SPEAKER_01 (00:00):
This is about what
you taught yourself through the
lens of mother and reallylooking at that for yourself of
like, is that true?
Is that not true?
Would a goddess treat herselfthat way?
Would she not?
Is that something I signed onfor logically and through
intention and heart and soul, oris that something I just
accepted because I thought I wassupposed to.
SPEAKER_00 (00:27):
Welcome to the Unity
Code, where we explore what
becomes possible when we stopkeeping spirituality on the
sidelines and start using ourconnection to spirit to actually
change lives.
I'm Nicole Pope, a mediumteacher and former
transformation corporateexecutive.
I've spent more than 20 yearsobsessed with data, patterns,
systems, and one question (00:46):
what
actually creates change?
These days I'm asking that samequestion about energy,
consciousness, the soul, and ourconnection to spirit.
And no, we're not keeping thistheoretical.
On the podcast, we're going toteach it, test it, demonstrate
it, play with it, and bring realpeople into the conversation.
We'll explore mediumship,energetics, intuition, ancestral
(01:09):
patterns, human potential, andsome things I'm not even sure we
have language for yet.
Because the goal is bigger thanbecoming more spiritual.
It's about discovering whatyou're capable of, using it to
transform yourself, expand yourlife, and step into
possibilities you couldn'taccess before.
(01:31):
This is the Unity Code, wherespirit meets experimentation,
transformation, and a communitycurious enough to find out what
else is possible.
I'm so glad you're here.
Hello everyone.
Welcome back to the Unity Code.
(01:52):
I am joined here by the gorgeousand fabulous Sarah Walton.
Hi, Sarah.
Thanks for being here.
Hi, Nicole.
Thanks for having me.
I'm so happy to be here.
Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01 (02:04):
Always spend time
with you anytime.
SPEAKER_00 (02:05):
Same, same.
So to give a little intro, because I know Sarah very well,
and probably a lot of you don't.
So Sarah is a business coach, awealth consciousness expert, and
someone who I have a very closepersonal history with because I
was actually a member of herabundance academy, which we'll
talk about during the sessiontoday.
And one of the reasons I wantedto bring her on to this podcast
(02:28):
is the conversation that it'snot really about how you make
money.
It's it's all about therelationship underneath money
and how you learned it and wheredid you learn it from and how
and how that creates additionalresistance in your energy and
how that shapes your business, your lives, and the choices that
you make.
So Sarah has been somebody thathas spent years helping women
(02:52):
look at the intersection ofmoney, receiving people
pleasing, self-trust business.
And today I want to dig intosome of these topics so that we
can really get a betterunderstanding of wealth, of, of
consciousness around wealth,around abundance.
Because Sarah, girl, you are theguru.
Like I'm just so excited to haveyou on the podcast today.
SPEAKER_01 (03:12):
You're so sweet.
You are so kind.
Yeah, I mean, it is, it hasbeen, I can't believe it's been
17 years I've been doing this.
I I just my I almost I launchedthe business when I was pregnant
with my daughter and she justgot a driver's license.
And I was like, oh my gosh, mybusiness can drive.
Look at that.
Who knew?
SPEAKER_00 (03:31):
Drive.
Oh my gosh, I love it.
SPEAKER_01 (03:33):
So it was true.
It kind of freaked me out.
Yeah.
Wow.
It's been really, it's beenquite a journey, but it is just,
I just listen.
The bottom line is I believe theworld is a better place when
women have more money.
SPEAKER_00 (03:45):
Yeah.
Like it just is.
That's just a fact.
Oh my goodness.
So do you want to start there?
So, or do we want to give, doyou want to give a little
background on you?
I'll let you lead on whateverfeels best for you to start.
SPEAKER_01 (03:57):
Yeah.
Well, it's, you know, God, it'safter 17 years, it's a long
journey.
And I will say it started withmy own, you know, being raised
really, really poor with asingle mom.
Um, and as this has evolved, right?
So I had to rework my entirerelationship to money.
I was the first woman in myfamily to go to college.
I have 65 first cousins.
So that is saying something.
There were a lot of us.
(04:18):
Um, and I just really had tobreak a mold that I was raised
in.
And I think that's what reallydrove me for so long inside of
my business is to really teachother women how to break the
molds they were born into, um,to not chase the acceptance or
the accolades or theachievements externally, because
(04:39):
that only brings sorrow, quitefrankly.
And so really going inward.
And I think, you know, as longas I've been doing this, my work
really was, I want to say almostreformed or re-informed, maybe
by my divorce, which wasfinalized just two years ago,
(04:59):
but we separated in 2021.
And that's important because in2020, no COVID, we love you,
right?
When everyone's home doing theirthing, right?
Um, said ex-husband, andchildren were like, Mom, let's
get a dog, let's get a dog,let's get a dog.
I was like, no, I don't want toget a dog.
If we get a dog, I'm gonna haveto walk the dog.
They're like, no, mom, we'llwalk the dog.
(05:22):
Oh my god, right.
Like, you won't.
They wore me down.
We got the dog.
So cut two, right?
It is now I like 2024, right?
I've been separated for threeyears.
The divorce is almost final.
My ex is is dating somebody.
Um, my younger daughter is withher boyfriend who lives a half
an hour away.
I had just dropped her off athis house.
(05:42):
My oldest had her, you know, high school sweetheart over.
Everybody's happy, right?
And it's Friday night.
And I say, I say to my youngerdaughter, I said, Listen, I
drove you to your boyfriend's.
Can you call your dad, see if hecan come and bring you home?
It's another hour out of mynight, right?
And she was like, Oh, he's outof town with his girlfriend.
He can't.
And I was like, Oh, interesting.
(06:03):
So I carry on with my Fridaynight, which includes, oh, you
guessed it, walking the damndog.
