The second coming of Christ must have already happened in AD 70, coinciding with Jerusalem's destruction, as evidenced by the Day of Yahweh prophecies in Scripture.

• The Day of the Lord brought tribulation "to the Jew first, and also the Greek" as prophesied in Romans 2:9-11
• Jesus directly connected His return to the destruction of Jerusalem in Matthew 24
• 2 Thessalonians 2 links Christ's return with the destruction of "the man of lawlessness" in the temple
• When Jesus told His accusers they would see Him "coming on the clouds" He was indicating judgment would come in their lifetime
• There's no 2,000-year gap between Christian resurrection and final judgment in Scripture
• Salvation was consistently described as future throughout the New Testament until Christ's return
• The resurrection produces spiritual bodies, not physical ones as many assume
• Christians today must be living in what Scripture calls "the new heaven and new earth"
• The New Covenant age began at Pentecost but was fully established at Christ's return in AD 70

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Welcome back to the podcast.
Everyone Happy to be back.
Missed you guys.
In our Romans passage for today, we see that tribulation and
distress would be for the Jewfirst, and also the Greek.
Our ESV translation uses theword Greek, but the contextual
meaning is the same as GentileFor those that are newer to the

(00:42):
language of Scripture.
A Gentile is everyone otherthan those of the ancient Jewish
race that Yahweh chose to behis people.
Our Romans passage for todayreads that's Romans 2, verses

(01:09):
9-11.
In our last study, we discussedthe tribulation and distress
that would come on the Jew first.
This great tribulation, knownas the Day of the Lord, more
properly called the Day ofYahweh, would fall upon the
nation of Israel in the firstcentury AD.

(01:29):
Today, I'll be digging into howthe Day of Yahweh would apply
to Gentiles, also known as allhuman beings that were not Jews.
I'll also be displaying how thereturn of Christ Yeshua is
directly tied to the Day of theLord and why it's incredibly
important to understand thatthis already took place.
There are several passages inscripture that tie the Day of
the Lord with the second comingand why it's incredibly

(01:49):
important to understand thatthis already took place.
There are several passages inScripture that tie the day of
the Lord with the second comingof Christ in context.
But in Paul's letter to theThessalonians we see that Paul
directly connects these twoevents and he doesn't separate
them by thousands of years theway we do today.
We read Let no one deceive youin any way, for that day will
not come unless the rebellioncomes first and the man of
lawlessness is revealed, the sonof destruction, who opposes and

(02:12):
exalts himself against everyso-called god or object of
worship, so that he takes hisseat in the temple of God,
proclaiming himself to be God.
2 Thessalonians 2, 3-4.
Then in chapter 2, verse 8, weread Are you able to see the

(02:37):
connection here?
When the rebellion comes, christ Yeshua will make his
return, won't he?
Yeshua himself spoke of the daythat would come, saying that's

(03:00):
Luke 21, 5-6.
Then Yeshua further explainsbut when you see Jerusalem
surrounded by armies, then knowthat its desolation has come
near.
Then let those who are in Judeaflee to the mountains and let
those who are inside the citydepart and let not those who are
out in the country enter it,for these are days of vengeance
to fulfill all that is written.

(03:22):
Luke 21, 20.
What desolation does he speakof here.
It's the desolation ofJerusalem and the temple.
We went over many of theprophecies connected with this
event in my last message, number58.
We also see a warning here forthose who are listening that
might have found themselves inJerusalem at this time,

(03:44):
basically saying, when you seeJerusalem surrounded by armies,
get out of there and if you'reoutside, don't go in.
But how would anyone get out ofthere if the city was
surrounded?
Have you ever thought aboutthat?
Evidently Yahweh did.
About the destruction ofJerusalem in AD 70, the
historian Josephus, who washimself a Jew, claims that for

(04:07):
no apparent reason at all, whenthe armies first surrounded
Jerusalem, they ended up leavingfor a time and then coming back
.
This allowed the Christians toflee to the mountains.
Do you believe this was acoincidence?
I don't.
In Matthew's Gospel account, yeshua is quoted again speaking
of this event.
So when you see the abominationof desolation spoken of by the

(04:31):
prophet Daniel standing in theholy place, then let those who
are in Judea flee to themountains.
That's Matthew 24, 15.
Christ Yeshua here supports theprophet Daniel who wrote and
after the sixty-two weeks, ananointed one shall be cut off
and shall have nothing, and thepeople of the prince who is to
come shall destroy the city andthe sanctuary.

