Being intentional and organized about achieving your goals is critical to your success. This means regularly checking in on your goals to see where you are on the Goal Roadmap, and plotting the next part of your journey.
I do this each week with my Sunday Strategy planning session. In this episode I introduce the Sunday Strategy process for mapping out an intentional week. It only takes about 15 minutes a week, but it creates much more time throughout the week by creating efficiency and focus each day.