Right.
So I am walking the dog on aFriday night four years later,
and I realize I've completedthis Herculean task.
Right.
We didn't use lawyers, it wasall peaceful, everybody's okay.
And I made sure the other threehumans involved in this
(06:24):
situation were fine.
And I was in the exact sameplace.
And that had me realize in thatmoment I had left me out of the
equation.
And as much as I teachabundance, and I do, and I love
it, um, and I teach women tolook inward, one of the pieces
(06:44):
that I've added over these lastseveral years is receiving.
We really don't know how toreceive, and that is like a
pinnacle to living inside ofwealth consciousness.
And so as I've evolved, myrelationship to wealth, meaning
not just money.
Everybody hears like they thinkyachts or whatever.
(07:06):
That's not sure that's part ofit, but that's not the crux of
it.
And that we women, as we breakthese molds, as we do these
things, um, we can becomehyper-independent to the point
that we do not know how toreceive on even the most basic
fundamental levels.
And then without that, how couldwe possibly become wealthy?
(07:28):
Meaning healthy, loved, right?
Excited to be alive, thatexperience of being whole,
regardless.
This is why I say it's alwaysinside first, regardless of what
the external things say.
Do you know you're whole?
It's very hard to know that ifyou don't allow yourself to
receive.
So that's really been like thislast element of wealth that I've
(07:50):
been bringing in recently thathas really changed things for
everybody I work with, butreally for me and the entire
message I'm out to deliver tothe world right now.
SPEAKER_00 (08:00):
Love that.
And it it aligns so closely toeven how I work with my
spiritual team on the on theword abundant, because it is
abundance in every sense of theword.
And it's everything that youmentioned and more.
And it's really this alignmentof the inside matching the
outside, or vice versa, becauseI know that's where a lot of
(08:23):
people fall down in this wealthor this this abundance mindset
is that like the external mightlook good, but the internal
might not be aligned to that.
And so I just I love this somuch, Sarah.
And I think it's so needed, andI think it's so misunderstood
in, I'm gonna say themarketplace, but really it is so
(08:43):
much bigger than themarketplace.
It's everywhere, and it'sespecially with women who
seemingly define their worthexternally by typical divine
masculine measures of success.
SPEAKER_01 (08:56):
Yes.
Yes.
And you nailed it right there.
It's like the patriarchy has hadits time.
Yes, that's enough now.
Like that's that's really, youknow, if I'm gonna go all the
way, that's that's the crux ofit, right?
This because the patriarchy hascreated this illusion that the
universe works like this.
(09:17):
If you work really hard, youmight deserve some good things.
And by the way, once you getsome of those good things, then
you're worthy.
And that is not actually the waythe universe works at all.
And that's why it's so umuncomfortable.
It's why it feels so unnaturalto us.
It's why everybody's burnt outall the time.
(09:39):
It's why no matter how muchmoney we see this with
celebrities all the time, theyend up committing suicide over
drugs or like they hatethemselves or whatever because
it's even worse.
Because everything they weretold they needed, they now have
and they still hate what'shappening inside of them.
Um, and and what a poverty thatis to live in.
(10:00):
And I think, you know, when weactually sit down, I I look at
nature a lot to inform my work, and there is no struggle in
nature ever.
Even when there's a fire,there's a reason for it.
And I'm not saying we all haveto walk through fire, but it's
this idea that we struggleagainst the natural order.
And the natural order isactually certainty first.
(10:24):
That's actually just the way itworks.
It's not like, oh, yeah, yay, have faith.
It's like, no, that's actuallythe way it works.
The the true experience ofwealth has to come first.
And that's one of the reasonsI'm I'm spending so much time on
receiving, is you've got to beable to receive the truth that
right now you're alreadywealthy.
And I say to people all thetime, if you can go to your
(10:44):
faucet and hot water comes out, you're already, I mean, we live
better than most royalty livedjust a couple hundred years ago.
I mean, it's insane how muchwealth we have.
And we all running, we're allrunning around feeling hollow
and then wondering why all thisaccumulation of stuff doesn't
work is because that is not thenatural order.
The patriarchy told us it wasthe other way.
And so now it's like this cominghome to the truth, to our
(11:07):
natural essence, right?
The same atoms and moleculesthat make up an orange tree that
3D prints oranges out ofnowhere, right?
Is the same molecules and DNAthat we have in our own bodies,
these same cells.
It works the same way.
We be who we are, and then itnaturally 3D prints, literally.
(11:28):
I mean, we 3D printed humans,Nicole.
Like that's true.
Like, I don't know about you,but like I grew people while I
was annoyed in traffic.
Like, that is some stuff, man.
Yes, right.
And we think that having morestuff outside of us is gonna be
the same power as that.
Not even close.
SPEAKER_00 (11:45):
Microphone, Sarah.
I just love and this, and I whata lovely and just for my
audience, like this is what itwas like to work with Sarah in
the abundance academy.
Like the analogies and the wayshe breaks shit down so easily.
And I'm like, oh you can you canall see why I love her.
(12:05):
You're so sweet, but you're sobut I but it's so true.
It's so true.
And the power truly comes fromwithin.
And we are souls first and humansecond.
And this is the whole premise ofthis podcast, by the way, is
like the unity code.
Let's figure out the codes ofreality so that we can
manipulate them in the way thatwe want to live.
(12:26):
100%.
Yes.
And so I love that you'relooking at this from such a
wealth mindset, such anabundance mindset, such a um
realizing um that the power iswithin us to achieve greatness,
to achieve wealth, to achieveabundance, and it's already
there, and it's not something wehave to go and do and be because
(12:47):
it's already, it's alreadywithin us.
SPEAKER_01 (12:49):
Correct.