(04:53):
Its end shall come with a floodand to the end there shall be
war.
Desolations are decreed, and heshall make a strong covenant
with many for one week and forhalf of the week he shall put an
end to the sacrifice andoffering and on the wing of
abominations shall come one whomakes desolate until the decreed

(05:13):
end is poured out on thedesolator.
That's Daniel 9, 26-27.
And of this same event Paulwrote and then the lawless one
will be revealed whom the LordJesus will kill with the breath
of his mouth.
And of this same event Paulwrote 2 Thessalonians 2.8.

(05:35):
Paul claims this event will besynonymous with the second
coming of Christ Yeshua.
Doesn't he?
Can you think of another figurein scripture that does the same
thing?
Christ Yeshua himself makes thesame claim.
He says of the Son of man.

(06:01):
And then all the tribes of theearth will mourn and they will
see the Son of man coming on theclouds of heaven with power and
great glory, and he'll send outhis angels with a loud trumpet
call and they'll gather hiselect from the four winds, from
one end of heaven to the otherMatthew 24, 29.
If the second coming of ChristYeshua would end the world, then

(06:23):
it certainly already ended.
But Yeshua does not place hisreturn 2,000 years into the
future.
What he says is immediatelyafter the tribulation of those
days.
Do you think that Christ Yeshuaknew what immediately meant?
I don't know about you, but2,000 years later doesn't equal
immediate by any standard I haveever known.

(06:45):
In context of what we havealready looked at in Scripture,
it seems that we can certainlyunderstand immediately as a
literal thing.
Here it must mean exactly whatit sounds like it means.
If we understand that thereturn of Christ would come at
the destruction of Jerusalem inAD 70, as is written, we would
want to understand what thepurpose of the second coming was

(07:06):
.
I know most of us think we knowthis, but I'm going to bet that
for most people the views theyhold to are not exactly in line
with what the scriptures teach.
Let's break down the elements ofthe return of Christ Yeshua
based on this Matthew 24 passage.
Shall we?
Christ Yeshua would be comingin judgment.

(07:36):
All the tribes of the earthwill mourn.
They will see the Son of man.
Shall we, from one end ofheaven to the other?
In my first point, we see theSon of man coming in the clouds.
This was judgment, andaccording to the Gospel of
Christ Yeshua, what will happento the saints at judgment?
Those who were faithful?
They would be raised toeverlasting life.

(07:58):
Right, we read Truly truly, Isay to you, whoever hears my
word and believes him, who sentme, has eternal life.
He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to
life.
Truly, truly, I say to you anhour is coming and is now here,
when the dead will hear thevoice of the Son of God and
those who hear will live.

(08:18):
For as the Father has life inhimself, so he has granted the
Son also to have life in himselfand he has given him authority
to execute judgment because heis the Son of man.
Do not marvel at this, for anhour is coming when all who are
in the tombs will hear his voiceand come out those who have

(08:38):
done good to the resurrection oflife and those who have done
evil to the resurrection ofjudgment.
That's John 5.24.
Let's pause a minute to take inwho is doing the judging.
Here we see it clearly saidthat Yahweh, the Father, has
given the Son of man, christYeshua, authority to execute
judgment.
Yeshua is not only bringinglife to those who are his, the

(09:03):
elect saints, but he's executingjudgment on the sinners, those
who have done evil as well.
As we know from our studies sofar in Romans, those who are
called sinner, those who do evil, are those who reject Messiah
and reject the word of Yahweh.
It's not about their literalbehavior, but is rather about
faith.
The unfaithful would face adreadful judgment on the day of

(09:26):
the Lord.
John the Baptist speaks of thisfinal judgment that would soon
take place.
In Matthew 3.12 we read Hiswinnowing fork is in his hand
and he will clear his threshingfloor and gather his weed into
the barn, but the chaff he willburn with unquenchable fire.
We see it written in Revelationas well, and I heard a voice

(09:49):
from heaven saying write thisblessed are the dead who die in
the Lord from now on.
Blessed indeed, says the Spirit.
That they may rest from theirlabors, for their deeds follow
them.
Then I looked and behold awhite cloud and seated on the
cloud, one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head
and a sharp sickle in his hand, and another angel came out of

(10:11):
the temple, calling with a loudvoice to him who sat on the
cloud, put in your sickle andreap, for the hour to reap has
come, for the harvest of theearth is fully ripe.
So he who sat on the cloudswung his sickle across the
earth and the earth was reaped.
Then another angel came out ofthe temple in heaven, and he too
had a sharp sickle.

