northeast, extending across muchof Quebec province of Canada,
extending southward into theGreat Lakes, and then eventually
eastward into the Mid-Atlantic.

(00:21):
There are some showers justacross Nova Scotia and northern
sections of Maine, coastalsections of Massachusetts, and
also rainy weather expectedacross the Carolinas today,
extending into sections ofGeorgia, eastern Tennessee, and
Kentucky, and also into centraland south Florida as well.
That area is going to be afixture of clouds and threat of
rain over the next several daysfor the Mid-Atlantic and over

(00:44):
the southeastern states.
But the high pressure cell willgive us good weather for today
across New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, and up in the
Boston area.
The showers will move east.
So looking at pretty goodweather for today, highs in the
50s, near 60.
Tonight it'll be back into the30s and lower 40s, and more dry
weather for Tuesday, withtemperatures also between 53 and
58.
And that starts to break downacross the northeast.

(01:06):
Areas of rain and showers willgradually move in later Tuesday
and on Wednesday, even onThursday, a possibility of some
scattered showers from this areaof low pressure that'll be
forming just off the coast ofthe Carolinas from the midweek
period right up through the endof the week as well.
So a little bit unsettled forthis week.
Now, if you're traveling today,it looks like good weather in
New York, Philadelphia, also inthe Washington, D.C.

(01:29):
area, no problems today.
Boston also generally lookingdry, dry in Detroit and Chicago,
and also Minneapolis, St.
Paul, but it will be rainingthere tonight and for tomorrow.
Central and South Florida, lookslike lots of rain and some
showers and thunderstorms.
Expect some delays going intothere.
Also delays into Atlanta andCharlotte because of the rainy
weather and IFR conditions inthose places.
Instrument conditions for muchof the southeastern states.

(01:53):
Houston and Dallas Fort Worth, basically dry, a little warm
front moving through there.
Dry and warm for today.
Also warm from San Diego, LA,and San Francisco.
It's finally stopped rainingthere.
That rain has now moved into thecentral and eastern Rockies and
over the Dakotas.
Still, though, however, thepossibility of some showers in
Portland and Seattle during theafternoon today.
I've been Roger Steve Pelletierand I am the Weatherman.

(02:14):
Hope you have a great day today.
It looks like pretty goodweather for the Northeast today.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