It's already here.
And I think, you know, that'sone of my favorite things to
teach people is all of the newclients you want, they're
already here.
All of the money you want isalready here.
And I think what I've come tounderstand is the truth about
abundance is it's not thatabundance suddenly arrives, it's
that we stop blocking it.
(13:12):
It's actually already here.
There is nothing that we wantfor, actually.
Right.
And when we start living thatway, I I liken this to like
putting on night vision gogglesin the dark.
Okay.
So let's say we're all standingin the dark, and standing in the
dark is the beliefs of thepatriarchy that you have to earn
your right to have anything,right?
You have to work so hard, andthen maybe you might get some of
(13:35):
this stuff, but the really coolpeople have it all already.
So good luck, right?
Okay, that's us standing in thedark.
Working through wealthconsciousness and understanding
how to live your life throughwealth consciousness is like
putting on night vision gogglesin that moment.
And all of a sudden, there arelike hundreds of paths in front
of you.
They were always there, right?
(13:56):
You just couldn't see themwithout the goggles on.
And you don't have to inventanything, you don't have to do
anything, you don't have toprove anything.
You just have to put the wealthconsciousness goggles on, and
bam, all of a sudden they'rethere.
And you know, I just did thisrecently.
I was meditating in the morning, like I do.
I love these examples.
Um, where I was just like, listen, you know what?
(14:17):
There's so many women out therethat I want.
I mean, my my motto for over adecade has been, let's put more
money in the hands of morewomen, right?
Meditating and I'm like, whereare they?
I know they're already here.
Where are they?
Let's go get them together,universe.
Like, let's do this thing,right?
Yes.
And I had this thought there.
I had this extraordinary woman.
Her name is Rachel, and she hadbeen on my podcast a year and a
(14:40):
half ago, and she is a Yale gradin technology, and she founded
um Starpath, which is acombination of an AI platform
plus your astrology.
It's incredible.
It's incredible.
I love it so much.
And I'm meditating, right?
And I had just bumped into heragain.
Like we love each other, wecheck in all the time.
I just bumped into her and theiraudience is growing so quickly.
(15:03):
And here I am meditating.
And I was like, oh my gosh, that's what that's where they
are.
They're there with Rachel.
And I called her and I said,Hey, let's do a class on the
astrology of money and I'll dowealth consciousness.
And of course, she was like,Hell yes, let's do it.
That was instant access to like50,000 people that are exactly
the people I've been trying toreach with this message.
(15:25):
Wow.
I didn't have to do any.
Do you see what I mean?
Like I didn't quote unquote earnthat.
I didn't have to run around.
These are real life examples.
My clients are going through allthe time in the Abundance
Academy.
We're having this like challengeall the time.
How easy can you make it?
And not easy like you're sittingaround going, give me money,
universe.
Not like that.
There's no arrogance in it.
(15:45):
There's no hubris in it either.
There's not like I best, thisshould be happening, but it's
easy as in like start playingwith nature.
Start playing with this, right?
Like, you don't have to be goodor perfect in order to get what
nature has to offer.
The rain falls on the weeds asmuch as it falls on roses.
Nature doesn't care.
(16:06):
It is so abundant and we are sohere.
There's no perfection, there'sno performing, there's no
striving, there is being.
And so by doing what I know todo every day, which is to tap
into this one source, right?
And say, okay, show me what todo today.
And it did.
And I did.
And we're both super excitedabout it, right?
And now everybody's going tobenefit.
And we're doing it for free.
(16:26):
Like, oh my God, does it get anybetter?
You know what I mean?
And this is this is livinginside of wealth consciousness.
And that's why I call it nightvision goggles.
Ooh, so good.
SPEAKER_00 (16:37):
It's so great,
Sarah.
Like, and I just miracles justhappen.
Like, and I don't want to callit miracles, but they just
happen.
Like when divine timing happens,it will show up exactly when
it's meant to show up.
Which is like, uh like thedivine masculine hates that
(16:58):
stuff, right?
That's that's that's utterbullshit, right?
Like, what do you mean it's justgonna show up when it's gonna
show up?
You don't have to work towardsit.
And like everything that you areand everything that you teach
shows the exact opposite to betrue.
100%.
Oh my god, it's so isn't thatcool?
SPEAKER_01 (17:13):
So good.
I know it's so and it's so fun.
Um, and it doesn't mean there'snot work involved.
It's you know what I mean?
Like, of course there is, butright, it's so playful, it's so
natural, is the word I just keepcoming back to every time I
teach this.
Is this actually the naturalorder of things?
You know?
Um, and yeah, did I havesomething to offer?
(17:35):
Sure, but like it didn't evenoccur to me to call her before.
It didn't occur to her to callme before, but now we're both
like, this is so obvious.
Right, right.
It's like, oh my, how did we noteven like we're not even in
competition and we have the sameaudience?
Like, what are we doing?
Right.
And it's when we start to playthat way with night vision
goggles on, it really is fun.
And I, you know, really startedsaying to people, business is
(17:56):
not just for the boys, like thatis not what's happening here at
all.
This is our world.
We understand the natural order.
We we create from the invisibleto the visible with our bodies
as women, right?
This is something we naturallydo.
This is our natural birthright,is to come into this world and
experience all of the wealththat we possibly can with the
(18:20):
humility and truth running theshow that we came in naked,
we're going out naked.
We don't get to keep any of thisstuff.
We just get to really enjoy itand love it and play with it and
experience it while we're here.
So, what divine source, whatGod, what universe, what
creative intelligence would notwant us to experience absolutely
(18:43):
everything we can while we'rehere?
That's insane.
Of course it does.
And that's what I mean byabundance doesn't show up.
We stop blocking it.
And the madness of thepatriarchy and the human mind is
what's in the way.
