In this episode, I share what it was really like to walk into that room—nerves, negative self-talk, dancing it out in the car beforehand, and all. You’ll hear how we used body scanning, breathwork, affirmations, and journaling to move through stress responses, and how vibrant touches (like flowers filling the space) made the experience even more healing. The women’s “aha” moments reminded me why I do this work: to help others untangle the “whys,” release old wounds, and reclaim their power.

I also reflect on the bigger picture—how years of personal healing, trauma therapy, and hard lessons are now showing up in ways I once only dreamed about. For so long, I imagined myself on stages sharing my story, giving people tools to survive and thrive, and now it’s happening. This is just the beginning of where Inspired Warrior Project is going: more speaking, more connection, more growth, and more healing spaces for all of society’s warriors.

Inside this episode, you’ll hear about:

  • My first workshop experience and the lessons it brought.

  • How attachment styles, core values, and love languages all connect.

  • The role of flowers, music, and movement in shifting energy and creating joy.

  • Why negative self-talk can be our biggest enemy—and how to shift it.

  • The importance of self-prioritization, boundaries, and compassion in healing.

And, a BIG announcement —The Vulnerability Project Podcast is now streaming on multiple platforms! You can now listen (and share!) on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio. This move means more accessibility, more community, and more opportunities to grow together.

So, whether you’re here for the attachment style series, the raw stories, or the healing tools, thank you for tuning in. This journey is about all of us—choosing ourselves, breaking cycles, and showing up as the warriors we are meant to be.
