Since graduating with a Fine Art degree, Alison has consistently found entrepreneurial ways to drive positive change in the world. She has been a CEO of an Arts and Mental Health Charity, where she earned recognition from the European Union, a UKCP Registered Hypno-Psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience where she received The J P Noble Award (2016) for her work in trauma and mind-body medicine. She's also a Certified Neuro Coach. Today, Alison offers a unique coaching experience that’s a fusion of neuroscience & psychology. Her signature leadership framework and innovative online programs empower people to lead their team, their business – and their life – with confidence, clarity and purpose. She's also Co-Founder of an early-stage tech start-up that is developing a ground-breaking app which aims to positively change 10 million minds. That's her mission!