SPEAKER_00 (18:57):
Wow.
Do you have any advice?
And I know we've talked about italready, but any any additional
thoughts around how do you stopblocking it?
Because I think that just keepspinging in my mind as the number
one thing that are going throughmy listeners' minds right now.
Is like how and you said youjust you just open up to it, you
just start receiving it.
What do you what advice do youhave for that?
SPEAKER_01 (19:19):
Yeah, I wish it was
that like um easy.
I know it is easy, actually.
I mean, it there are.
Look, I'll give you some stepsright now.
Absolutely.
And I really learned how to dothis at this level um because of
the dog walking moment, butsmall, small practices right
now, which is somebody opens thedoor, you say thank you.
Somebody delivers you a saladand the beautiful server and
(19:41):
it's wrong, you send it back.
You can do it with love andwarmth, but you now understand
because we are all one, you aredivine.
You are God, you do have theability to create, which is
everything you know and teach,Nicole.
Like a hundred percent, you knowthis, right?
And so you would never, if youwere to be face to face with God
(20:03):
or the universe or your highestself, you would not say, it just
shut up and take the salad, would you?
You don't do that, you don't dothat to God, right?
Right.
So you don't do that to youeither.
Once you start to embody the GodS that you are truly, then it
starts to shift.
(20:24):
So it is these small moments.
Oh, I just got chills, but it'sthese small moments of thank
you.
No, thank you.
Yes.
And and the way that I reallyhave been leading people to this
lately, um, I actually just helda workshop called The
Renegotiation, where we get ridof all this invisible contract,
(20:46):
this blocking that we all signedon for that we didn't realize we
signed on for.
And one of the things I love tohave people do is look at what
was role modeled for themthrough their mother and their
grandmother.
That we know the mother line isreally important, but throughout
the patriarchy, we've been sortof taught to lean on dad figure
(21:07):
for money.
And that's actually completelyinaccurate.
We mostly learn money and werethrough mom and grandma because
they were the ones handling it,right?
There were let's that's what wesaw.
They may not have been out inthe world making it, but on a
daily basis, they were making itstretch.
They were making the dinner, they were providing the
nourishment that we turn tomoney to provide most of the
time.
(21:27):
And that was the role of mother.
So we really look at if you wereto see your mother today, what
would you want her to know?
Even if you have a horriblerelationship with her, you have
a lovely relationship with her, she's here, she's not here.
That's almost irrelevant.
This is about what you taughtyourself through the lens of
mother and really looking atthat for yourself of like, is
(21:48):
that true?
Is that not true?
Would a goddess treat herselfthat way?
Would she not?
Is that something I signed onfor logically and through
intention and heart and soul, oris that something I just
accepted because I thought.
Was supposed to.
So those lines there are trulyimportant.
And then for most women, wherewe can look to really like bust
(22:09):
open receiving is therelationship with father.
Um, Terry Cole is about torelease another book.
I love her so much.
She wrote Boundary Boss, she'sthe one who coined the phrase
high functioning codependence.
She's a genius.
Um, and she's about to release abook called The Father Wound.
And I'm so grateful she's doingthat.
Yeah, that sounds good.
Yeah, it's so good for so manywomen.
(22:30):
And it doesn't matter.
Your father could have been anextraordinary human being.
He could have been amazing, youcould have a great relationship,
a really bad relationship.
He could be dead, he could notbe dead, right?
Once again, it's irrelevantwhere he is in the world.
It's what happened to you andwhat you made it mean.
And so through father, we learnprotection.
Like, what does protection looklike?
And were you protected?
(22:50):
Were you not protected?
And what did you make that mean?
What does emotional strengthlook like?
And what does masculinity looklike?
And we learn these things from avery young age before we are
really able to cognitivelychoose.
Right.
And this father wound, this is abig one for so many women,
(23:14):
especially high-performing,high-achieving women, the women
that you and I work with all thetime, Nicole.
There is a striving for dad'sattention.
Yes.
And it does not go away becausewe want it to go away.
It goes away when we actuallyheal that and we provide that
attention for ourselves.
We treat ourselves as thegoddess that we are, regardless
(23:34):
of what anyone else saw ordidn't see.
We see.
We know what we do.
We know what we went through.
We know what we're worthy of.
We know that just because we'rebreathing, there's still more
for us to do.
And that has to come through thefather wound.
Yes.
Oh, that's right.
So there's some places to lookright away.
(23:55):
Um, and it can change really, really quickly.
Like I had somebody do this theother day, and she landed her
first$15,000 contract, likewithin hours.
And I was like, Yeah, that's howthat works.
It's amazing.
It's amazing.
The father wound, and it's a bigdeal.
Do you like me now?
Am I good enough now?
Am I accomplishing it?
It's like right exhausting.
It's like, oh my gosh, no, justsit back and receive.
(24:16):
You're good.
You're good.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (24:17):
Which sounds so
directly related to the
patriarchy, right?
So it's like, but it's theclosest version of that probably
for you.
Bingo.
unknown (24:25):
Wow.
SPEAKER_00 (24:26):
Yeah.
Oh it's mind blowing.
It's mind blowing.
And I love, I love what you'redoing so much with this work
because a lot of what I look atis more ancestral, lineage,
looking backwards, which I thinkis more of I'm gonna say the
more subconscioussub-subconscious, like really
dark and deep, um, having theseresponses, and you're not sure
(24:46):
why.
But I just love how tangible umyour processes are and what
you're looking at with yourclients are because it is so
real and it's so easilytrackable.
And it is something that is soeasily brought from the
subconscious to the conscious.
And you're like, oh, wait, Ihave a choice in how I live my
life.
I'm a I have a choice in how Isee this.