(10:32):
And another angel came out fromthe altar, the angel who has
authority over the fire, and hecalled with a loud voice to the
one who had the sharp sickle Putin your sickle and gather the
clusters from the vine of theearth, for its grapes are ripe.
So the angel swung his sickleacross the earth and gathered
the grape harvest of the earthand threw it into the great

(10:53):
winepress of the wrath of God.
And the winepress was troddenoutside the city and blood
flowed from the winepress ashigh as a horse's bridle.
We see a picture here of agruesome final judgment, don't
we?
And who is executing thejudgment?
It's Christ Yeshua.

(11:15):
And what two things do we seehappening here in this one event
the judgment and theresurrection of the saints.
Do you see a 2,000-year gapanywhere between these two
events?
They're one and the same, aren't they?
The final judgment andresurrection are not revealed in
Scripture as separate events.

(11:36):
Partial preterism teaches thatthis judgment is separate from
the resurrection of the dead andthe second coming of Christ.
But we see that Scripture doesnot agree with their views.
Scripture teaches us that thereturn of Christ came alongside
the destruction of Jerusalem andthe final judgment on national
Israel.
Let's reflect back on a Romanspassage for a moment.

(11:58):
Romans 2, 9-11 reads there willbe tribulation and distress for
every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the
Greek, but glory and honor andpeace for everyone who does good
, the Jew first and also theGreek, for God shows no
partiality.
Now think about this statementfor a moment.
We already know that ChristYeshua, the anointed one,

(12:21):
indwelled first in the Jewishbelievers at Pentecost.
They were the first to receivereconciliation.
They were the first to be maderight with Yahweh, which was to
receive from him glory, honorand peace.
They received the Spirit of theLord.
They were made right by andpeace.
They received the Spirit of theLord.
They were made right by theblood of Christ and received the
promise of salvation.
But hold that thought for amoment about the promise of

(12:44):
salvation.
We'll talk more about why itwas the promise of salvation
after we talk about thetribulation and distress that
would be for the Jew first andalso the Greek.
We know that Jerusalem wasdestroyed in AD 7.
It's documented history thatprophecy was fulfilled.
But how did that affect theGreeks, the Gentiles, how can

(13:08):
Paul say the Jew first and alsothe Greek, when all we see in
history is a great tribulationfor the Christ-rejecting nation
of Israel?
And on top of that, we neverhear of Christ coming to earth
and dead people coming out ofthe ground, etc.
Well, we have to understand thatthere is an unseen realm.
We have to believe in whatScripture tells us was happening

(13:30):
alongside the final judgment ofIsrael.
There are many instances inScripture where we are told of
the unseen, but we see anexcellent example of the unseen
realms when Elisha prays for ayoung man's eyes to be opened to
see the spiritual realms.
In 2 Kings, chapter 6, verse 16, we read he said Do not be

(13:51):
afraid, for those who are withus are more than those who are
with them.
Then Elisha prayed and said OYahweh, please open his eyes
that he may see.
So Yahweh opened the eyes ofthe young man and he saw and
behold, the mountain was full ofhorses and chariots of fire all
around Elisha.
So is the tribulation that wasalso for the Greek to be seen or

(14:14):
unseen?
Would it take place in theunseen, spiritual realm, or the
realm of that which is seen bymankind?
Is the glory, honor and peacegiven to the faithful something
that we can see?
We can ask the same questionabout the resurrection of the
dead.
Was mankind to see physicalearthly bodies coming out of the
ground, or would theresurrection be of a spiritual

(14:37):
nature and the bodies be one'sfit for the heavenly realms?
In his letter to theCorinthians, paul writes there
are heavenly bodies and earthlybodies, but the glory of the
heavenly is of one kind and theglory of the earthly is of
another.
1 Corinthians 15.40.
Then in 1 Corinthians 15.42 weread so is it with the

