"Violet, You're turning Violet, Violet"
2oz Vodka or Empress Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Creme de Violet
.5oz Simple syrup
A handful of blue berries
fresh whipped cream
Directions: In a smaller cup of a Boston shaker, combine the gin/vodka, lemon juice, creme de violet, simple syrup and 5-9 blue berries and gently muddle the blue berries. after muddling, fill your larger cup with ice and give it a good shake. double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and top with a garnish of fresh whipped cream and a blue berry.