(25:08):
And I think a lot of people haveno idea that these are all
choices in our actions, ourthoughts, our behaviors, the way
that we treat ourselves.
And it's so easy to overcome itonce the invisible becomes
visible.
SPEAKER_01 (25:20):
100%.
And that is where women excel.
We're really, really good atbeing able to do that.
And so that's why this starts tobecome really natural.
But I heard you say, like, howdo we unblock it?
That I those are the firstplaces to look and just watch
your behavior on a daily, on adaily basis.
Like, even at a four-way stopsign, you're like, oh no, you,
oh no, please, you like allowyourself to actually exist.
SPEAKER_00 (25:42):
Yeah, I love how you
break that down.
I was like, I definitely didthat this morning.
I was just like, no, you go.
I'm always letting other peoplego first.
And it and I've noticed so onpoint, Sarah.
So on point, because it justkeeps happening happening over
and over and over again.
And I'm like, why don't we keepdoing that?
And you just answered it.
Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (26:02):
Wild.
Do you see me now?
SPEAKER_00 (26:04):
Oh my goodness, now
do I am I worth it?
Yeah, it's crazy.
It's it's so normal.
And and like let's like takecare of everybody else before we
take care of us.
SPEAKER_01 (26:13):
Yeah, dog walking
moment.
Yeah, that's I mean, that reallybrought that home for me
forever.
Yes, yes, wow.
SPEAKER_00 (26:20):
Okay.
So we started or you startedwith a conversation of why women
need to make the money.
So let's start talking aboutlike why do we want to put the
wealth in the hands of women?
SPEAKER_01 (26:33):
Yeah.
Well, so many reasons.
If I want to put on mystatistician hat and just be
like totally like, let's be justby the numbers, um, women do a
better job of handling money, investing money, saving money,
spending money, using money.
Um, just that's just a fact,right?
Nobody's perfect.
We all make mistakes, but on thewhole, if we look men, men and
(26:53):
women, women do a much betterjob with money.
So that's just like, let's justlike lay that out there as a
foundation.
But deeper than that, um we arethe social politicians of the
world.
We always have been as women, right?
We're taking care of thevillage, we're looking up.
This is why I just still to thisday, I see all the women at the
car line at school.
(27:14):
I don't have littles in in thatplace anymore, but I mean,
they're on their way to work.
They're doing the lunch, they'redoing the dinner, they're doing
the thing.
They know this, they knowthey're in 15 different chat
groups, right?
They know every schedule ofevery game, of everything for
every child.
They do carpools, they'remanaging their own homes,
they're probably doing thegrocery shopping and or making
(27:34):
the grocery shopping list, likecreating the weekend list of
everything that needs to happenin the house, that light bulb,
this thing, right?
We are the social politicians.
We always have been.
We are the social architects, weare the the underpinning of
society.
And part of the damage of thepatriarchy, and this has damaged
(27:55):
man as much as it has women, butpart of the damage that the
patriarchy has done is it hassaid that that emotional labor
is not worth money.
And they've said all theinvisible work that goes into
making the world work isn'tvaluable.
Right.
So the underpinning of all thatwork, I mean, we've all done it.
(28:15):
We all know what have I peedtoday?
I don't know.
Did I eat?
I don't know, right?
Like we've all been in thatsituation, and that's not quote
unquote worth anything.
So that needs to get rewrittenstat.
Like we need to stop the ideathat that one, that that isn't
labor, and two, that it's notvaluable, it is the most
valuable.
And we want now the financialequity to reflect the truth of
(28:39):
that.
So the sooner that we are ableto treat ourselves as the
goddesses that we are, becausethis is always from the inside
out, the faster the world canrespond.
And every time one woman tapsinto her inner knowing, taps
into her inner goddess, andchanges her status of wealth,
and that doesn't mean all of asudden she's like flying a plane
to work.
What that means is she'scarrying herself as a goddess.
(29:04):
She's taken the time to drinkher coffee in the morning.
She is allowing everyone else inher life to take care of
themselves.
She doesn't need the accoladesto be whole.
She already is.
And when that woman enters aroom, every other woman goes,
(29:25):
Oh, I can do that too.
Because what comes with that, and because we are at the heart,
we are animals, we are aspecies, we feel each other.
At the heart of living a wealthyexistence, meaning you are whole
and complete regardless, is yournervous system becomes
regulated.
Yes.
And as the animals that we are,we know.
(29:48):
Or like, what is she having?
We know when someone'sregulated.
We we may not call it that, wemight not even be conscious of
it, but there's a communicationhappening between our bodies
constantly.
So when a woman shows up as thegoddess she are, and she is she
is, and she is whole, and shehas had her coffee and her kids
packed their own lunch, right?
(30:09):
And her husband's perfectlycapable of finding out what list
needs to be done in the house, right?
She doesn't have to do that, right?
Because she's whole.
There's no needing to perform tobe a good enough woman.
She already is.
That shifts everything.
And then once we have thataccess to that, the money can't
not come.
It's just a thing.
(30:29):
Right.
I don't know how that works anddon't even care how that works.
SPEAKER_00 (30:33):
I just know it
works.
It's like that's that's might bewhere I can help you fill in
that gap.
Yeah.
Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01 (30:38):
I know you probably
can.
I was gonna say, it's like Iliken it.
I mean, it's the law ofresonance, right?
SPEAKER_00 (30:43):
Yeah, well, it's the
law of vibration and attraction.
So if you are operating at yourhighest vibrational frequency
because you are in goddess mode, because you know your worth,
because your inside matches youroutside, because you have
internal coherence, right?
You are going to start toattract the opportunities that
either want that resonance, bythe way, right?
(31:04):
Or the things that already arethat resonance.
And so, and everything is anequal energetic exchange.