(14:58):
resurrection of the dead, whatis sown is perishable, what is
raised is imperishable.
Then in verse 44, it is sown anatural body, it is raised a
spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
And then in verse 50, I tellyou this brothers, flesh and

(15:19):
blood cannot inherit the kingdomof God.
And then in verse 50, it's kindof funny how we imagine the
resurrection of the dead.
When you really ponder it, weall imagine that we'll be raised
from the dead, like ChristYeshua in a physical body.
But have you considered that hedid that for those who followed

(15:43):
him to believe?
Do you think he ascended intothe heavenly realms to forever
have those marks of suffering onhis body that he displayed to
Thomas, who was doubting If weneed our current bodies for any
reason at all?
What can we say of all thesaints who were burned alive for
holding to faith in their Lordand Savior?
Ashes and ashes, dust to dust?
The final judgment in AD 70 wasphysical and spiritual.

(16:05):
That's why it was for the Jewfirst, and also the Greek.
When Christ returned, it was tojudge those who rejected and
killed him and to gather thesaints and bring them with him
into.
Let's take a look at what iswritten about the final judgment
for those in Sheol and see ifit sounds like tribulation and

(16:32):
distress From his presence, earth and sky fled away and no
place was found for them.
Sounds like tribulation anddistress?
What was written in the books?

(16:52):
According to what they had done?
And the sea gave up the deadwho were in it.
Death and Hades gave up thedead who were in them and they
were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done.
Then death and Hades werethrown into the lake of fire.
This is the second death, thelake of fire.
And if anyone's name was notfound written in the book of

(17:13):
life, he was thrown into thelake of fire.
Revelation of John, 20, 11.
I don't know what you'rethinking, but being thrown into
a lake of fire sounds a lot likedistress to me.
We should, however, understandthat we are not immortal beings.
Immortality is given throughChrist Yeshua.
The gift of God is eternal life.

(17:34):
A mortal being thrown into alake of fire is going to burn
and die.
That's why it's called thesecond death.
I go over those details inmessage number 15 and 16.
When Christ made his appearanceat the second coming, the dead
were raised from their sleep inSheol to face Yahweh, whom they
rejected.
So you have Jerusalem and theirtemple burning to the ground in

(17:57):
the earthly realms and thewicked who rejected Christ, who
rejected Yahweh, being throwninto the fire for a second death
.
The fiery judgment for the Jewhappened in AD 70, and also the
fiery judgment for the Greek andthe Gentiles.
The author of Hebrews wrote ofChrist Yeshua's finished work on

(18:17):
the cross and his resurrectionfrom the dead.
When Christ ascended to heavento be with his Father, it is
written.
But when Christ had offered forall time a single sacrifice for
sins, he sat down at the righthand of God, waiting for that
time until his enemies should bemade a footstool for his feet.
Hebrews 10, 12-13.

(18:38):
Most today will tell you thework of Christ Yeshua was
finished at the cross andresurrection, and this is true
when it comes to dealing withsin.
But those same people will tellyou that Christ is coming soon.
What I'm about to say may shockyou, but study it out before you
make your final judgment.
Hear me out and check thescriptures to be certain of what

(18:59):
you believe.
Salvation did not come untilthe return of Christ.
If Christ did not come in thatfirst century, like he clearly
told us, then we only have apromise of salvation, a hope of
salvation.
Nobody has gone to heaven yet.
All of our loved ones and allof the saints and apostles are
in Sheol, sleeping and waitingthe final judgment and

(19:21):
resurrection of the dead.
They're still waiting for theirsalvation and entry into heaven
to be with the Lord forever.
We see all over scripture thatsalvation was promised and would
certainly come, but it wasstill being hoped for.
Ephesians 1.13,.
In him you also, when you heardthe word of truth, the gospel
of your salvation, and believedin him, were sealed with the

(19:43):
promised Holy Spirit, who is theguarantee of our inheritance
until we acquire possession ofit, to the praise of his glory.
1 Thessalonians 5,.
But since the next verse ofThessalonians 5, 2 Timothy 2.10.

