringing a really highquality and luxurious experience
for your event.
SPEAKER_00 (27:02):
I think that is the
key word right there.
Quality.
unknown (27:06):
Yes.

So we gotta tell our listenerswhat just happened to us.
So we sat here, guys.
We sat here for like, I thinkwe're now on like hour three.
We were chit-chatting, we weregossiping, we were getting, you
(27:42):
know, we were getting socomfortable.
We recorded an entire episode, and the moment we finished, I
realized that we didn't recordit.
So this is our take number two, because the first one we sat
here and recorded.
(28:03):
Well, we thought we wererecording for 30 minutes, and
nothing happened.
So you're never gonna get tohear that one.
SPEAKER_02 (28:09):
Behind the scenes.