So if you are vibrating at ahigher frequency, inevitably you
are going to be the getting thehigher result back to you, which
is abundance in every form, wealth in every form.
SPEAKER_01 (31:21):
Yep.
SPEAKER_00 (31:21):
So your wealth will
match your vibrational
frequency.
SPEAKER_01 (31:24):
Yep, it can't not
happen.
And that's why you're the expertin that.
Yep.
I love it.
I I mean, the one I use, and Ilove how you say that.
And the way I love to describeit to people and why it can't
not come in, is it's like if wewere in a let's say we were in a
music store and over to the leftthere's a piano, over to the
right, there's a guitar.
If you hit the middle C on thepiano, the C on the guitar will
(31:47):
vibrate.
Yes.
No touching, no touchy touchy,right?
They can't not do that.
It's the exact same thing, it'sthe exact same thing.
And I love how you break thatdown, Nicole, because it's so
true.
It can't not come in, it'simpossible.
It's impossible.
SPEAKER_00 (32:04):
And it's so
interesting because it it just
is again so opposite because thework has to come from within,
right?
You have to bring the alignmentand the abundance from within,
get you into goddess mode, whichwill raise your vibration to
attract everything that you'vebeen looking for and asking for.
And honestly, for a lot ofintuitives, the things that you
know that are coming that areinevitable, and you're like, How
(32:26):
do I get there?
You got to work on yourselffirst.
Every time.
Every time.
It's every testing, but it'severy time.
SPEAKER_01 (32:32):
It's every time.
And there will be layers, right?
I mean, heck, you guys, I alwayspoint to myself.
I'm like, hello, right?
Like the dog walking momentcracks me up because I'd already
been in business for 14 years.
What like I didn't know?
I quote unquote knew, but therewas another layer.
unknown (32:48):
Right.
SPEAKER_01 (32:48):
Right.
And there will be another one.
And that's okay.
That that means it's actuallyworking, right?
And then I just watch everythingin the business shift every
single time.
I watch the revenue shift everysingle time.
I watch the people who areattracted to come work in my
business change every singletime.
It's like it can't not happen.
I don't care how I don't care ifyou stand in front of the guitar
(33:10):
and you're like, don't look,don't.
It's still gonna vibrate.
Like you can't block it.
You can't.
It's a fact.
The only way to block it is tobelieve in the madness of the
human mind.
SPEAKER_00 (33:21):
You say so casually.
Say it like it is.
This is so good.
It's so good.
So this really gets into umanother question because what
I'm hearing, and in at least inmy world, there are a lot of,
and I think we can take thisfrom any sort of business owner
perspective, but from ametaphysical practitioner
(33:43):
perspective, I know a lot ofpeople are trying to get into
the business, starting to openbusinesses and trying to be
profitable.
So, so what do you wish thatwomen understood about building
a profitable, profitablebusiness, but not like losing
that goddess mode, not losingthemselves in the process?
SPEAKER_01 (34:00):
Yeah, it's such a
great question.
And I think one of the reasons Ilove being a business coach,
right?
With this lens of wealthconsciousness, is that
businesses like I think running, owning, starting, looking at
business is one of the morepowerful personal development
tools we have access to.
Um, it really is a great vehiclefor personal development because
(34:22):
immediately what comes up is youstart grasping outside of
yourself.
You can't, it's like nearimpossible to know.
I need that course, I need thething, I gotta do the thing, I
need a lead magnet.
What is that?
I don't care.
I gotta have like you just youlose your mind, right?
Because all of a sudden you'reoutsourcing the goddess wisdom.
And there's so many times thatwill pull people back from the
brink where they're like, I needmore strategy.
(34:45):
I'm like, okay, what does thatlook like?
I don't know, everything,everything.
And it's like, nope, that'snever gonna be it.
And what we can do in thatmoment is say, who needs you
right now?
Just one person, think of oneperson who popped into your head
right now.
Good, go email them.
That is the best businessstrategy on planet Earth.
I'm not kidding.
I've been I've been doing thisfor 17 years.
(35:06):
That is the smartest thing youcan do on a daily basis is
nurture your relationships, tapinto your inner goddess and say,
Who needs me?
What service am I providingtoday?
And go get it.
Literally, that's how you stayin goddess mode.
And in some days, it's allright, what am I teaching?
(35:28):
Who am I serving?
What is happening?
Why am I here?
What is my soul contract?
Yeah, right.
Which is PS, spoiler alert, anew lead magnet we're working
on, right?
Because everyone's like, what'sa soul contract?
What's mine?
I'm like, all right, let's givethem that.
SPEAKER_00 (35:42):
Yes.
SPEAKER_01 (35:42):
But I didn't come, I
didn't, I wasn't like, I need a
lead magnet, right?
No, you show up, you do yourwork, you reach out to people,
you live in the work that youare doing.
Yes, become the business owner, you become the goddess.
And what the next step is fallsout of your face.
You got to go do it, sure.
(36:03):
But like again, you put on thenight vision goggles, and every
path in front of you that'salready here becomes visible.
SPEAKER_00 (36:10):
Yes.
SPEAKER_01 (36:11):
You don't have to
reinvent all this, you don't
have to have the most beautifulwebsite.
Build it when you're ready.
Oh my God, of course.
But take a hot second.
What are you doing?
What should it say?
Why are you here?
Who are you helping?
What do you feel like when youhelp people?
And what would that woman say ona website?
But it is so hard.
But the second we think we don'tknow, we have been trained by
(36:33):
the patriarchy to pick up ourweapons of mass distraction and
search for it.
That's not where it is.
It will never be there.
Are there things you need toknow?
Yeah, okay, good.
Go, you can Google that.
Like, yeah, do you need stripe?
Yeah, you do.
You need stripe.
Yep, let's get to stripe.