(20:14):
Therefore, I endure everythingfor the sake of the elect that
they also may obtain thesalvation that is in Christ
Jesus with eternal glory.
And then Hebrews, chapter 1, weread Are they not all
ministering spirits sent out toserve for the sake of those who
are to inherit salvation?
And in case we're still tryingto play on these words to fit

(20:36):
our own views, peter says it ina way that we cannot argue about
the timeline.
In 1 Peter 1.5 we read who, byGod's power, are being guarded
through faith for a salvationready to be revealed in the last
time.
And then to Timothy, paul wrotefor I'm already being poured
out as a drink offering and thetime of my departure has come.

(20:57):
I have fought the good fight, Ihave finished the race, I have
kept the faith.
Henceforth, there is laid upfor me the crown of
righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award
to me on that day, and not onlyto me but also to all who loved
his appearing.
I see this passage as proofthat Paul did not expect any

(21:17):
reward until the day of the Lord, when Christ made his
appearance.
Notice, the translatorscapitalize the word day in the
passage.
This is a reference to the dayof the Lord that we've been
studying.
We already saw that the lasttime, or the day of Yahweh,
would be when the resurrectionof the dead would take place.
Without the resurrection of thedead, salvation has not come to

(21:39):
those who.
Can you accept a doctrine thatteaches that we're still
awaiting a salvation?
We would all have to acceptthat if Christ Yeshua did not
show up when he said he would.
I believe that Yeshua is notonly seated at the right hand of

(22:01):
the Father, but reclining inhis seat because his enemies
were made a footstool for hisfeet.
I believe that Christ Yeshuahas finished all of his work and
his kingdom has been fullyestablished.
I believe this because thescripture teaches it.
There is only one coming in theclouds that would be made by
Christ Yeshua, and there willnot be another one.

(22:22):
Coming in the clouds was knownby the ancient Hebrews to be
judgment.
When Yahweh came in the clouds,it was not good.
In Psalm 104, we read he laysthe beams of his chambers on the
waters.
He makes the clouds his chariot.
He rides on the wings of thewind.
In Jeremiah 4, we see this sameconcept being used to describe

(22:57):
the prophesied final judgmentall over the place.
But here are a few instancesEzekiel 30, ezekiel 30, for the
day is near.
The day of Yahweh is near.
It will be a day of clouds, atime of doom for the nations.
Daniel 7 I saw in the nightvisions and behold, with the
clouds of heaven there came onelike a son of man, and he came
to the Ancient of Days and waspresented before him.
Joel 2 A day of darkness andgloom, a day of clouds and thick

(23:32):
darkness.
And in Joel, chapter 2,.
Then, as we read earlier fromChrist Yeshua in Matthew, 24, 30
, 24, 30, then will appear inheaven the sign of the son of
man, and then all the tribes ofthe earth will mourn and they
will see the son of man comingon the clouds of heaven with
power and great glory.
John writes of this event inrevelation, saying behold, he is

(23:52):
coming with the clouds andevery eye will see him, even
those who pierced him and alltribes of the earth will wail on
account of him.
Even so, amen.
Who pierced Christ Yeshua?
But the Jews, whose tribeswould wail?
But those of Israel whorejected their Messiah and who
did Christ himself say, wouldsee him coming in on the clouds?

(24:16):
In Mark 14, verse 61, we readbut he remained silent and made
no answer.
Again, the high priest askedhim Are you the Christ, the Son
of the Blessed?
And Jesus said I am, and youwill see the Son of man, seated
at the right hand of power andcoming with the clouds of heaven
.
And the high priest tore hisgarments and said what further

(24:38):
witness do we need?
You have heard his blasphemy.
What is your decision?
And they all condemned him asdeserving death.
Are you following what is goingon here?
Most of us can clearly see thatYeshua declares himself to be
the Christ.
He tells them very clearly I amthe anointed one, I am the
Messiah.
But he doesn't stop there.

(24:59):
As they're mistreating him andquote, getting away with it.
He tells them they will see himcoming in the clouds.
He declares himself as lord andmessiah and proclaims that he
will be coming in judgment andthat they will see it coming.
If we translate these wordsinto our own terms today, we
might hear our lord saying Ihope you guys are enjoying

(25:20):
yourselves right now becauseyou're going to get everything
that's coming to you and more.
You can try and kill me, butI'll be back and I'm coming for
you.
Would you expect anything lessfrom a God of justice?
I mean, come on, this is betterthan anything you see in
Hollywood.
This is justice at its best.
Most people don't even realizethat those who pierced Yeshua

