Yep…in this episode of “The Way of the Healer” my best friend, Mia LaMotte and I share personal stories and reflections from our recent travels, where we embarked on a transformative journey with plant medicine. The healing process was both overwhelming and enlightening, allowing us to work through deep emotions and surrender to the power of the medicine.
Throughout our travels, we were fortunate to connect with trained experts and experienced practitioners who have dedicated their lives to working with plant medicine and psychedelic integration. We also had access to valuable tools and resources, which contributed to the integration process. As a result, we learned the importance of finding support and guidance from those who have walked this path before, especially when unpacking intense emotions and undergoing multiple healing journeys.
We discuss the transformative power of forgiveness and how it allowed Mia to heal and send love and light to her past partner.. Recognizing her worth and embracing radical responsibility played a crucial role in creating a positive shift in her life.