Okay, that took 30 seconds.
Next, right?
(36:53):
Like understanding what there isin growing a business is
relationships.
Um, like the story I just sharedabout Rachel and me, right?
And how much we're supportingeach other on such a this grand
scale that's so great.
But but more than that, remembering that the way money
is designed as of now is it willalways come into your business
(37:14):
through people.
It's not gonna come in becauseyou had the best social media
post.
That can help, yes.
But if you have nothing tofollow that up with, if you
don't know who you are after youdo your yap challenge, it's
gonna fall flat.
You've got to have somethingbehind that.
You've got to know who you areas the goddess that you are.
What is your soul contract?
(37:35):
What are you here to do?
Once you know that, then you cango do the yap challenge if you
want, or go hire the graphicdesigner that makes your socks
roll up and down, or have AIwrite you an entire book.
Sure, go do that.
That's fine.
But it won't work unless you'veestablished who you are
internally before the outsideworld gets access.
It just won't.
You'll get really tired.
unknown (37:56):
Yes.
SPEAKER_01 (37:58):
You won't sleep,
you'll think you're stupid,
you'll get caught in the compareand despair trap.
Um, and the business is overhere going whenever you're ready
to tap in, I'm I'm right here,right?
While you're like looking at thebest way to say things with AI.
unknown (38:12):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (38:14):
Did I answer your
question?
No, it so backs up what um I'vewhat I know about business at a
uh because businesses havesouls.
Yes.
So you can actually tap intolike the soul of the business.
And I love that you create thebusiness or you talk about the
business and like give it thispersonification with it, which
which I think is so accurate.
And that is the experience thatI have when I tap into like the
(38:36):
quote unquote soul of thebusiness to understand it.
And I it's so accurate to whatyou're saying because I have so
many business clients that cometo me and they're like, I need
to learn what my what this nextoffer is.
This is what we have on thetable.
I don't know how to market it, Idon't know how to do these
things.
And inevitably, I'm like, butit's the wrong offer.
What do you talk?
Like, like this is yourcognitive brain creating a
(38:59):
process around something thatyou think is possible, or God
forbid, you take a sign as thisis the offering I'm supposed to
be doing.
And I'm like, no, no, no, youwant to know what your next lead
magnet is.
Let's go to your business andask that.
Like, let's ask what's the waythat you're supposed to show up
in this type of space and whatis that going to lead to?
Because, like, that entire planis already available for you for
(39:20):
you.
And you might not understandevery single step, but the
information is there, but youhave to get your own mind out of
the way first every time.
Yeah, and your nervous system.
SPEAKER_01 (39:33):
Yes, the the answer
is never in the mind.
It's never in the mind, it'snever in the mind.
It's so sad, isn't it?
But I think about like justgiven the way we're all taught
study hard, do the thing, butit's like, no, that's so not
where it is.
And one of my favorite examplesof this is something that we all
use every day, is Einstein.
Right?
So he was in his apartment.
(39:55):
I want to say it was inSwitzerland.
I may have that wrong, but I'mpretty sure it was in
Switzerland when he realized thelaws of the universe.
Okay, he didn't invent the lawsof the universe.
No, he put himself in a positionin a moment of stillness while
drinking his coffee, watched theway the sun floated in through
his window and created arainbow.
(40:17):
And he could see it in a momentof stillness.
He wasn't studying, he wasn'trunning around, it was like, oh
my God, there it is.
Now it was always there.
Yes, but he was the only one whosaw it.
Why?
Because he put himself in aphysical, emotional, spiritual
state to see what was alreadythere.
(40:40):
Yes, that's the difference.
And we use his ability to seethat every single day.
Every single day it changedhumanity because he was still
while he was drinking hiscoffee.
That's where it is.
That's where it is.
Right.
Not an AI.
I love AI.
God bless AI, right?
But it's like AI is just goingto be an aggregate of everything
(41:01):
that's on the internet.
Is that really what you wantbuilding your stuff?
Right.
SPEAKER_00 (41:05):
Because if it's
already on the internet, it's
already published, by the way.
SPEAKER_01 (41:08):
And someone's
already doing it thought of it.
Right.
And the thing about AI is itcan't think.
It can aggregate, but it can'tthink.
And it cannot be and it cannottap tap it, tap into God energy.
It just can't.
And so just I say that, I saythat not to put down AI.
I love it, use it every day.
But it's it's the idea that wedon't outsource our goddesshood.
(41:30):
That's not a thing.
And to relax into that, likethat's actually like a relief.
Well, I have to figure this out.
SPEAKER_00 (41:37):
You get to just be
it.
Yeah.
And our goddess is a unique,it's just like our fingerprint.
We all have a unique vibrationalfrequency of goddess.
And so if you're using AI toestablish your business plan,
your strategy, your offers, you're using somebody else's
signature and vibration, andit's inevitably not going to
work for you.
(41:57):
Correct.
Yeah.
Because it has to be in perfectalignment with your vibration in
order to achieve that abundance, vibration, and wealth.
And this is why you can't Googleit.
This is why you can't go.
I'm stealing the term you usedto use all the time.
Um, like the entrepreneurialporn that's out there.
Yes.
Absolutely love it.
(42:18):
Because, like, if you look atone, you can like they'll send
you 17 ads in a row of thatentrepreneurial porn, and it's
gonna make you feel like shit, like you already said earlier.
And so I just I love the waythat you talk about this.
I love the way that you bringtransparency and honestly, just
(42:38):
um a totally refreshingperspective on looking at wealth
and looking at abundance andyour mission to get more money
in the women's of hands, who areso much more socially gosh, like
in every sense of the word, justjust more socially responsible
(43:00):
for themselves, for theircommunity, for the planet.