(25:41):
were brought to justice.
Most don't even know thatJerusalem and the temple were
destroyed in AD 70 and that thewhole city went up in great
flames of judgment.
And then those who do learn ofthese things pull the coming of
Christ apart from this event.
Just the same way, people pullour fellowship with Yahweh apart
from salvation and then makerules for us to stay reconciled

(26:02):
to God.
While Christ Yeshua isreclining with his footstool, we
keep proclaiming that he'scoming soon.
What is he coming to do?
That hasn't been done, paulwrites, for we must all appear
before the judgment seat ofChrist, so that each one may
receive what is due for what hehas done in the.
This pairs perfectly with ourRomans passage the final

(26:41):
judgment would come upon the Jewfirst and also the Greek, for
God shows no partiality.
The final judgment would comeupon the Jew first and also the
Greek.
The day of the Lord was theBema Seat judgment that everyone
today says is coming soon.
The day of the Lord occurred inAD 70, when the Lord destroyed
Jerusalem and wiped out the OldCovenant temple.
Worship forever, whoever webelieve the man of lawlessness

(27:02):
to be.
He existed in the first centuryand was destroyed in the temple
that also existed in the firstcentury, which was operated by
the ancient Levites, who had therequired proven lineage for
priestly duties that we read ofin Ezra and Nehemiah.
The destruction of Jerusalemoccurred 40 years after the Holy

(27:22):
Spirit was given at Pentecost.
For this reason, many scholarsrefer to the event as the second
exodus.
The first exodus was an oldcovenant shadow of what would
come in the new covenant at thesecond exodus.
We think of all kinds of thingstoday when we hear the word
Pentecost, namely peoplebabbling and words that nobody
can understand.

(27:42):
But the key point that weshould take from this event was
that it was the birth of thechurch.
The church of Christ Yeshua wasborn on Pentecost and marked
the beginning of the NewCovenant age.
But was the church in the NewCovenant age fully established
at that time?
The church was born, but had itcome to full maturity?

(28:02):
Was there work left to be done?
The same question could be askedregarding Israel's exodus out
of Egyptian bondage.
Did Israel enter right into thepromised land upon being led
out of Egypt and spared fromtheir bondage?
They didn't, did they.
Did the apostles and theirchurches believe that they had
entered into the kingdom of Godright after being released from

(28:24):
the bondage of the law?
If we read their writings, theydidn't believe that the new
covenant age began at Pentecostand was fully established at the
return of Christ, when the oldcovenant and its temple worship
were destroyed forever.
In Hebrews 9 we read by thisthe Holy Spirit indicates that

(28:56):
the age that was to come andvarious washings, regulations
for the body imposed until thetime of Reformation.
We now live in the new covenantage.
The age that was to come.
The time of Reformation tookplace in AD 70, when judgment
came upon the Jew first, andalso the Greek.
Most are not willing to acceptthat we live on the new earth.

(29:18):
It is much overlooked that inPaul's analogy of Hagar and
Sarah, he refers to theJerusalem above as the new earth
.
It is much overlooked that inPaul's analogy of Hagar and
Sarah, he refers to theJerusalem above, as the new
covenant, galatians 4.26, readsbut the Jerusalem above is free
and she is our mother.
This seems like a directparallel to the language used in
John's revelation regarding thenew heaven and new earth.
And I saw the holy city, newJerusalem, coming down out of

(29:42):
heaven from God, prepared as abride adorned for her husband.
Revelation of John 21.
There's much to be said of thesymbolic imagery we have about
the new heaven and earth inRevelation.
We gain much insight when wesee these things as representing
the new covenant age in Christ.
A key point we should take fromthis writing would be this and
I saw no temple in the cityCovenant Age in Christ.

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

As Director of The Men’s Clinic at UCLA, Dr. Jesse Mills has spent his career helping men understand their bodies, their hormones, and their health. Now he’s bringing that expertise to The Male Room — a podcast where data-driven medicine meets common sense. Each episode separates fact from hype, science from snake oil, and gives men the tools to live longer, stronger, and happier lives. With candor, humor, and real-world experience from the exam room and the operating room, Dr. Mills breaks down the latest health headlines, dissects trends, and explains what actually works — and what doesn’t. Smart, straightforward, and entertaining, The Male Room is the show that helps men take charge of their health without the jargon.
