In episode 18 of The TOP Lessons Podcast, host Kathy Inglot dives into the well-meaning but misguided advice many of us have heard: “Don’t ever change.” She reflects on how this phrase, often given with love, can hinder personal growth and keep us stuck in outdated patterns. Kathy challenges listeners to rethink this common saying and suggests a more empowering alternative: “Keep growing into the best version of yourself.” In this solo episode, she unpacks why embracing change is essential for both professional and personal evolution, encouraging her audience to stay curious, adaptable, and open to continuous self-improvement.