And this is part, like I'm gonnago a little bit off the woo.
This is part of the ascension,is is shifting who holds the
wealth away from the Elon Musk'sand the Jeff Bezos into the
hands of people who actuallyneed it and is going to use it
(43:21):
responsibly.
SPEAKER_01 (43:22):
That's right.
And I mean, part of the peace Ifeel around that too.
I love that you just said that.
You're so good.
Okay, but part of the peace Ifeel around that um is watching
the two people you justmentioned, right?
And the lack of wholeness thatwe see on display, right?
There's there's money, there isno wealth.
(43:43):
Right.
Right.
The having to have the youngerand younger wife, the bigger and
bigger boobs, more and morelips, bigger and bigger yachts,
running around stages withchainsaws.
Like it's that's what I mean bythe madness of the human mind,
is that my heart breaks a littlebit, right?
Because it's they they were theybought in.
To it that this is going to makeyou happy.
And they're so clearly nothappy.
(44:06):
And um, that is the course thatmost people are going to try to
take.
And I think we're really out toshift that and know there is a
whole other way that is withinus, that it is naturally there.
It's about, it's about a like aremembering that this is already
here.
(44:26):
You're okay.
The God energy is in you.
And so there's nothing for youto manifest outside yourself
that you don't give yourselfpermission to manifest because
you are the one.
I really love teaching that theone isn't out there.
That's why they're runningaround with chainsaws because
they're like, Do I have it now?
Do I and it's no, you're no,that's not where it is.
And so remembering when you'relike, I want to manifest
(44:48):
whatever, right?
My next five clients, whateverit is, then grant that.
Say, good, you got it done.
Because you're the God.
So grant it.
SPEAKER_00 (44:56):
Mm-hmm.
Oh, so it's such a goodconversation.
Uh so what are you working on?
Where can people like work withyou?
I want to talk about some of theamazing things because you are
just gosh, such a such a lightand such a motivational force
for so many women.
Um, that you know, I've metthrough you that I love.
(45:19):
I mean, obviously you're a forceunto itself, but how can people
work with you?
What what are some of theofferings that you have if
people are just absolutelyloving your message?
SPEAKER_01 (45:28):
Yeah, yeah.
I think there's there's twoplaces people really come in
with me.
One is one-on-one coaching, which I will always do, right?
Because I don't listen toeverybody else's like, you have
to scale, you can't do one.
I love it.
Only a handful of spots.
I don't care.
I love it, I keep them.
Um, and then the other is theAbundance Academy, which we have
been reworking since my dogwalking moment.
Um, it's really a year inside ofpracticing wealth consciousness
(45:52):
consistently.
So the Abundance Academy is ayear-long program.
Um, and each month we'refocusing in on a tenant of
wealth consciousness andpracticing it, actively putting
it into your life so that by theend of the year, you have
experienced a full year livinginside of wealth consciousness.
And it is so cool to see whatpeople are shifting in there.
It's like, oh, I get chillsevery day.
(46:13):
I'm like unbelievable.
It's so great.
SPEAKER_00 (46:16):
Wow.
I mean, you already mentionedone person getting, what was it,
a$12,000 offer than withinhours?
15 hours.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
It's really cool stuff.
Wow.
Yeah.
And it's just again, likeshifting the vibe.
I mean, I know you do it in sucha different way, but like it's
it really is about shifting thevibrational frequency of who you
are and what you're here to beinto bringing yourself into more
(46:38):
alignment, which is going tobring more abundance every time.
Oh so good.
Yeah.
So I'm just I'm obsessed, Sarah.
I'm so obsessed.
And I can't speak enough.
Um, a little bit of anannouncement for me.
Like, I just can't say enoughabout Sarah because I was in her
abundance academy, and it wasjust such a wonderful experience
(46:59):
to look at myself differently, look at the way I view abundance
differently, look at the waythat I bring that into my
business and my clients and mycoaching myself differently.
And I what I learned in the yearthat I spent with you, I will
forever cherish and treasure.
And I'm just, I'm so gratefulfor you.
(47:20):
Uh, and I wouldn't be where I amtoday without you, Sarah.
So I'm just oh, so appreciative.
SPEAKER_01 (47:25):
Oh my God, you're
making me tear up.
Yeah.
Like, oh my gosh.
Yeah.
And what I'll say about you too, that I think is so important is
is that you are not only are youso coachable, yes, you are, but
you are so open and you are soready to learn and you always
pull more information to you.
Like that was one of the thingsI really watched you do over
that year, where you were like,I'm gonna learn about this and
(47:46):
I'm gonna learn about this.
And you even went through likethat wasn't quite the right
offer, right?
And really learning how to feelthat for yourself so that as you
teach it and share it withothers, it is real, lived your
signature vibration that's outthere in the world.
And I just I just love thatabout you.
I think it's so powerful how youdo that.
SPEAKER_00 (48:05):
Oh, thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah, I mean, I'm and that'spart of my human design is I'm
just constantly experimenting,um, failing, and just like
figuring out if the other one Ilove that you always said was
the the pen, the pen on the deskanalogy.
What was that one?
That was so that one's so good.
SPEAKER_01 (48:23):
Yeah, so I love to
say this specifically about
marketing because everybodyfreaks out about marketing.
Yeah, but marketing is like, youknow, I always say to people,
wipe off your desk like you'regonna have sex in the movies,
right?
Like wipe everything off yourdesk, put a blindfold on, and
someone puts a pen on your desksomewhere.
Okay, just somewhere.
Your job is to find the pen.
And the only way to do that isto feel around and find where
(48:43):
it's not.
That is the only way.
And that's what marketing is isyou try message after message
after message after message, andbam, one day you grab the pen.
You're like, I got it.
But you can't rarely doessomeone put their hand out the
